Chapters 30. Match

Bima and Agatha sat on the front bench of the building. Watching Gilang who is competing.

Today the match that Gilang participated in is ongoing. Gerald as Gilang's coach is also in place. He accompanied the boy on the field.

"I should've hugged you and kissed you, son. It was my fault. As Agatha said, I have no rights with Gilang. Since I was in the womb I never cared" murmured Gerald with myself.

It is time to give medals. When his name was called as champion 1 and champion general, Gilang looked smiling. Agatha hugged her son.

"I go first, Father, Mother," said Gilang.

"Please, Honey. I'm proud of you."

"Dad is proud too. You are great," said Bima.

Gilang hugged Bima before walking forward towards the victory podium. Ride on the top podium.

After the awarding of medals and other prizes, the boy was asked to give one word as a winner.

Gerald who was standing beside the podium smiled obliquely. Sadness from his face. The child thinks of himself as a coach.

Descending from Podium Gilang ran towards Bima and Agatha who had stood at the edge of the field. Bima immediately carried his stepson. Kiss both cheeks. Gilang replied by kissing both cheeks Bima as well.

Agatha hugged both of them. The three of them hugged on the edge of the field. Like any other happy family.

Gerald took a breath looking at all that. He walked closer to Bima and Agatha who were hugging Gilang. Gerald endured the jealousy in the heart seeing Bima hug Gilang while laughing.

"Congratulations, Son. Papa is proud of you" said Gerald approaching Gilang.

"Thank you" Gilang replied still hugging Bima.

"Can you hug me?" ask Gerald.

Glazed looked at Bima's face. Maybe ask for dad's opinion. Bima who understood the meaning of Gilang nodded her head. Bima took down Gilang from his carrier.

As soon as Gilang went down to the floor, Gerald immediately hugged Gilang. Kneeling equates his height with that boy.

"I'm sorry, Papa. Papa doesn't know what else to say for you to accept Papa. Or you just tell me what Papa has to do to make you forgive Papa's fault."
