Meet with Old Friends

The atmosphere of the sankaku market in Otaru city is very crowded. Early in the morning Madam Kurinai the mother of Minato had been there. He bought some kitchen necessities as well as clothes as well as some other necessities.

Minato's mother is a huge shopping hobby.

Meanwhile, Mr. Yoshimura also seemed to be entering a fruit shop in the market. He bought 1 kg of grapes and 1 kg of Yuika's favorite apples.

After shopping for fruit, Mr. Yoshimura then walked to a store that sold various kinds of paint. He bought 1 can of brown wood paint. Apparently Yuika's father will change the color of their house window paint that has looked worn with new color paint.

That morning Mr. Yoshimura did not use his motorbike but he came to the market on foot. Only about 2 kilo meters distance from his residence to get to the sankaku market.

After finishing shopping, Mr. Yoshimura then walked home from the sankaku market location.

While on the way he saw a stall that provided various kinds of drinks. Because of the thirst of Mr. Yoshimura also briefly in the stall to buy a bottle of cold drink.

Not far from the stall was a middle-aged lung woman sitting on a long bench enjoying a can of cold drink that had just been bought.

The woman looked familiar to master Yoshimura.

"Hi, long time no see..! Greet master Yoshimura to the woman.

Apparently the middle-aged lung woman was Minato's mother who also happened to be an old friend of master Yoshimura.

Minato's mother turned to look towards Yoshimura's master. He smiled when he found out that the one who greeted him was his old friend Yoshimura.

"Hi..! Minato's mother returned the greeting with a smile. A dimple formed on Minato's mother's cheek as she smiled looked so sweet.

"What are you doing in this town..? Yoshimura said to Minato's mother while sitting on a bench facing Minato's mother.

As far as Mr. Yoshimura is concerned, Minato's mother Kurinai lives in Tokyo with her husband.

"I live around here." Minato's Mother.

"Really..! So you've been here too..? It just so happens that I also live around here, my house is not far from this place." Said Mr. Yoshimura.

"Where is Elena..? Didn't she come with you..?" Minato's Mother. Apparently he had not known about the divorce between master Yoshimura and Elena either.

Formerly when he was in school, Yoshimura, Elena and Minato's mother were close friends.

"We're not together anymore, he's been with another man. We've both been separated..!" Said Mr. Yoshimura.

"Really..!" Minato's mother seemed shocked to hear that, she did not expect that Elena who used to love master Yoshimura so much broke off the relationship and turned away from master Yoshimura. Whereas in the past when she was in school, Elena was very crazy to Yoshimura Yuika's father.

Minato's mother also used to harbor feelings for Yoshimura's master, but she preferred to budge and harbour her feelings for Yoshimura's master in order to keep their friendship from breaking down.

But the story has been very long, now Minato's mother has lived happily with her husband, Minato's father.

"So Elena is now married again..?" Ask Minato's mother.

"Yes, she is married to a businessman and still lives in Tokyo." Said Mr. Yoshimura.

Mr. Yoshimura recounted all the events he experienced to Minato's mother without hesitation because he and Minato's mother were close friends.

Minato's mother seemed to be saddened upon learning that Elena turned away from master Yoshimura and chose a man who was more established than her.

Minato's mother could only encourage him and told Yoshimura to remain patient in the trials of life.

"I must return immediately to the house my two daughters have been waiting for me." Said master Yoshimura while standing up and about to leave.

"Have you come home on foot..? Ask Minato's mother.

"Yes, my house is not far from here." Answer Mr. Yoshimura.

"You're saying your house isn't far from a snare..? Then let me drive you home, I happen to be carrying a car, I'll be home now." Said Minato's mother offering a ride to Yoshimura's master.

" Did my speech sound like it was coercive..? Asked Minato's mother who was smiling as she glanced towards master Yoshimura.

Then they both got into the car. Minato's mother drove her car and drove old Yoshimura to the front of her yard.

"Let's go home for a little while..!" Said Mr. Yoshimura inviting Ms. Minato into his house.

"Yes okay...! Minato's mother.

Minato's mother got out of the car and went with Yoshimura into the house.

"Sorry my house is small..!" Said Mr. Yoshimura.

"No problem..! Minato's mother then sat on the sofa chair of the living room of the house.

Meanwhile, Mr. Yoshimura went to the kitchen to make a cup of tea.

"Auntie..! Aunt who..? Fuji said as he approached Minato's mother. That day Fuji did not want to go to school because he wanted to take care of Yuika.

" He's Kurinai's aunt, father's old friend." Said mister Yoshimura who suddenly stood behind Fuji while carrying a cup of his homemade tea.

Fuji looked at Minato's mother.

"You're so sweet..! It's like your mother." Minato's mother said as Fuji's cheeks were as chubby as bread.

"He is Fuji my youngest son." Mr. Yoshimura introduced his daughter to Minato's mother while giving her a cup of tea.

"I have two daughters, but my first daughter is in her room right now. He was still unable to walk, his leg was injured from falling out of the bathroom yesterday. Next time I'll introduce you." Said Mr. Yoshimura.

After a few minutes of talking and finishing a cup of tea for master Yoshimura, Minato's mother then decided to go home.

"I think I should go home now." Minato's mother.

"Well, thank you for driving me and for stopping by my little hut..!" Said mister Yoshimura with a smile.

Then Minato's mother left the house and headed for her car.

He drove the car back home.

Meanwhile, it was in Yuika's room. It appears that the girl is sitting on her bed replying to a message Miki sent her through whats'aap.

Apparently the two best friends were anxious because today Yuika was not present at school.

Shortly after, master Yoshimura came and entered Yuika's room while carrying the fresh pieces of fruit she had just bought this morning.

He then took out a chair and sat down before Yuika.

"Are you feeling better today..?" Ask Mr. Yoshimura to his beloved daughter while feeding pieces of fruit into Yuika's mouth.

"Yes, I think I'm better than I was yesterday. Yuika.

"Other times be careful when getting into the bathroom..! Mr Yoshimura warned the danger to his daughter.

"Yes yeah." Yuika replied while chewing the fruit in her mouth.

"Well then, eat this fruit yourself, I must go to repaint the window of our house that looks worn." Said Mr. Yoshimura while giving a plastic plate containing pieces of fresh fruit to Yuika.

Yuika's father then went to walk out of his daughter's room to the front window of the house whose paint color had already faded.

Then he began repainting the window of the room with the paint he had just bought at my sankaku market. The color of the window looks new again.
