Shiren continued to run through the rain until his clothes were soaked. He should have congratulated her because her best friend had just made it but why did he run?
Wasn't that what Shiren wanted, one of him and Kaizen, someone had a girlfriend so that no one misunderstood anymore.
However, when that happened, why did Shiren not like it?
"I suck, '" muttered Shiren. He looked for shelter and tried to contact his father to pick him up.
"The battery's gone, I forgot the charge!"
Shiren became confused, how to go home with his wet condition.
Until he heard someone calling his name.
"The shire..."
When the girl turned her head, she saw the young man who had just revealed love to her the other day.
"Nathan?" call Shiren. "Why are you here?"
"My house was close to school, I was going to buy fried rice but I saw you running around in the rain. What the hell is going on?" nathan asked as he stood beside the girl.
"I was just from school, I wanted to call my papa but my cell phone battery ran out" Shiren explained.
"I don't have a cell phone, if you want, let's take shelter in my house" Nathan said.
There seemed to be no other choice so Shiren agreed to take shelter in Nathan's house, they walked together under the same umbrella.
Nathan lends Shiren a shirt and the girl waits for her papa to pick him up.
Shiren's mistake that night was to forget his wet shirt left behind at Nathan's house.
...***...
Kaizen tries to contact Shiren but the girl's mobile number is off so she goes to Shiren's house over the bridge.
"Where is Shiren, Auntie?" kaizen asked Farah who opened the back door.
"Shiren has a fever, so can't go to school today" Farah replied.
"illness?" Kaizen panicked.
The young man rushed up to the floor of Shiren's room to check on the state of the girl.
Kaizen saw Shiren still closing his eyes and then his hand tried to check the temperature of the girl's body, it was hot.
Feeling that there was a palm on his forehead, Shiren slowly opened his eyes.
"Kai.." call her soft.
A sound came from the young man's mouth, Kaizen that day did not enter the school and accompanied Shiren until the day. He even turned off his phone.
"Why don't you go to school, Kai? I just have a fever" Shiren said as Kaizen fed him chicken porridge.
"Shut up" Kaizen replied. She continued to feed the girl with the chicken porridge she had just bought.
Actually Shiren wanted to ask about Kaizen and Kara's relationship but he was afraid of ruining the atmosphere.
"It seems like yesterday was fine but why is it now that it hurts?" ask Kaizen. He had no idea that the girl was following him at school.
"Maybe it's because I'm exhausted" Shiren replied.
"Regarding that formula, I did memorize it unintentionally so don't think things through. I'm a fool and you're a smart kid so stay first so I can see you get the title of Shiren's doctor" Kaizen said.
Shiren did aspire to become a doctor, therefore his grades should be good.
"Considered it accidentally? What's that reason?" shiren protested while throwing his pillow.
Kaizen quickly caught the pillow and climbed into Shiren's bed. The young man tickled Shiren's body, as they usually do.
Shiren laughed, it used to be fine that they did something like this but now it feels different.
Kaizen is on top of her body.
"You don't feel ticklish anymore, hem?" Kaizen wants to tickle Shiren's body again.
However, he was fixated on seeing Shiren's face from above.
Kaizen reflexively lowered her face which made her distance very close to Shiren's face.
Shiren's nose moved to touch Kaizen's nose, suddenly the atmosphere became hot.
"The shire..." Kaizen called out the girl's name half in a whisper.
Shiren closed his eyes as he felt Kaizen was about to kiss him. "Wait on! Why did I close my eyes? Aaaa..."
