Chapter 45. Green light from Savana

Xander was stunned with widened eyes as Zeevana casually said that she would meet Axel, the man who liked his wife from long ago. How not to be angry, obviously he was jealous.

"It seems you forgot I'm still your husband" Xander said. "And it looks like you forgot about our conversation last night!" he said again annoyed. Xander considers that Zeevana who wants to meet with Axel because they do not think their talk last night is just the wind. Xander felt unappreciated, because it was useless he struggled if the fight went to other men.

"I never forget, but-I met him on business. And there are things we have to talk about." Zeevana explained flatly. Early this morning Zeevana received a call from Axel, the man wanted to talk about Aiden. Zeevana knows the man will not dare to mess around, all this time he knows Axel is a good man who always keeps boundaries. So he accepted the invitation to meet from his boss.

"If I forbid you, how?" xander asked with both eyebrows raised upwards, his gaze extremely rhetorical towards the woman.

"I'll keep going, but-I'll be right back. You and Aiden go first to the amusement park, I'll follow." said Zeevana.

"Zee, I don't want you to go." Xander asked the woman.

"Uncle, you have to trust me. I promised I would keep it, I wouldn't do anything." Zeevana told Xander. The man knew that when Zeevana decided something, she would definitely stick with her decision. One of his irreversible decisions is when Zeevana lies to Xander about their surviving son leaving 6 years ago. And Xander also believes that when the woman has promised something, she will definitely keep it. It's just that Xander doesn't want Zeevana to see Axel, instead he doesn't believe in the woman, but he doesn't believe there is Axel.

Xander said nothing more than assenting him, he allowed his wife to go see another man. Though suspicion is in his heart. After Zeevana came out of the room, Xander called someone and told him to follow his wife. Let him be called a jealous husband, he doesn't care. After calling his men, Xander rushes to prepare clothes for Aiden. He will do the job of a father that he has not been able to do all this time.

Before leaving to meet Axel, Zeevana saw both her parents pushing the suitcase like it was going to leave there soon. Her heart pinched seeing Mommy and Daddy's face was still grim even though she had apologized earlier this morning.

"Mom..dad,"

"Yes baby?" sahut Javier on his daughter, while Savana just smiled faintly in response to Zeevana. Normally Savannah was not like this, she would always respond to her daughter. I don't know, maybe he's still angry with Zeevana's accusations yesterday. Zeevana really feels uncomfortable accusing her mother who is not.

"Mommy-Daddy, are you really going to leave today? You're going back to Chicago, today?" asked Zeevana by staring at mommy and daddy immediately alternated.

"Yes, it's time for us to go back. Daddy can't leave Arsen there by himself anyway, he still needs some supervision from Daddy about managing the company" Javier said at length, so that Zeevana doesn't feel guilty. Actually what the man said was not entirely alibi, it is true that he and his wife must immediately return to Chicago because a lot of work awaits there. But another reason for their return there is because Savana who still harbors a sense of disappointment in Zeevana.

Zeevana may accuse her mother of telling her identity about her past and Xander's. As hateful as Savana was to Xander, he couldn't possibly say anything that could make his grandson hurt his heart. No way! And Savana is disappointed in Zeevana who blames her. Last night she cried in the arms of her husband, but it could not lessen the pain in her heart towards Zeevana.

"Dad, mom, I'm sorry.I'm sorry I hurt mommy." Zeevana approached her mother and held Savana's hand. The woman who gave birth to him.

"Forget it. Mommy hopes you're happy with Xander and Aiden here." asserted Savana without looking at Zeevana.

From here Zeevana is convinced that her Mommy still feels pain because of her accusations last night.

"Mommy I'm sorry, mommy don't get mad anymore." pinta Zeevana with teary eyes. He didn't expect it to be and Savana would be like this.

"Mommy's fine, mommy just needs time. Later also upset mommy lost - you know that mommy at least can be angry for a long time. We'll meet at your cousin's wedding." said Savana, as the middle-aged woman forced her smile, though she was upset with her daughter over last night's incident. But he's not really the kind of person who is vengeful. She was angry for too long with her beloved daughter.

"Mom.."he looked at her mother with a sad look.

Savannah pulls her daughter's body into her arms. The woman said that she always wished the best for her happiness as well as her daughter's household. Yes, Savana hopes that the choices and decisions taken by her daughter are not wrong. He would try not to have any resentment towards his daughter-in-law. He will try to open his heart to accept his son-in-law back into the life of his daughter and granddaughter.

Zeevana smiled happily at what Savana said, the middle-aged woman had given the man who was still her husband a chance to return to his life again. "Mom, is mommy serious? Mommy-really giving an opportunity to uncle to improve himself?" asked the woman with incredulous eyes.

Savana smiled and nodded her head confidently. "But-if mommy hears her hurting you again, mommy won't hesitate to marry you off to another man. Mommy's serious!" Savana gives ultimatums to her daughter and daughter-in-law, if their household has any more problems regarding infidelity. Then he will again interfere in their household.

On the doorstep of Aiden's room, Xander seemed to stand with teary eyes as if he could not believe what he had just heard. Her killer, stone-stubborn father-in-law finally gives her a chance to mend her domestic relationship with Zeevana. Xander suddenly like a fool, he immediately ran up to the Savana and hugged her.

"Mama-in-law, you take it easy. What you fear will never happen again. I swear on my life, I will always love your daughter and love your beloved granddaughter. And I love my mom and dad!" the man smiled so much that he showed a dimple on his cheek. This is so wow! Her mother-in-law gave her greenlight.

"Good mama! Thanks you! Papa too." the man was overjoyed.

Xander was still with his smile, he was peeping the backs of his mother's and father-in-law's hands in turn. He did not forget to give thanks to the Almighty God, for there was a broken heart to receive him.

The man vowed in his heart, that he would never waste this opportunity. Now he will start to melt the hearts of Zeevana and Aiden completely.

After the happy conversation, Savana and Javier return to Chicago on a private plane. They were worried about Arsen managing the company at a young age.

After dropping off his parents, Zeevana goes to see Axel and Prisa at the company. While Xander is with Elara and Aiden at home. Xander, Zeevana and Aiden are going to the amusement park.

Initially, Zeevana and Axel only talked about work and projects that they would work together. But after the conversation was over, Axel invited the woman to walk alone. Yes, his goal was clear that he wanted to apologize. But Zeevana does not expect that his boss is the one who has told Aiden the story of his past and the tragic Xander.

"I'm sorry Zee, I know I was wrong to tell Aiden that. I'm not gonna make an alibi or an excuse, because I'm guilty."

Maybe Aiden should have known about his parents' past." to be honest, Zeevana was upset with Axel, but she couldn't blame the man for everything being exposed anyway. Aiden already knows, so what to regret?

"Once again I'm sorry, sorry Zee. How's Aiden doing?" ask Axel then. He still feels guilty.

"He's angry at uncle, but it's okay.we'll get it done and Axel's sir doesn't need to feel guilty" Zeevana said with a smile.

"Wait-we?" Axel was a little bit unhappy because there was a word we were there. We are Zeevana and Xander.

"Yes, we... I and Uncle will try to melt Aiden's heart" Zeevana explained. "If there's nothing to talk about anymore, I say hello to Axel. I promised to go with Uncle and Aiden." the woman got up from her seat, but Axel was still stunned. He was shocked to realize that Zeevana and Xander were close. Yes, looking at that man who was unyielding and shameless. Xander can melt Zeevana's heart back.

"No! You can't leave!" Axel suddenly held tightly onto Zeevana's hand.

"Sir Axel, what are you doing?" zeevana asked in surprise at what Axel was doing. "Take me off Axel sir! You-"

"Akhc!!" Pekik Zeevana was surprised when the man not let go but instead hugged her tightly so intimately. Axel looked at Zeevana with another.

"I've been patient enough to wait, 6 years. But why not me?!" axel jolt, showing his real face.

"Sir Axel... What exactly did Mr. Axel say? Let go of me." pinta Zeevana, she's trying to get her body out of Axel's arms. But the man still hugged her tightly, so possessive. Even Axel forgot that he and Zeevana were in the meeting room of the group design office.

"I love you, don't tell me you don't know!" axel exclaimed with teary eyes.

"What?" Zeevana had indeed heard the statement of Love from the man before, but she did not take it seriously.

"I love you and I don't want to be patient anymore" the man said, then he brought his face closer to Zeevana. He buried his lips on Zeevana's nude-colored ranum lips. With both hands supporting the girl's body.
