Meet Minato at Karuizawa Night Market

At dusk in the cities of Karuizawa, Miki, Hana and also Yuika were around the resort courtyard. Since today was their last day in Karuizawa, the three of them took the opportunity to take pictures of the cityscape of Karuizawa from the top of the hill at dusk.

A beautiful view when the sun began to be reddish orange.

While busy taking pictures of the scenery there, suddenly their friend named Misao came to them while running.

"Hey..! Mr. Inuiki is looking for you three." Shouted Misao coming from behind.

"What is Mr. Inuki looking for us..?" Ask Miki.

"I don't know either, but the teacher told me to gather all the garden-friends, it seems like there's something he wants to tell us all." Answer Misao.

"All right, we'll see him soon." Miki.

After being satisfied to take pictures of Miki, Hana and Yuika then come to face Mr. Inuiki.

Mr. Inuiki seemed to be waiting for the arrival of the three of them in front of the terrace of the inn along with the other students of his training.

Miki comes walking over to Inuiki and is followed by Hana and Yuika.

"Good afternoon sir..!" Miki Sapa.

"Yes good afternoon..! It's good that you're all here. Come join your other friends. You want to tell something to all of you." Said Inuiki.

The three of them joined the other students.

"Okay boys, you all listen to me carefully." Said Inuiki.

"Today is the last day of our holiday in Karuizawa. I hope you all make your holiday travel reports, because you will report the results of our holiday trip to the principal." Said Inuiki.

"Mr hope your report will be collected when the summer holidays end." Say Mr. Inuiki back.

"All right, sir..!" Answer all students simultaneously.

At 07:35 p.m. After dinner, Hana, Miki and Yuika are getting ready to go to Karuizawa night market.

The three of them had previously obtained permission from Mr. Inuiki to go there tonight.

Meanwhile Mr. Inuiki and other students did not come with them to the night market.

Miki, Hana and Yuika walk towards Karuizawa night market.

The road leading to the night market looked dark, the street lights around the night market did not work as usual.

Yuika, who happens to be carrying a flashlight given by her father, then turns on her flashlight.

The three teenagers walked to the night market. In the night market the atmosphere seemed very crowded, the light illuminated every walk there. The three teenagers walked towards the ghost house.

"You sure you don't want to get into trying rides with us..?" Miki asked Yuika.

"No, I don't want to go inside. I'll just wait here for you." Answer Yuika.

"Alright, then we'll go in now." Miki.

"Are you ready..?" Ask Miki to Hana.

"Yes, I'm ready." Answer Hana.

After buying the entrance ticket to the haunted house rides, the two teenagers immediately entered the vehicle.

Before going inside it appeared Miki was waving her hand to Yuika.

Yuika who was outside the vehicle smiled as she waved her hand back to her two best friends.

Yuika who was bored waiting outside then went for a walk towards the night market area.

The night market in Karuizawa is always crowded with visitors.

In addition to providing adult play rides, there are also playgrounds for children.

Yuika walked through the night market, she walked while looking at the items sold there.

Yuika stops her scarcity when she sees Kingyo Sukui's game.

Kingyo sukui or goldfish game is one of the most popular games at summer festivals. Players are challenged to catch as many fish as possible before the paper on the net called their poi is torn.

Yuika who was curious about the game, wanted to try playing catch a goldfish. Since childhood Yuika has loved the game Kingyo Sukui.

But Yuika never managed to catch a fish. The girl looked annoyed at the moment when she had not managed to catch a single goldfish. When going to catch a second fish, suddenly Yuika was surprised by a man sitting next to her.

The man held Yuika's hand and took the poi from her hand.

"You..?" Yuika looked surprised to see Minato beside her.

Apparently the man who took the poi or fishing net was Minato.

"Hey..!" Sapa Minato with a smile.

"I'm on vacation spending the summer with grandpa here.

"Really..!" Yuika Sahut.

"So grandpa is here too..?" Yuika asked back while looking around at the surrounding area.

"No, Grandpa didn't come with me to the market tonight. We've been here 3 days." Minato.

"This is my grandmother's birth village, so we both decided to spend a hot vacation here." Say again.

"Oh so." Yuika Sahut.

"Yourselves, what are you doing here..?" Ask Minato.

"Eh me, me and my friends come here on vacation, Mr. Inuiki is also with us." Answer Yuika.

"We're all staying at an inn not far from here." Say again.

"Did you come here by yourself..?" Ask Minato.

"No, I came with Miki and Hana. They're both on a haunted house ride." Yuika.

"You didn't come with them to the rides..?" Ask Minato.

"No, I don't give both of them." Yuika Sahut.

"That's it..!" Minato smiled when he found out that Yuika was a timid girl.

"Alright, let me teach you the correct technique of catching goldfish..!" Minato exclaimed as he held onto Yuika's hand.

Yuika was nervous as her hand was held by Minato, the girl was happy to see Minato that night.

"Grow your hand, hold the net slightly sideways." Minato.

"Yes, like that..!" Say again.

"Good, now try to catch one of the goldfish." Said Minato while taking off his hand from Yuika.

Yuika then tried to catch one of the goldfish, but unfortunately the net made of paper was torn, she failed to get the goldfish. The girl was very upset.

"Don't be discouraged..! Try again." Minato said encouraging Yuika.

"Look at me, how I caught the fish so well." Minato said back.

Yuika then notices the way Minato holds the net and catches the goldfish very young.

"Gee... You are so great..!" Yuika cried while clapping her hands when she saw Minato catch a fish without damaging her paper net.

"Let's try it one more time, follow it the way I do it." Minato.

"No, I can't." Answer Yuika.

"Try once again you can" Minato exclaimed.

Yuika then tried to catch the goldfish again with a paper net in her hand.

"Do it quickly so that the paper is not torn." Minato.

"All right..!" Sahut Yuika who was slightly feeling tense.

Yuika tried several times to catch goldfish and for the 5th time the girl finally managed to catch a small goldfish. He looks very happy and happy.

Minato who saw Yuika smiling also felt happy.

The night seems to be getting late, after meeting Minato, Yuika returns to the haunted house rides to meet Hana and Miki, but it seems that Hana and Miki have left from there.

Yuika then contacted Miki and asked where the two of them were, apparently the two friends were on a merry-go-round. Yuika then walked back to the carousel, and approached her two best friends.

"What did you bring that..?" Miki asked as she glanced towards Yuika's hand holding onto something.

"Oh this, it's a goldfish." Answer Yuika.

"So while playing Kingyo Sukui, I accidentally met Minato." Said Yuika again.

"really..? Did you really meet her..?" Ask Hana.

"Yes, this fish is a gift from him." Yuika.

"So Minato came on vacation here as well." Hana Saying.

"Yes he came with grandfather." Yuika replied with a smile.

That night Yuika walked towards the inn while carrying two small goldfish in a clear plastic bag.

He plans to bring the fish back with him to Otaru tomorrow.
