Two weeks have passed since Roy's return to Makassar. They have been doing all the activities as usual. Roy has returned to work in his office as well as Indah. Teguh has returned to Jakarta to finish his studies because the holiday period has been completed. And Fandi daily held back emotions over her mistake of accepting Siska in her home.

That morning Almira fell ill, his body temperature rose every hour to make Fandi undo his intention to go to the office. Siska had not yet woken up from her sleep, while Nuning was still on her way to her house.

Fandi sent a message to Nuning to get the woman to change her direction towards the big Hospital in the city. Nuning took off his motorcycle after receiving bad news from Fandi.
