PTI Chapter 26 - Promise is a Promise
"This meeting is unfounded because the case has been closed and the families of the victims have not made any demands" Zester said during the meeting.
"Everything ends peacefully, the company provides considerable compensation and most importantly this is all not the fault of the company but because of the employees themselves!"
The board of directors still feels they have to make a thorough revamp, close or not the case.
From this Ara can conclude that the board of directors and the president of directors are not in line.
"I've gone in too deep" murmured Ara.
When she came home from work, Ara saw Zester was so depressed, visible from the man who was just silent.
It feels strange to see Zester who usually has a lot of behavior so quiet like that.
"You're going home to your old apartment, right? So, I just stop here," said Ara opening her voice.
The girl had refused to be driven home but Zester forced her into her car.
"I'll just go back to my new apartment" Zester replied.
"Isn't your future wife waiting for you in the old apartment?" ask Ara.
I swear by anything, he wanted to get into Zester's head to know what the man had in mind.
"I'm tired, I have a lot of strength to deal with it" replied Zester.
"I never dated but I know how people love each other, when my dad goes to town and comes home, my dad will definitely look for my mom first, they will let go of each other like a world of belonging to both. But, why don't you do something like that?" asked Ara who felt Zester's attitude was just the opposite.
"Why do you always compare things with your parents? Everyone has their own path and not everyone is as lucky as you to have a harmonious family" Zester replied without looking at Ara.
And that made Ara instantly speechless, maybe she was talking too much.
They were silent until the car parked in the basement of the apartment.
"Go home!" Zester asks Mike's assistant to go home. "And turn off your phone!"
Assistant Mike understood for sure that to avoid Riri.
"Don't let the big lady act, sir," Mike's assistant gave a warning before leaving.
"I know, maybe tomorrow I'll see him" Zester replied.
The man walked into his unit to rest, his mind was in complete chaos and was getting more depressed plus his snake was impotent.
Complete already his suffering, maybe this is what Ara meant when he was a lot of money but could not ask for help to anyone using the money.
Zester walks into his apartment unit and immediately takes a shower, he stands under the shower and sees his snake with a new shape.
"The shape is quite good if it is completely healed will definitely be more perfect," murmured Zester.
This was all thanks to the advice of Ara.
"What if I'm honest with Riri?"
Maybe with that, the marriage will be able to retreat again but Riri will certainly complain to the mommy and the problem will increase because his mommy will certainly do extreme treatment that actually aggravates his impotence.
"Whoever I am will be a virgin forever" Zester grew frustrated.
That night he was so agitated and asked Ara to come to his unit.
"Well, it hasn't been a day that I've been his assistant but I've been so bothered" Ara grumbled as she descended to the floor where Zester's unit was.
If he did not remember his promise in the lake that time, surely Ara would not care. Mr. Kades always taught him to keep his word.
