No one could describe Xander's current feelings, he was very, very happy because the wife he had been waiting for had been aware of his coma. He returned to her according to his expectations.

A pair of blue eyes and a sweet smile could still be seen from the beautiful Zeevana. Mother of her two children. Xander's heart and heart were pounding unhappily because they were happy. So happy, Xander to shed tears.

"I'll call doctor Alice, wait a minute" Xander said, releasing Zeevana's hand from his. But Zeevana again held her husband's hand.

"Bunny, our baby..Our baby survived right?" zeevana asked worried about the condition of her two babies. Xander looked deeply at his wife, where she might have said that one of their babies was gone when Zeevana just woke up.

"I'll explain later" said Xander, then let go of Zeevana's hand and rushed from there to call Alice's doctor.

Zeevana frowned in wonder why her husband did not immediately answer when asked about their twins. So she wondered what her husband had been hiding?

Shortly thereafter, doctor Alice and doctor Yoshua come along with Xander. They are happy because Zeevana is back alive, even though before Zeevana's condition was not good and had died late. No one knows God's will, right?

"Your cancer is still in stage 3, you should get treatment immediately after this lady Dacosta" Yoshua told Zeevana after examining the condition of the woman who had just woken up from the coma.

"Yes, doctor thank you. I'll do the treatment now, but my baby-"

"Your baby-"

When Yoshua was about to explain, Xander immediately hinted the cancer specialist to be quiet. He's the one who will explain everything to Zeevana. They needed time together and finally the two doctors left the Zeevana's nursery, because the day was too late.

Now the couple is in a happy time where they can talk again. But before speaking much, Xander asks that Zeevana eat first. He himself fed her, though she refused to eat and asked for her twins.

"Bunny, this is enough! Now tell me how are our children and where are they? I'd like to meet hupp-hupp..."

Before Zeevana spoke more, Xander again silenced the woman's lips with food into her mouth. "Bunny.you." she had to chew her food.

"Take the food and talk!" xander's thrashing on his wife.

I'm sorry, honey, I don't want to tell you, but I'm actually still gathering the guts to talk about our kids.

Bunny, what are you hiding from me? Why do you make me wonder? Zeevana did not say a word, but she looked at her husband questioningly.

After finishing all the food in the bowl and gulp water. Zeevana impatiently asked Xander the condition of her two babies. Do not let his struggle to resist not taking drugs, not in vain. She hopes her two children are alive and well.

"Now tell me, how are our children and where are they?" zeevana asked with a rhetorical look at her husband. Xander sighed for a moment.

"Yes, I promise." replied Zeevana, replying to her husband's hand. His heart was pounding with what Xander was going to say.

"Zee, both of our children were successfully born into the world. It's just-we lost one of them." said Xander iras who noticed Zeevana.

"W-what?" zeevana's tears began to fall. She was shocked to hear this news, one of the babies died?

"Darling, calm down hey..."

"Bunny, our son is dead?" isak Zeevana is sad. Xander immediately hugged his wife and tried to strengthen her, not only was he sad, but Xander as his father was also sad.

"Darling, I know you're sad.I'm the same. We must not drag on in the sadness of love, there are still Aiden and baby girl who need us. So, after this remove your tears and we age together, see our children grow up" Xander said trying to calm down.

"Baby girls? Do we have a daughter?" ask Zeevana.

"Sadly, she looks like you." Xander let go of his embrace and saw the look on Zeevana's face.

"Why does it look like me?"

"It's okay, it's just beautiful and cute." replied Xander praising his wife. Then he brought his face closer and was about to kiss Zeevana, but Zeevana covered Xander's mouth with her hand.

"I haven't brushed my teeth in three days" Zeevana said.

"I don't care, which obviously I miss." Xander scooped Zeevana's lips without excuse. He misses his wife so much, he is happy because his world is not so crumbling.

Xander unceasingly thanked the powers because Zeevana had returned safely. Now they are waiting for the happy days after. Although they grieve for Ainsley, there are still Aiden and a baby girl who have not been named by Xander.

The next day everyone gathered at the hospital, they were happy because Zeevana was awake. Even so, Zeevana still has to get treatment and do chemotherapy.

"Zee, honey, how are you? Is anyone sick?" elena asked worriedly at her sister.

"Just a little bit sore, the doctor said it's because I'm sleeping on it." Zeevana cheered on her brother.

"True, later the pagang will disappear on its own. By the way, it's good to see you back." Elena hugged Zeevana affectionately. He's happy his sister's back.

"Oh yeah, what's this beautiful baby called? Did brother and sister-in-law give him a name?" tanya Arsen is currently holding baby girl Zeevana and Xander.

Zeevana and Xander glanced at each other then compactly they said. "Jesslyn Ivana Dacosta!" everyone just smiled happily and handsomely agreed with the name. Even baby Ivana also smiled as soon as she heard her name called, yes she liked that name.
