After expressing their own feelings, Zeevana and Xander's relationship warmed up. Antonio Dacosta also urged his granddaughter, she can't wait to meet the granddaughter-in-law and also her great-granddaughter whom she can only see from photos.

"Xander, when are you going to bring Aiden and Zeevanah here? Grandpa couldn't wait any longer, he couldn't wait to meet them" said Antonio from across the street.

"In the meantime, cake, I'm preparing a surprise for my wife first. The plan is, this afternoon I'll show him that surprise" Xander whispered as he spoke to Antonio on the phone.

"Well, hurry up and bring them here! Grandpa can't stand living alone." Antonio grumbled bitterly.

"Yes cake, wait a minute." ask Xander. "And grandfather will have another new great-grandchild" whispered Xander then who made Antonio surprised instead of playing on the other side.

"What do you mean Xander? New tweet? Do you have another woman and the other woman is pregnant?" antonio accused Xander.

"Oh my Gosh! What did grandpa say? My woman, my love, my wife and the mother of my only one child, she is just one Zeevana. Grandpa's a base.. ckckck." Xander tells his grandfather that Zeevana is the only woman he loves in his life.

Without the man realizing it, someone was on the doorstep of the room hearing their conversation while carrying a tray on top of which was a cup of tea. He was still standing there smiling to himself.

"Grandfather thinks you have another woman, lest you make the same mistake. Or no more mercy for you! That opportunity didn't come twice, Xander. So please appreciate it and take care of what you have, okay?"

Antonio Dacosta always advised his grandson to be a good human being, respecting others, let alone a woman. For women are the noblest creatures on the face of the earth, they are a mother and wife. Antonio always warns Xander to always love him Zeevana, the woman who has bet her life to give birth to her son.

"Yes cake, I'll never make the same mistake again. I will always love my wife and child, forever until death do you part." said Xander who understood the advice of his grandfather.

When Xander was busy calling, suddenly he was surprised by the sound of a broken object. The man turned his back, he kept his phone on the bed and ran to the doorstep. He saw Zeevana had fallen down while holding her stomach and in front of her was a broken cup, tray and coffee that had been spilled on the floor.

There, too, were Aiden and Arsen, and they saw Zeevana in pain and sitting down.

"Dam!" call Xander to his wife.

"Sister! Brother why? I'm sorry, brother, I didn't mean it!" said Arsen felt guilty, he held both of his brother's hands.

"Mommy, it's my fault.I'm sorry, mommy," Aiden also apologized to his mother. He was playing a romp with Arsen before leaving school, and Arsen pushed Zeevana to the point that she fell to the nightstand not far from the door.

"Mommy's okay baby, mommy's fine..ughh..." Zeevana held her stomach and grimaced in pain but did not want to make everyone anxious, Zeevana's stomach was hit by the end of the table.

"What's going on? Does your stomach hurt, honey?" xander asked so attentively and looked at her anxiously.

"I'm fine Uncle, I'm fine." he replied but it was the opposite of his current state.

"Mommy forgive me!" Aiden feels guilty.

"Sister, there's blood!" arsen exclaimed, looking on the floor, there was blood, right on the floor occupied by Zeevana. Arsen and Aiden started to panic when they saw him, let alone Xander.

Quickly and deftly, Xander carried his wife ala bridal style. Looking at his wife's pale countenance, Xander guessed that she was bleeding.

"Uncle... My stomach hurts, our child... How is our child?" Zeevana says it unconsciously, until Arsen and Aiden hear it.

The kid? What boy? They both thought hard digesting what Zeevana had just said.

"Our son will be fine, let's go to the hospital!" Xander carried his wife in a hurry. "Oh yeah Arsen, I'm picking up Aiden, please take her to school." Xander's message to her sister-in-law, then she rushes away without waiting for Arsen's answer. Until he accidentally ignored his two in-laws who were in the dining room when passing through the room.

They saw Xander holding Zeevana hurriedly and without saying goodbye. Savana and Javier got worried about seeing it, something must have happened.

"What's with them hubby?" ask Savana in wonder.

Soon Aiden and Arsen also run, about to catch up with Zeevana and Xander. But the two men had already boarded the driving car with the driver of the Sanderix family.

"Uncle, how's this?" Aiden looked at his uncle with teary eyes. Arsen also still looks confused, is it true that her sister is pregnant again? That's why he spoke that way. Arsen was still silent, immersed in his own thoughts.

But how could they not know about all this? Did Zeevana and Xander deliberately hide about the woman's pregnancy to her family?

"Then we have to get to the hospital" Savana told her husband.

"Yes, we're after them." Javier agreed with what his wife said, that they should follow him to the hospital.

"I want to come!" said Aiden with piercing lips.

"No! You should be schooled in your closet. Let grandma and grandpa come to the hospital" Savana told her granddaughter.

"But, Grandma.I want to know the state of mommy." whined Aiden to his grandmother.

"Later grandpa and grandma will tell you. You calm down, everything will be fine." Javier said, smiling at Aiden. The man who was that old, still looked handsome and young was no less than a youngster. His face was still handsome, even though in his hair there were already some gray hairs in sight.

Aiden obeyed his grandfather's words, he went with Arsen to school by force. Although in his heart he was very worried about his Mommy situation.

After traveling for about 15 minutes, Aiden and Arsen finally arrived in front of Chicago elementary school. Yes, after Zeevana decided to settle in Chicago, Aiden also transferred schools there.

"Uncle, I'm worried about mommy."

Aiden nodded slowly and went into his school environment. He lowered his head and looked glum. Shortly after, someone approached Aiden while giving him a lollipop.

"Aiden, this is for you!" natasha exclaimed with a cheerful smile at the boy. Natasha also goes to school there and she lives with Jonas because her parents don't want to take care of her. Tessa and Dave ignore the boy.

"Don't bother me" said Aiden flatly, then continued walking past Natasha.

"You should bring the candy first, Aiden. So you can smile." Natasha smiled widely, she did not give up on giving Aiden the lollipop candy.

"I don't want to." reject Aiden coldly.

"Keep it first, you can eat it later. It feels so good and it explodes in the mouth." Natasha still forces Aiden to accept the candy. The little girl kept the lollipop she gave into the pocket of Aiden's uniform.

"Ish." snorted Aiden annoyed.

"Oh yeah Aiden, why were you being ushered in by your uncle? Where's your Mommy and Daddy?" tanya Natasha who saw Aiden was ushered in by Arsen and Aiden looked gloomy.

"It's none of your business" Aiden said.

"Come Aiden, tell me! You can tell me anything." said Natasha cheerfully. The little girl wanted to be close friends with Aiden, but Aiden always rejected her. They both entered the classroom because the bell rang.

At the hospital, Zeevana had just finished being examined by one of the obstetricians at the hospital. Because Alice is not there, the theme checks on Zeevana's condition.

"How's my wife and the doctor's gynecologist?" xander asked the doctor.

"It's a good thing you took her to the hospital, Doctor Xander. So that the bleeding could still be stopped and the fetus was helped." explained the middle-aged woman's doctor while applying the gel to Zeevana's flat stomach carefully. He stared at the monitor.

"Huft.thank God." Zeevana and Xander let out a sigh of relief, as their child inside there turned out to be fine.

"But there's one more thing I have to say, it's important" the doctor said as he pulled his hand from Zeevana's stomach. He's done checking.

Zeevana and Xander looked at the doctor anxiously. Then the doctor began to talk, he said that the content of Zeevana is quite weak because Zeevana had experienced severe bleeding during childbirth. Xander was anxious, he did not know about this and directly asked his wife.

"Honey, what was it when I gave birth to Aiden-you're bleeding badly?"

"Yes, I was bleeding until I was in a coma" replied Zeevana, lowering her head. Xander who just knew all this looks very anxious, especially when doctors say that Zeevana content is weak.
