Rise Again As A Rich Man
Rise 12 - Grandpa

"Pa! Where's papa going? Let's sit down for a while and have some tea with us" said Donna, who is now following her father-in-law from behind. He had to hold the man to meet his son.

"No need! From the beginning, I came here because I wanted to meet Isaac. He's in his room, isn't he?"

Ouch, druck! If papa had known Isaac why, we would have been scolded all out. Donna started to panic. He did not know what to do to distract his father-in-law.

"How about you meet with Isaac? Right now Isaac is playing with George, I don't want—"

"I won't bother him. I just wanted to see him, and then let him play. But you let George play with him too? Aren't you worried that brat is gonna hurt my granddaughter?"

"I-that couldn't have happened, pa. George and Isaac wouldn't have possibly fought."

"Pa! Stop differentiating between Isaac and George. After all, they are papa's grandchildren!" Gerald hated that his father kept distinguishing between the two brothers.

"Yes, he's my grandson too. But I don't like his mischievous attitude. Besides, you're saying there's no way George could hurt Isaac? Did you forget how many times that kid made my granddaughter wretched?" resounding.

Donna remained silent without answering. It is true that his father-in-law George had injured Isaac several times, but he believed it was just an accident.

"Master, madam!" The attention of the three of them suddenly switched when a maid ran towards them with a panicked face.

"What are you doing?! How dare you scream like that at your master!" snapped Gerson who managed to make the maid silent a thousand languages with his head bowed.

"M-sorry, sir. I didn't intend to scream, but there was an emergency" he murmured after a few moments of silence to gather his courage to speak.

"What emergency do you mean?"

"Young gentlemen George and Isaac quarreled."

"What?! Where's where?!" Gerson was shocked to hear it. He screamed loudly so shocked that he made the maid surprised by his reaction.

"In the room of young master Isaac."

"See what I said?! I was just talking that the kid could've hurt my granddaughter! You never listen to me!" gerson's annoyance at his son and son-in-law.

The man rushed to Isaac's room where he said Isaac and George were fighting.

...*...

Bugh!

Another blow landed on his face. Leaves a pretty obvious mark.

Isaac again could only grimace in pain as he continued to thrash and shout asking George to stop beating him.

"I hate you! You have taken away all my happiness!" he continued to hurt Isaac

Brakk!

The door opened, and as soon as he saw what was happening inside, Gerson's face instantly turned red.

"What are you doing?!" his screams were full of emotion. His thunderous voice filled the entire room which in an instant made George petrified.

The six-year-old boy glanced at Gerson slowly. His facial water suddenly turned pale when he found out who he saw at the door.

"George! What are you doing?!" Gerald ran over to his son and separated him from Isaac. Meanwhile, Donna and Gerson immediately make sure Isaac is okay.

The boy sobbed in his mother's arms, while George was now in deep trouble.

"What did you do that for? Why did you beat up your own sister?!" gerald with an annoyed face.

George was suddenly silent without a voice his pale face was now bowed with a trembling body. He was certainly frightened, especially when he realized who was now among them. Gershon.

"Papa's answer!" gerald said again. But George really did not have the courage to speak.

On the other hand, Isaac cried with Donna hugging trying to calm him down.

Good, you all came at the right time, inner Isaac glanced at George who now looks to be scolded by Gerald. He continued his crying.

"Gosh, look at grandpa. You must be in a lot of pain, right?" Gerson turned his grandson's body upside down. Looked at Isaac from top to bottom.

The boy was suddenly silent as he realized who was now watching him.

Hiiy! P-this man…

Isaac's face paled. How not? The man standing in front of him was the man who yelled at him with emotion when Gerson knew he had killed the real Isaac while he was in his real body.

D-he.. isn't he the Chairman of Demi Corp? W-why is he here?

Wait for. What did he say? A-grandpa?

Oh, I remember. Shortly before I was shot, he screamed at me with an angry face, calling Isaac "my granddaughter."

In addition, George also called it grandfather.

Isaac silently looked at the old man's face nervously. Sweat to the point of pouring out even more profusely than the tears that originally flowed down his cheeks.

"You're hurt really bad. Let Grandpa treat your wounds first, come on!" Gerson, without warning, raised Isaac's body in his arms. It was spontaneous to shock him.

Isaac was petrified in his position, he was really scared right now.

"George! We'll talk later?!" Gerson glanced at the boy, making George even more terrified. So afraid, Isaac could even see the child's body trembling.

What's the matter? What kind of situation is this? Why was George so scared of his own grandfather? Do they have a bad relationship?

...*...

"Done. You feel better?" Gerson smiled at him as soon as he finished treating the wound on Isaac's body.

Isaac fell silent without a word. His eyes were still fixed on the old man who was now smiling before him.

Apparently, he can smile too, yes, I thought his facial expression would never change, and it would continue to look scary.

Just like when I saw me when I trapped George to kill his own brother.

But it turns out everything wasn't what I thought. He can be warm, and can smile as well.

Gerson who felt noticed then changed the water of his face.

"Why do you see Grandpa like that?" asked Gerson who was troubled by his granddaughter's gaze.

"That's okay," murmured Isaac.

"How are you doing? Is there anything still that hurts? Do you need Grandpa to take you to the doctor for a check-up?"

"No need. I'm fine."

"Thank God, Grandpa was relieved to hear that." Gerson hugged Isaac's body.

"Thank you for treating me."

"You don't have to thank me. It's grandfather's job to make sure you're doing well" Gerson replied. His hand moved rubbing Isaac's head crest full of gentleness.
