PTI CHAPTER 81 - Dopamine Hormone
"Mom.." call Zester and knock on Rebecca's bedroom door. "Is mommy really sick with smallpox?"
Rebecca who heard it became a fog, anyway Zester should not know the situation he is now or his son will be angry again.
Their relationship had started to improve so Rebecca was unwilling to let Zester down again.
"Yes, this disease is contagious so we're talking about your mommy getting well" Rebecca replied from behind the door.
"Have any doctors checked?" ask Zester who still refuses to go.
"Already, no need to worry," Rebecca replied.
Although suspicious, Zester did not want to force the mother. After all, their relationship had been like that, not interfering with each other.
But, everything changed when Ara entered in their lives.
"Why?" asked Ara who was following her lover.
"It seems mommy does not want to meet us so let's go," asked Zester while holding Ara's hand.
"Not unwilling to meet but due to illness," Ara was still trying to defend Rebecca. He does not want the relationship Zester and his birth mother back stretched.
"We better find a meal and we pack it for your friends later" said Zester.
Again the man diverted the conversation.
"How about I go to Omaku's?" tawdar Ara's.
"Which oma?" ask Zester. It seems like he missed important information.
"Oma Berta, who was pregnant with my mother. Oma has a resto, and you have to introduce yourself to her" explained Ara.
Apparently Ara still has other family members, Zester had to show his charm in order to add a lot of support.
"There are other family members I don't know about yet?" ask Zester.
Ara seemed to think and remember if Zester had not met his grandmother in the village.
"My grandmother, my father's mother. That's all," Ara replied with a laugh.
"Why laugh, what's so funny? Does your grandmother not like Caucasians either?" Zester was worried.
Zester ruffled the girl's hair thinking of the unexpected. "It's important that the widows are all prosperous, isn't it?"
"What if they're lonely, Zee? Didn't you ever ask your mommy that?" Ara asked a question that Zester was difficult to answer.
The man never asked Rebecca that, the reason why she could get involved in a scandal with Ismail, she did not want to know.
"If mommy was lonely, she must have been married a long time ago" Zester replied.
He retracted Ara's hand slowly to follow her footsteps.
However, Zester stopped when he passed through his room. He invited Ara to come in.
"This is your room?" asked Ara while looking around.
"This room hasn't changed since I went to school abroad" Zester said. He laid himself on his bed then patted the empty side of him.
"Come, Yank!"
Ara frowned because Zester called her by another name than usual.
"Yank?" tanyakanya.
"Let's be more friendly," Zester reasoned.
Ara laid down beside her lover and hugged Zester. Lately Zester rarely hugs and kisses him again.
"Is the wound on your back no longer painful?" asked Ara while inhaling Zester's body scent.
"Don't be like this..." Zester felt his body tremble. He was afraid his snake was sticking out.
"Why? Usually you take the initiative first, Zee," said Ara began to misbehave. "I wonder why your lips like to move on their own when we're together!"
"Surely because there is a feeling that drives you, I read that people in love will release the hormone dopamine which is excessive!"
