Chapter 3. I'm Not Guilty

Arriving at the hospital, Gerald immediately carried his lover's body to the IGD room. The doctor immediately dealt with. Half an hour later the doctor came out to see Gerald waiting in front of the room.

"Is there a family of Merlin's mother?" ask the doctor as soon as he leaves the room.

"I, Doc. How's Merlin doing?" gerald asked in a worried voice.

The doctor seemed to think and take a breath before saying something. Gerald who was waiting for the Doctor's voice became even more worried. He was expecting a descent. His six-month marriage had no sign of his wife being pregnant.

"I'm sorry, sir. We have tried but a hard impact on the stomach of the Father's wife, causing the child in the womb of the Father's wife we can not help. My wife had a miscarriage."

Like hearing lightning during the day, Gerald was shocked and could not believe what the doctor said. The hope of having offspring as soon as possible, will not be realized. Gerald's body became weak.

Gerald held onto the wall to support his weakened body. The doctor asked permission to perform the curettage.

Gerald tightened his hand. It would seem that the man had trouble speaking.

"I'm sorry, honey. I can't look after you and our baby. He's gone. You had a miscarriage, honey," said Gerald at last.

"No.kkk ..," cried Merlin. Gerald hugged the woman's body giving her strength.

"It's all because of that woman. She pushed. Your wife must be jealous and angry to know I'm pregnant with your child" Merlin said.

Merlin dares to accuse Agatha because he knows that every afternoon until work, the cctv in Gerald's study is often turned off if she comes to visit. All because Gerald and Merlin often combine love and even make love in the workspace.

"You must give the same punishment as our son's murderer. Because of your wife, I lost a child. He's a killer" Agatha said.

Gerald who was carried away by emotions made his mind deadlocked. He immediately believed Merlin's words. Gerald called his lawyer.

"Do whatever can put the woman in jail with the harshest sentence. I'll pay you anything as long as the woman can be bui."

Gerald's man tried to fulfill the wishes of his superiors even though ha;rus made false accusations. An hour later, Gerald left the hospital.

"Darling you wait here. I'll take care of something. If you need help, go with the nurse."

Gerald kissed his lover's forehead and cheeks before leaving the ward.

While at their residence, Agatha was astonished to see the arrival of the police quite a lot.

"What's this, sir?" agatha asked her husband's lawyer. He's seen that lawyer.

"Sorry, Mom. Our mother is on death row!" said one of the police women.

Hearing the police's words, Agatha walked backwards. He became frightened. She doesn't want to go to jail for what she never did.

"I never killed anyone. Never kill, hurt someone I never did" Agatha said.

"I'm sorry, Mom.Many of the witnesses to my mother's actions and their statements are all against me!" said the policeman again.

"Who did I kill? I never did that" Agatha said again.

"Mother has committed murder to the future baby Mr. Gerald and Ms. Merlin!".

Agatha understood now. So the mistress of her husband had a miscarriage and she was accused of being a murderer. It must be that woman who lied.

"I didn't do anything. He fell on his own" Agatha said in self-defense.

"Don't listen to the woman. Put him in jail with the harshest sentence!" said Gerald who appeared from the main door.

"Mas Gerald, I swear I didn't do that. The woman fell on her own" Agatha said, still trying to defend herself.

"Where are criminals who confess. Take him right away. I want him in jail soon!" gerald's orders.

Two policemen flanked Agatha and put handcuffs on her hand. Agatha tried to rebel. However, his strength was not as strong as them.

"Bring the woman immediately. I want him to go to jail with the harshest sentence so he'll regret touching my girlfriend!"

"Mas, I swear I never did that" cried Agatha. The police dragged him into the prisoner's car.

Gerald looked towards Agatha with flaming eyes. Like I'm going to eat it.

Before getting into the prisoner's car, Agatha turned and looked at Gerald with sharp eyes.

"You'll regret it someday if you know I'm innocent. I swear I'll avenge everything you've done to me!" shout Agatha.

Which woman's heart is not broken if her own husband doesn't believe in us and imprisons us for what he never did.
