Dylan patiently sat in the car waiting for Maria to finish her lesson today. Moments later the school bell rang, all students and students in the High School scattered towards the gate and also the parking lot.

From a distance, a girl with a cheerful face ran over to Dylan's car. He kept smiling until Dylan opened the car door for him.

"Have you waited a long time, Om?"

"Not really."

After Maria sat in the car, Dylan immediately followed her and then drove the four-wheeled vehicle to a place, where Aidan had been waiting for their arrival.

Seeing that the path Dylan took was not the way to his mansion, Maria was confused. He looked around the road with his eyebrows furrowed.

"Where are we going, Om?" ask Mary astonished.

"Somewhere, Miss Maria. I'm sorry for not telling you this before" said Dylan, who is still focusing on his car.

"What the hell is going on, Om. Looks like there's a problem, huh? Since then Maria noticed the look on Om's face looked sad, didn't she?" Maria stared fixedly at Dylan's face which was still staring straight ahead.

Dylan smiled faintly. "You'll find out later, miss."

Mary clapped her face for a moment and she did not ask any more. After a while, the car driven by Dylan stopped in the parking lot of a fancy restaurant located in the middle of the city.

"Well, it turns out Om wants to make sure Maria has lunch here, huh? It just so happens that Mary's stomach is already very hungry, Om!" mary said as Dylan opened the car door for her.

Dylan could only smile bitterly at the excited Maria after learning that Dylan had invited her to the restaurant.

"Come, Miss. Come with me, " said Dylan, handing his hand over to Maria. The girl smiled then immediately wrapped her hands around Dylan's burly hands and stepped with the man into the restaurant.

"Of course Om has a lot of money, until Maria is sure to have lunch at this expensive restaurant?" maria asked as she watched Dylan's facial expression at that moment.

Dylan did not reply, he simply smiled as he circulated his gaze. Until finally Dylan's gaze stopped on the figure of Aidan who was now sitting at a VIP table that had been rented by the man before. The man gave a faint smile welcoming the arrival of Maria and Dylan.

Maria's happy expression suddenly disappeared after seeing the figure of Aidan who was also in that place.

"Why did Om bring me here? Don't-don't you guys plan to frame me, huh?!" peekkik Maria while stopping her steps. He stared intently at Dylan with an annoyed face.

Dylan came back to Maria and grabbed the girl by the hand. "It's not like that, Miss Maria. For God's sake, me and Mr. Aidan have no ill intentions towards you much less setting you up. Trust me," said Dylan.

Maria looked carefully at Dylan's eyes and she was sure there were no lies. The girl finally collapsed and believed Dylan's words.

"Good day, Mr. Aidan."

Dylan pulled out a chair for Maria and invited the girl to sit there, and so did he.

"What is this really about?" ketus Mary.

"Look down, dear Maria."

Aidan tried to grab Maria's outstretched hand on the table, but Mary swiftly pulled it back and hid it under the table.

"Today I want everything to be clear, Maria. Let this man know who is more worthy to be your partner." continued Aidan with a bitter smile. She felt a little embarrassed that Mary refused to be touched by him.

"What does that mean, I don't understand?" maria asked with a astonished face looking at Aidan and Dylan in turn.

"I want you to choose one of us who deserves to be your partner. Although I'm actually pretty sure that you'll definitely choose me over him." Aidan glanced at Dylan who had been silent since a thousand languages.

"Why are you so sure that I will choose you, Mr Aidan?" ask Maria.

Aidan leaned his body on the back of the chair while continuing to raise a warm smile to Maria.

"Of course I'm sure! First, I am the potential fiance chosen by Mr. Marcello for you, dear Maria. And secondly, I can assure you that you will be happy if you choose me to be your future husband. I'll spoil you, give you all the luxury, expensive clothes and jewelry" Aidan said with his head raised.

Aidan clapped several times and not long after a waiter at the restaurant approached their table with a jewelry box. The man handed the object to Aidan and was immediately greeted by him.

"Look, Maria!"

Aidan opened the jewelry box before Maria with a satisfied smile. Especially when he saw Dylan who seemed unable to wince. He handed over a set of expensive jewelry to Maria and was immediately greeted by the girl.

"That's just a small part, dear Mary. You'll get more if you choose me to be your lover" she said.

Dylan fell silent while watching Maria's expression at that moment. Amalia used to be fooled by the sweet promise made by Aidan and she was afraid that Maria would become the second Amalia to leave her for a sweet promise that came out of her lips.

"Miss Mary" said Dylan.

Maria remained silent and her eyes fixed on the expensive jewelry.
