OPEN YOUR MASK, PRINCESS!
Episode 442 PREPARATION

“Mother, rest, let me take care of dad.”

Yue Fang persuaded Liang Jia again to go to sleep, already several times he repeated his request out of worry to see Liang Jia who kept daydreaming and occasionally crying beside Li San.

Liang Jia shook his head weakly, he looked at Yue Fang excitedly. “Mom's not tired, don't worry. Take care of your health, sleep first.”

Yue Fang shook his head firmly, he grabbed his mother's hand then grasped it. “Mother... I'm a lot stronger than Mom when it comes to staying up, I'm sleeping. Tomorrow can continue to take care of father, Fang will not interfere tomorrow as long as now mother rest.”

Liang Jia smiled faintly then nodded, she complied with Yue Fang's request which led her to the sofa

in that room. “Mother, tomorrow brother Yue Xin and sister Yue Xiao will be home. They are also worried about dad.” The Shrivelled Yue Fang.

Liang Jia's gaze twinkled upon hearing the names of her two daughters. “Ah. Tomorrow

it was the day Yue Xin visited after getting married, but the mother had not prepared anything yet. Fang, you go home and have the servants decorate the main hall. Keep an eye on them for preparation and have them cook ten kinds of side dishes tomorrow.” Pinta Liang Jia was a little flustered, he forgot about the important things of his daughter because all his attention was seized to Li San.

Yue Fang smiled faintly then sat down to approach Liang Jia, “Mother... Brother Yue Xin and her husband knew the condition of father. They asked me to convey that mom didn't have to bother doing the welcoming. Brother Yue Xin and sister-in-law will go straight to the hospital to see father and mother.” The Shrivelled Yue Fang.

Liang Jia was speechless, between sad, disappointed and feeling relieved, her facial expression and smile were hard to decipher. “Mom don't know what else to do, it all happened so suddenly. It feels like falling in a row. Frankly, I'm not ready to lose your father, but look at the situation now... Fang, tell your first brother to come home soon. We better prepare for the worst.” Liang Jia quietly wiped away the tears at the end of her eyelids.

Yue Fang paled at Liang Jia's pessimistic attitude, actually if he wanted to be realistic, Li San's condition was indeed far from being expected to heal. The doctor could not even guarantee when he would wake up from his coma, his life only aided by a pile of tools, there were only two possibilities between he could wake up again or fall asleep forever.

“Good mother, I will contact brother Yue Yan.” Yue Fang replied weakly.

Liang jia slowly stood up, Yue Fang guiding her even though the old woman was actually still quite strong. He was only worried about Liang Jia's extremely depressed mentality. The two women headed towards the bedroom window then Yue Fang flicked the white curtain before him. The dark sky tonight signifies overcast which does not mean rain. Liang Jia stared up at the black cloud clumps in the starless sky.

“Mothers hope wherever you are, you are always protected, you must be safe and come back to us, Yue Hwa.” Liang Jia prayed to the sky, hoping that the sincere prayer of a mother could be fulfilled.

Li An went back to bed in the room with her husband, having been subtly evicted by Xin Er so as not to struggle in one room with him. Enough Li Mei and her baby to accompany Xin Er until Haris returns. As the couple laid back in bed, Li An pressed the TV remote, changing the channel which he found very boring.

“Huft... Nothing is fun!” Grouser Li An.

Wen Ting raised one eyebrow, trying to contact the co-pilot who was in the jet that was following Xiao Jun. His attention was distracted for a moment by Li An's bored-looking grunt. “Not the channel is boring, but you are not calm. What's weighing on you again, baby?” Wen Ting asked attentively.

Li An glanced at her husband, she was surprised because Wen Ting seemed to be able to read her heart. Since then he was agitated because he could not hide the feeling of his mistress. He was worried about Haris, Xiao Jun and Weini, not knowing what had happened to them. Whether or not the mission succeeds his father and sister. “I'm worried about them, haven't you heard until now?” Li An asked looking at her husband with a serious look.

Wen Ting smiled faintly, he stroked Li An's hair softly. “I know your mind is not calm because of that, I've been trying to contact my co-pilot. Be patient, I must have contacted them, no matter how.” Said Wen Ting then returned to tinkering at a special mobile phone to communicate with his men.

Wen Ting's face wrinkled, Li An who saw it was able to conclude that her husband's efforts had not been fruitful. But not too long later, Wen Ting's face changed expression, following a smile that Li An had memorized if her husband was happy.

“Hello... How's the mission?” Wen Ting asked curiously.

“Good! How long are you guys gonna be up?” Wen Ting asked again, his facial radiance signifying a great optimism. Li An was quite relieved to see the look on her husband's face. Wen Ting nodded a few times then the call ended.

Li An stared at the full twinkle, without needing to say she was sure Wen Ting would definitely tell her. And right, now the man looked at him fixedly and smiled gleefully. He grabbed Li An's two hands to grasp.

“They succeeded. Miss Li was saved!” Wen Ting cried happily.

Li An was so amazed that he showed off his line of white teeth, “Thank God, this is the news that was waiting for. We have to tell mom soon, come on baby!” Li An muttered impatiently and stood up, she pulled the hand of Wen Ting who just complied.

The couple ran enthusiastically as Lau, who was relaxing in the living room, watched. Lau was a little anxious about the young pregnant Li An, but before he reprimanded, it was fortunate that Wen Ting had already asked his wife to walk slowly. Li An was stunned, she was indeed not used to her young pregnancy. She listened to her husband and walked slowly towards Xin Er's room.

Li Mei opened the door after hearing a slow knock, she and Xin Er had not slept since. “Adik, you haven't slept?”

Li An skipped the preamble, excitedly grabbing Li Mei's hand and inviting her in. “There's good news I can't delay anymore, brother... Mom, I finally made it. Father and Jun successfully helped Miss Li.” Li An cried happily.

Xin Er got out of bed and approached Li An, such news was what she was waiting for. “Finally... Thank goodness we can be a little relieved. So when do they arrive?” xin Er asked enthusiastically.

“My men say a range of two more hours they will get here, mom.” Wen Ting replied happily.

Xin Er nodded, her smile so loose and happy. “Alright, we must prepare something to welcome them. Ah... Li Mei, help mom to cook, they must be hungry after a long trip.” Invite Xin Er to pay close attention to stomach affairs.

Li Mei nodded obediently, after all her son had fallen asleep.

“I help you too, Bu.” Said Li An who asked for work rations.

Xin Er shook her head slowly, the subtle repulsion was cast for her daughter. “You need to rest a lot, you better get back to lying in your room. Mother and Li Mei alone are enough.”

“But I'm strong, Mom. I'm not tired.” Reject Li An who is still trying to mengeyel.

No one served Li An's indulgence anymore, Wen Ting immediately took over by taking his wife back to the room. Meanwhile Xin Er and Li Mei continued their plan of preparing the dishes to welcome those they loved home.

The jet that Xiao Jun and the others were carrying seemed to be slowly lowering in height. After hours of flying over the unrecognizable ocean, they finally saw a glimmer of hope with the flickering bright lights of the city looking like stars from above the air.

Weini fell asleep from exhaustion, but Xiao Jun continued to wake up beside her. He looked out the window, where they should have been near. Xiao Jun looked back at Weini's beautiful face as he fell asleep, slowly stroking her hair gently.

“We're back, baby. This time I will never let you get hurt again.” Xiao Jun whispered softly near Weini's ears.
