Rise Again As A Rich Man
Rise 10 - Fishing thing

"You who? Are you lost?" tanya Hera shifted the conversation to another topic. Because Isaac seemed uncomfortable with the question.

"I'm not lost. More importantly, answer my question. Whoareyou? Are you the daughter of this family?" Isaac was curious about the identity of the girl who had suddenly appeared from inside his room.

I should have been the real one in there, but how could there even be a girl like her there? Was my position replaced by this girl?

"Yes, I'm the son of the owner of this house. Do you know my parents? Why are you asking that?" Hera still seemed clueless.

Isaac bowed lethargic. It feels really hard to believe, his position in the Hamilton family must be replaced by a girl like her.

So, my position was actually replaced by her? Did you know that I was never born Hendry Hamilton?

Papa, mama... That means, I will never see you again as a family?

Hera was still watching Isaac. The boy who looked his age just kept silent without answering his question just now.

Isaac suddenly got up from his place and left Hera.

"Wait on! Where are you going?" yelled Hera at him.

"I'll go" he replied without looking.

...*...

"Isaac! Honey, where have you been?" Donna squatted down in front of the boy who was her son.

Donna and Gerald hugged her tightly. Now they could breathe a sigh of relief after seeing Isaac return safely. They were confused to find the whereabouts of his son who suddenly disappeared somewhere shortly after he invited them to play hide and seek.

"You're okay, aren't you, baby? You're not hurt?" Gerald looked at him from top to bottom, making sure his son's body was not scuffed at all.

"I'm fine" he mumbled slowly.

"Thank God, mom and dad are glad to hear that." Donna smile.

"Where have you been since? We've been looking for you everywhere and we can't find you. Know it? Mama and papa to the point of worrying if something happens to you that is not-nothing" said Gerald.

"I'm hiding near the bushes there." Isaac pointed towards the bushes not far from where they were. Indeed, basically the place is also connected with a small protected forest that is deliberately made for the greening of the city.

"You're really good at hiding. Papa and mama got in the fog because you didn't exist."

"I'm sorry I made mom and dad anxious."

"That's it, because it's getting late. How about we go home now?"

"Let's stop by the restaurant for lunch together" suggested Donna, who was influenced by Gerald.

The next second, they stepped off the beach. Use the car and go to the restaurant not far from the beach where they are.

...*...

My position was completely replaced by that girl?

How did this happen?

If I don't exist, then does that mean the future has changed?

I was never born Hendry Hamilton, but Isaac Constantine?

It means the same with…

I lost everything precious in my past.

Isaac looked out the window. His face looks gloomy.

Right now, they were on their way home after lunch together at a restaurant not far from where they had been.

"Isaac, what happened to you? Since then, Mama's been watching you keep quiet." Donna glanced at her son.

"I'm okay, I'm just bored. Want to go home soon." Isaac smiled knotingly.

"Oh yeah, I'm not sure if George's home yet." Gerald just remembered their first son.

"You're right, I also forgot that he went to school. Let me call the teacher first." Donna pulled out her phone, and she immediately contacted the teacher who was teaching at the school where George was studying.

...*...

George stepped into his sister's room. Approaching Isaac who had been sitting on the bed since he finished changing his clothes.

"You really went to the hospital? What did the doctor say?" George sat down beside her.

"I don't know because I'm waiting outside with the nurse checking me out. Mama and papa just said that my condition wasn't too serious."

"really? Thank goodness." George breathed a sigh of relief. It seems obvious that his guilt is lessened a little.

Isaac glanced at him.

Why does she look so happy when she hears that my condition is okay?

I mean, is he sincerely happy like that or again just a mask?

Isaac doubted everything.

I still wonder what exactly makes this body can fall and can not remember anything?

And again, what crime had George committed until he pretended to be like that?

I wonder if I better try to lure him?

But how?

Isaac frowned—bingung. After being silent for a while, he finally found a good idea to lure George into talking.

"Hey, George."

"Yes?"

"I want to ask you something. Regarding the events of yesterday...what really happened to me, and why did I become unconscious and can not remember what happened? Can you tell me everything? I really want to know."

"You want to know? But for what?" The boy's face turned nervous.

"It's okay, I just want to know."

"M-about that, we were playing outside. Then you accidentally fell down the stairs until you were unconscious" George explained.

"really?"

"Y-yes."

From now on he spoke in stammering words, is that really the case? inner Isaac.

"Oh so apparently.. I thought you pushed me down from the date until I was unconscious" Isaac muttered, deliberately provoking the case to see how the boy reacted after hearing his words.

"What?! Why do you think that?" he snapped it to make Isaac stunned.

"I'm just assuming. Sorry if that offended you."

His reaction, he was like a thief who had just been caught red-handed.

"Oh yeah, by the way do you know? Today me, mama and papa go have fun."

"What?" George's countenance changed as soon as Isaac again lured him the other way.

"Away from the hospital, my mom and dad took me to a place we used to visit. We go to the playground, the amusement park, then go to the beach together. Today was really fun. Too bad you can't come because you're in school."

"What's? But mom and dad didn't say that—"

"Mama actually said that I shouldn't talk to you about this, because she said it's a secret."
