Chapter 39. Attempt to win hearts

After getting a call and a tantrum from his father, Jonas Satigo about the cancellation of cooperation and declining shares. Dave went straight to his wife's house which he didn't come to often because he was busy punching holes in other women out there. He behaved exactly with his father in his youth, likes to play women.

That night Dave scolds his wife, especially when Dave finds out that Joana is insulting Zeevana. The woman who had been residing in his heart but he could never get it.

"Calm down, baby.please don't get angry like this, our son can hear it.." joana's pinta sobbed.

"What did you say? Cool out! After what happened to my company, you told me I SHOULD CALM DOWN?" shouted Dave with a hand that gripped Joana's wrist violently.

"My father will help your father's company. I promise, my father will help!" Joana looked at the man she loved softly.

'Shit! It's all because of that beard lady.she's always been a scary scourge in my relationship and Dave's inner Jona berates the unmistakable Zeevana.

"Your father won't be able to help much either! The Dacosta Group is no match for the two billion-plus small companies of your family and my family....Dacosta GROUP! DO YOU UNDERSTAND?!" dave snaps at his wife.

"Then..I have to how? What am I supposed to do Dave?"

"Tomorrow, go apologize to Aiden, Xander and Zeevana. If they don't forgive you and can't restore my father's company - then our marriage will be at stake!"

Joana paled upon hearing that, she could not believe that her husband sacrificed his marriage for the sake of the company. "Don't.I beg you not to say that.we must not part." the woman begged Dave to divorce her. Joana has had a pretty big fight for Dave to marry her. He'll never let go of Dave.

"If you don't want to part with me, you should be able to solve all the problems you've created!" dave exclaimed and then he threw out Joana's hand holding Dave.

"Well, I'll apologize to all of them.I'll sort this out." Joana nodded her head obediently.

After a fight with his wife, Dave leaves the house and returns to his routine with the woman of the night in a hot bed. Despite knowing Dave likes to play women, Joana still maintains her household for the sake of the child and for the sake of her love for the man.

The next day, early in the morning, there was a noise in the kitchen. Zeevana, Savana and Elara wake up to see who is in the kitchen.

They were surprised to see a man with his arms busy cooking alone.

"Isn't that Mr Xander? What's he doing here?" ask Elara plain.

"If the person in the kitchen is of course cooking, don't you see it's Elara?" Savana answered with a slight sigh. He saw Xander's movements.

Zeevana was silent with a thought in her heart. He wondered if Xander slept well last night or not? Is Xander still taking the sleeping pills or not?

'Ah..Why am I worried about him? Whether he takes the medicine or not, it shouldn't be my concern' inner Zeevana.

"Woah.hadarum, mommy tumben cook until it smells like this" said Aiden innocently while sniffing the aroma of the cuisine that arouses his taste. Aiden's words suddenly made everyone in the kitchen beratensi to him, including Xander.

Xander is shocked to see Zeevana, Elara, her mother-in-law and Aiden there. Since when are they there? Xander wondered in his heart.

'That's the one who cooks? Fragrant as hell' Aiden doesn't believe that his Daddy cooks. It even seems like his Daddy's cooking is better than his Mommy's.

The three of them had not had time to go to the bathroom and went straight to the kitchen after hearing the sound of cooking utensils clashing.

"Yes" replied Aiden, nodding his head.

"Daddy will help you take a shower and Miss Elara, I'm asking you to serve this food to the plate." Xander hurriedly removed the apron with the flowers motif, then he approached Aiden who was still in his sleeping pajamas.

"Okay sir." said Elara obediently. There was admiration for Xander, because he was good at cooking. The cuisine is very fragrant and appetizing.

"Come son, let's take a shower first. Daddy's gonna take a shower with you." Xander held Aiden's hand.

"Uncle, I can shower myself! I've grown up." said Aiden refused, all this time he always bathed himself.

"Come son, let's take a bath together!" Xander carried her son's tiny body and took him inside the bathroom.

Zeevana, Elara and Savana could only gawk at him. Xander, the man moved quickly to capture everyone's heart. His first target was his son Aiden.

"Zee, you don't let go of him fast. Remember, what she did to you when you were pregnant with Aiden. Mommy doesn't want to heat you up, but the guy who cheated on you when his wife was pregnant - it's not good and it shouldn't be easy to forgive." Savana told her daughter, then she went to the room.

Zeevana was speechless, not replying to Mommy. He chose to go to Aiden's room to see what the father and son were doing there. The woman saw how Xander invited Aiden to take a bath together. There was no quarrel there, after feeling safe Zeevana also returned to her room to take a shower. He believes in Xander, that man can't hurt Aiden.

After finishing the bath and dressing up, Zeevana went out of her room. He sees Aiden and Xander already wearing full clothes. It was wonderful to see Xander helping Aiden prepare the books at his school. And on the other hand there was Javier Savana sitting on the dining table chair. Javier is reading the newspaper seriously.

"Hey son, if anyone bothers you.you just beat them up, let Daddy take care of the rest" said Xander who wanted to be relied on by his son.

"Huh..it's up to you." ketus Aiden then he sat next to his op. "Morning grandpa, grandma." Aiden said to Javier Savana.

"Morning's handsome granddaughter" Savana and Javier replied with a smile.

They gather at the dinner table, including Xander who sits beside Zeevana. "Uncle why are you sitting here?" ask Zeevana ketus.

"Why? I'm sitting next to my wife what's wrong? Never mind, eat a lot.I cook your favorite food. And you better not work first, you're still sick."

"Don't set me up!" sniff the woman.

"Well, I'm not going to set you up, but I'm just trying to win your heart" Xander said with a smile. He stared deeply at Zeevana, quickly the woman threw away her face and focused herself on the food.

'I know there's still love in your heart for me. I'll give that love back'

Everyone was busy with their breakfast. Suddenly Javier broke his eyes on the contents of the newspaper. "Xander! What the fuck?" Javier showed the newspaper to Xander.
