The great wall built by Lisa's bad memories of Dave finally collapses after Dave gives her an explanation. There is no misunderstanding that makes Lisa reject Dave.

"Alright, tell them to wait for me in the study" Dave replied as he held out a glass of warm milk to his wife.

He was cutting fruit for Lisa at the time, and before leaving he wanted to make sure Lisa drank her warm milk before she went to bed.

"Is there anything else you want to do? I'll call the nurse to stand guard and wait for you here." Dave said softly.

"No David, it's late I think I'm going to bed soon. And you don't have to call a nurse to wait for me, I won't be comfortable sleeping." Lisa refused her possessive husband's request.

"Alright, then go to bed good night." said Dave as he landed a brief kiss on Lisa's lips.

Lisa's heart is suddenly pumped up quickly to get a sweet treatment from Dave. Although he was quite surprised, strangely his body seemed accustomed to physical contact between himself and Dave.

Both sides of his face suddenly heated up in light of the romantic incident he had passed with Dave. She is like a Cinderella who has met a prince who will change her life.

Dave had left a while ago but Lisa was still made to sculpt while holding her thumping chest. Lisa smiled and decided to close her eyes to dreamland.

"Sir, you're freaking him out" Mike said with a chuckle remembering Liam's facial expression before he left.

"He must be afraid of me, so that he does not fail in his duties" Dave said as he lit a cigarette.

Actually he is not a smoker and always lead a healthy lifestyle. But when there was a state of being made him quite depressed like this, a cigarette and alcohol became an option to calm his mind.

"Do you want me to accompany you for a drink?" mike asked, taking off his coat and putting it next to him.

"Yes, I think I need it most now" Dave replied with a faint smile on his lips.

They both walked out of the workspace to the mini bar next to the pool. There are many bottles of drinks on display in neatly arranged shelves.

Mike took a bottle of vodka and opened it. Then he poured the drink as an opening in the two glasses that he had prepared.

"Sir, please have fun tonight because tomorrow the hard work is waiting for you in the office" said Mike looks more relaxed.

"Yes, I finally have to go back to the office. Is there any new news from that cunning old man?" ask Dave after gulping down the toilet.

"He is still undergoing treatment and must undergo at least 2 more surgeries to walk. You've kept him busy with both of his legs temporarily paralyzed." Mike replied making both corners of his boss' lips lift.

"That's just the beginning of my vengeance. I'll make sure he asks me to end his life" Dave said with a horrible smile.

"Of course, sir, he dug his own grave while trying to harass you" replied Mike, who had filled the empty glass back.
