The sound of a spinning suitcase wheel was black, as if it was the supporting voice of a nineteen-year-old girl's footsteps. He had just set foot in John F International Airport. Kennedy City New York, USA.
A month ago he received an email from the United Nations, which included the acceptance of a three-month internship. The girl also did not expect to be able to enter the UN office that she always dreamed of.
At first he was just idly trying to send his CV by email, because he wanted to know other than being a Lecturer or Civil Servant, what else could be entered by a Anthropology graduate. And lucky he who can get this golden opportunity, can be used as a script material. Currently the girl is compiling a thesis, in order to pursue an S1 degree at her University.
If anyone asks, how can nineteen-year-olds already be able to compile a thesis? While in Indonesia, the average student can complete S1, between three or four years. But that is not the case for this Korean-Indonesian girl.
Kang Sora, has an intelligent brain that he has acquired since childhood. His parents were also conscious when he was three years old, three years old Sora was filled with books. At an early age, he can read well.
When he was five years old, he was more interested in books about human relationships. His parents also feel a little afraid if his son does not have friends, because his daily life is only reading books.
High IQ children are more interested in books whose contents are dominated by numbers, but not with Sora. The socialization relationship between humans is very interesting, that's why he majored in Anthropology; science that studies about humans.
When Sora entered elementary school, she was a little surprised. Everything taught by his teacher he had learned first, especially with his friends. While others were still learning to write and read, Sora even knew the contents of the book he was holding at that time.
Back at school, Sora recounted his experience, his mother just smiled at the babbling of this special child. His mother then gave an understanding of the privileges he had, Sora who could already think above children his age nodded in understanding. And at the end of the sentence his mother said, "Didn't Sora have read it in the book? It's just practice."
After realizing she was a little "different" with friends her age, Sora followed her mother's advice to stay in school like other children her age. Even though he understood, he still watched his teacher. When there was a friend who was a little confused by the matter given by the teacher, he was happy to help her.
Her mother once said she did not want Sora to lose her childhood just because she was "special". Sora understood what her mother meant.
Sora is also very sociable, there is no school that does not know him. Not only because he always got all the best nicknames, but also because of his friendly nature to everyone. Scholarships, student exchanges, to honor the name of the school has become mandatory food.
But Sora's troubles started when he sat in the upper middle, there were many disciples who were jealous of him for his achievements. He became the darling of all teachers. If during elementary and middle school he was very dear to everyone, it does not apply equally in High School life. He started being bullied because of his intelligence, especially in Indonesia itself there are still many cases of bullying.
The form of bullying that Sora gets is quite serious, often getting physical violence from friends who hate her. Moreover, Sora has a face that is not like Indonesian girls in general. His father's Korean face is very domineering, especially whites who increasingly add to the hatred of friends who do not like it.
Sora did not reciprocate the treatment of those who hated him, instead he just smiled. Sora did that because her mother always taught her to be calm when faced with problems. Plus the way Sora's mind is quite mature compared to friends his age, so when there is violence does not mean reciprocated violence.
Sora's friends do not like his attitude that just silently smiled without replying to anything, until his friends also reported the incident experienced by Sora to the principal. The school threatened to take the case to the police if no one wanted to admit what he had done, and eventually the friend who intimidated Sora cried apologizing and promised not to repeat it.
Before entering the University, Sora discussed with his mother and father about the majors he would take. His mother fully supports whatever majors Sora will choose, very contrary to his father who really wants Sora to major in law. Of course Sora rejected him in a subtle way, but his father didn't care at all. Sora's father was quite hard at educating his son, which also caused Sora to be a little afraid to refuse.
After a long discussion that took a week, they got the final decision. Sora must immediately complete his anthropology course in order to continue studying law, which of course anthropology can not take a moment.
Often go to remote villages for the sake of college materials, until the tribes of the interior that most do not know the outside world, need extra time to be able to get closer to people who do not like the progress of the world.
It was not Sora his name if he was unable to finish what he started, now it was only a step away that he obtained his bachelor's degree.
Sora again saw the watch given by his younger brother, already at five in the afternoon. He better go to the inn that he had booked far away. This is one of his father's upbringing, living independently. When Sora said he would intern in New York for three months, his father forbade his mother to help. All Sora needs, he handles it himself.
For matters of pocket money his father did not give more, just enough to eat. While his father's transportation suggested to walk only, many residents there who prefer to walk. Sora was not worried about the cost, because he had enough savings for his living expenses there.
Do not ask where the money is, of course, the result of his intelligent brain. Selling books about lessons is also private lessons that are not only for school children, including students. Imagine the money he's been saving since middle school.
"I'd better take a cab." Sora spoke to himself.
He will start his new life for the next three months.

April 2012
The uneasy feeling of the three men sitting in a room, more like a meeting room. It was clear on each other's faces. They are currently being called by the owners of the agency they are working with, to discuss their debut date.
"What's our debut date with Hyung back?" Ask Hoseok.
The man called brother only sighed, before answering the question from his groupmate.
"Okay, I don't know either." Reply Yoongi.
"We better wait for today's news, guessing like that makes me feel even more uneasy." Reply Namjoon who tried to mediate the chat that afternoon.
Not long after Namjoon's words came out of his mouth, a thick-bodied man entered the room. The three men immediately stood up and bowed respectfully with the man named Bang Si Hyuk.
"Well, I don't want to waste time. I know you've been waiting a long time." Said the man with a smile.
The three men immediately straightened their bodies, still a little anxious about what the man in front of him would say.
"I've been thinking about your debut date, and definitely not this year like the last time we talked about." The man looked at his students one by one and continued his sentence.
"Next year will be your debut year."
The three men let loose a little sigh of relief when they heard it, their wait for the past three years has paid off.
"But, before you debut. I have to make sure you guys are worthy to debut."
"You're going to New York for training with Warren G."
The three men raised their eyes, confirming the truth of Bang Si Hyuk's words.
But after that the three of them laughed awkwardly, still unable to believe what was heard.
"Don't give too much wind to heaven PD-nim." Said Namjoon who still did not believe.
"That's enough bullshit." Timpal Yoongi, no matter how the language he uses.
While the man was just laughing, not expecting his protege to not trust him.
"Do I look like a liar?" Ask Bang Si Hyuk.
"Yes." Yeah." Timpal Yoon.
Namjoon, Hoseok is also their Manager trying to hold back his laughter, Yoongi's answer is indeed too honest. Afterwards Bang Si Hyuk straightened his sitting position, trying to restore his pride that had fallen to the floor before.
"I'm not kidding, in more detail you can ask your Manager. If anything goes wrong, you can go to my room." Close down Bang Si Hyuk ended the meeting this time.
Afterwards he got up out of the room, carrying a laptop in his hand. After the man disappeared from sight, Namjoon and Hoseok laughed. Recalling the conversation between the owner of the agency with the artist who has not even debuted.
"You'd better start keeping your word when you debut." Said the Manager who stopped Namjoon and Hoseok's laughter.
"I'm telling the truth." Reply Yoongi.
"But that's not how it works."
"I know what to do, better explain to us what to do there."
The manager could only sigh, Yoongi was not the type of person who liked to buy time. His nature, like not caring about the feelings of others, has become a daily food for them. The manager is very familiar with the character of Yoon-gi.
If anyone did not know him, it would definitely hurt with his sharp mouth.
Yoongi listened seriously to what his Manager said. The gate to debut would come true, he would soon meet with his dream.
Also love.
