Chapter 12: Stage 3: "Hado no Shijin" (True Wave)

Ryu and Master Aozora continue their journey towards perfect water element control. Having mastered Hadanagi, they will now enter the third stage of their lesson, known as "Hado no Shijin" or "True Wave."

They returned to the shores of the Forbidden Lake, where many valuable lessons had been taught so far. Today, a gentle breeze blew, and the setting sun gave a calm atmosphere around them. Although this practice was getting more and more difficult, Ryu's spirit never faded.

Before they started practicing, they sat together on the outskirts of the lake. A relaxed atmosphere filled the air, and they laughed lightly. Master Aozora quipped, "Ryu, are you ready to face the True Wave?"

Ryu replied with a smile, "Of course, Master Aozora. I'm ready to step into the next stage of this journey."

Master Aozora laughed, "Good, you always have a great spirit. Well, let's start."

He then spoke seriously, "True Wave is a very powerful water element control technique. This allows you to create waves that can destroy and flood large areas. This technique is very powerful in combat."

Ryu listened diligently. He knew that True Waves would be a technique that demanded hard training and deep understanding.

Teacher Aozora explained, "True waves require a deep understanding of the flow of natural energy and the water element. You must feel the element of water in its purest form."

He pointed to the lake in front of them. "Look at this lake, Ryu. It is one of the elements of water in its natural state. Your job is to sense this element of water in its purest form and then combine it in True Wave."

Ryu tried to focus and felt the flow of natural energy surrounding the lake. It tries to connect itself with the water element and feels the presence of this element in its purest form.

Master Aozora continued, "To create True Waves, you must feel the water element within you and combine it with the natural energy. It's a huge flow of natural energy that you have to control."

Ryu nodded and was ready to try this technique. He knew that True Waves would be a powerful technique in battle situations.

Teacher Aozora gave the instruction, "Try closing your eyes and focusing on yourself, Ryu. Find the element of water in its purest form within you. Feel the flow of natural energy and water elements so strong."

Ryu followed the teacher's instructions and closed his eyes. He tried to sense the water element within him, feeling the flow of natural energy so powerful. In deep silence, he opened his eyes and tried to create True Waves.

First of all, he was having trouble. The waves he created were not strong enough, and he had trouble controlling them. However, with determination and diligent practice, he began to feel the water element within him even more deeply.

Teacher Aozora gave the direction, "Feel the True Wave you created, Ryu. It is an expression of the water element that is within you. You must learn to control it with precision."

Teacher Aozora smiled with satisfaction. "It was the first step in mastering the True Wave. Now, we'll continue this exercise for a few weeks."

They continued the True Wave exercise for several weeks. Ryu learns to create waves of varying sizes and intensities. It also learns how to control it with precision, so that it can be used in combat or other situations.

After days of intense training, the night descended on the shores of the Forbidden Lake, and Ryu felt more satisfied with the progress he had made. The sun sinking in the western horizon brings a calm and soothing atmosphere.

Ryu lay inside his hut, closed his eyes, and quickly fell asleep. However, tonight, his dream is the most bizarre and exciting so far.

In his dream, he felt like he was drowning in the ocean. Clear, blue, and cold water surrounds it. He felt the water element become a large part of him, his body mingled with water, and he could feel every drop of water around him.

As he explored this underwater world, he saw strange and beautiful sea creatures. There are brightly colored fish swimming around it, and sea plants dotting the ocean floor. All of these creatures appear to live in harmony with the water element.

Suddenly, in the distance, he saw a huge creature made entirely of water. This creature had sharp eyes and looked full of wisdom. He approached Ryu calmly.

The water creature began to speak in an inaudible voice, but the words and messages he conveyed permeated directly into Ryu's mind. He heard the creature speak of the importance of understanding the water element in all its forms, as Master Aozora had taught.

The water creature said, "Ryu, the water element is the true source of life and power. You must learn to feel and respect it in all its forms. This is the key to mastering True Wave."

Ryu pondered the words of the water creature carefully. He felt that this dream was a message from the water element itself, reminding him of the journey he was taking.

Suddenly, the water creature melted with Ryu's body, and he felt the power of the water element flowing through it so strongly. He felt transformed, becoming one with the water element, and his new abilities were extraordinary.

Then, the dream ended, and Ryu woke up in a cold sweat. He felt like the water element was still with him, like a stronger bond than before.

Ryu pondered his dream with great attention. He felt that the water element had given him an important message, and he had to learn to respect and understand the element in all its forms.

As the sun rose in the morning, Ryu felt increasingly ready to continue his lessons and master the True Wave. Her strange dream has given her a new spirit and a deeper understanding of the water element. He was convinced that this journey would bring him closer to the peak of the water element power he dreamed of.
