PTI CHAPTER 21 - Internship
"Even though my face is bule but I am born and raised in Indo," Zester still tried to defend himself.
"Most importantly I've been circumcised!"
Zester said it with great pride.
"Subject circumcision is not enough," replied Theo did not want to lose. "We look like we're the same age!"
"That's because of the young kades sir," Zester kept chiming in.
Ara shook her head hearing the debate of the two people.
"Basic bule strange, he's getting married. I should have said it, why defend myself like that" Ara grumbled.
The girl approached and tried to talk to her father.
"Sir director and I have nothing special to do, Dad. I happen to have a field assignment and the bule gives me a place" said Ara lying.
"So, you're going to intern at his company?" ask Theo.
"Well, that's how it is" answered Ara.
Though Ara only made up the story but Zester immediately agreed to accept Ara apprenticeship in his company, so he would be easier to meet.
"Just calm Mr. Kades, even though he is an intern but Ara will get the appropriate salary, no need to worry anyway," said Zester trying to convince.
Theo had always trusted his daughter so he did not discuss the matter anymore.
They had three meals before Theo or Zester came home.
"Try the black pepper cow, Dad," Ara poured the dish into Theo's plate.
"It looks like your son is more good at cooking" commented Theo.
Zester wanted to take a side dish too by pushing his plate on Ara. "It turns out your taste is fine too, I guess you like undernourished food!"
"Ish, I'm being lazy to serve you," Ara replied as she poured her black pepper cow onto Zester's plate.
There was no sound anymore because the three of them immediately ate and after finishing, Theo said goodbye.
"Dad go back, take care of yourself and call dad as often as possible" Theo said as he said goodbye.
As they hugged, Theo's eyes glanced at Zester.
"You must also go home" he said.
"I really intend to go home" replied Zester.
"Ara, don't bring a man into your apartment again" Theo warned his daughter.
"No more, Father," said Ara.
Yes, Ara will not give Zester permission to enter his apartment again but what if the opposite?
Because Zester had already managed to buy one unit on the floor just below Ara's apartment.
"You must keep your promise, sweet girl," Zester said.
The apartment can also be a suitable place to avoid Riri.
"September," murmured Zester as he changed his unit's password.
"I know that you like September but if Miss Riri finds out, she can open it easily" Mike's assistant gave his opinion.
"Just calm down, he won't know" Zester didn't want to change his password. "After all, this is only a temporary place to stay before I get married!"
Mike's assistant who followed Zester by carrying the man's belongings could only resign, there were two suitcases he brought to the apartment.
"All reports must be completed by tomorrow at the latest, sir," said Mike's assistant.
The man put Zester's files and laptop on the table.
Zester sat down while opening his pants, he wanted to give his snake some time to breathe.
"Oh yeah, Ara wants to intern for the company so take care of all that" said Zester.
"Internship?" ask Mike's assistant to make sure.
"Yes, prepare the room next to yours" replied Zester casually.
"I smell excessive overtime" Assistant Mike muttered in his heart.
