Chapter 17 Fire Hit the Inferno Mountains

Mizugakure Village is in a period of recovery after a mysterious attack that shook it a few months ago. The ninja, including Ryu and Mizuki, have been working hard to repair the damage and strengthen the village's defenses. However, tensions still haunt them, and the mystery behind the attack has yet to be fully solved.

It was a bright morning in Mizugakure Village, as sunlight slowly pierced through the sky. Ryu and Mizuki walk together through the streets of the village, monitoring the ongoing development. They were relieved to see their village recovering, but they also knew that the threat could come at any time.

Suddenly, a dove comes landing on Ryu's shoulder, carrying a message tightly rolled at his feet. Ryu immediately opened it and read the contents of the message seriously. His face turned serious as he ended reading the message.

Mizuki asked, "What's up, Ryu? What message did you receive?"

Ryu replied in a worried tone, "This is an emergency message from the Inferno Mountains. They reported that a major disaster was taking place there. There's a big fire threatening their village."

Mizuki was worried. "The Inferno Mountains are a village very close to us. We have to go and help them."

They immediately informed Village Chief Mizuki Hoshizora of the message, and he agreed to send help as soon as possible. The village ninjas prepared for an urgent trip to the Inferno Mountains.

When they arrived at the Inferno Mountain Range, they were greeted by a shocking sight. The village was surrounded by flames engulfing everything around it. The villagers tried hard to put out the fire, but they were too few and the fire was too strong.

Ryu looked at the situation and immediately acted. It controls the water element quickly, creating large waves of water that form a sort of water shield around the village. The water shield helped to limit the expansion of the fire and provided an opportunity for villagers to escape.

Mizuki also moved quickly. With its water element, it helps the villagers put out the fires that still exist in their buildings. The two worked together with the villagers to overcome this great disaster.

However, the fire was too strong and new flames continued to appear. Ryu and Mizuki feel that they need to figure out the source of this fire and try to extinguish it directly from the source.

They met the head of the Inferno Mountain village, Kaito Sarutobi, who was very anxious. Kaito said, "We don't know where this fire came from. It came on suddenly and burned everything. We need your help to stop him."

Ryu asked, "Did you guys see anything unusual before the fire came?"

Kaito thought for a moment and then said, "Before the fire came, we saw a strange dark cloud in the sky. That was the beginning of all this."

Mizuki digested that information. "Dark clouds may be the key to stopping this. We have to figure out what caused that cloud and stop the fire from its source."

When they reached the top of the mountain range, they saw something shocking. In the middle of the peak, there was a ninja who wielded control over the fire element very strongly. The ninja was dressed in black and seemed to be very focused on the power of the fire element he was controlling.

Ryu and Mizuki know that they have found the source of the fire. They're ready to fight and stop the ninja.

The ninja looked at them with glittering eyes. He said arrogantly, "I am Hikaru, the master of the fire element. I am the strong among all the elements, and I will not be stopped."

Ryu and Mizuki are ready for battle. They knew that this battle would be difficult, as Hikaru was a ninja who was highly skilled in controlling the fire element.

The battle began. Hikaru unleashed extremely powerful fire element attacks, trying to defeat Ryu and Mizuki. The two of them faced it with their water element power, trying to extinguish the flames it emitted.

The battle was fierce at the top of the Inferno Mountains. Hikaru's fire attacks continuously threatened them, and they had to fight hard to fight against him. Ryu and Mizuki attempt to get close to Hikaru so that they can stop the fire attack from its source.

As the battle reached its peak, Ryu took out his flagship style, "Mizu no Shaping" (Water Formation). It controls the water element very closely and forms it into a strong water wave.

The wave of water flowed quickly towards Hikaru, extinguishing the fire he controlled. Hikaru was shocked by the power of this extremely powerful water element. Ryu and Mizuki see an opportunity to stop Hikaru's attack.

Mizuki said, "Now is the time to end this."

They work together very well. Mizuki uses the water element to freeze Hikaru, while Ryu controls the water element to drain the water into the power of the Hikaru fire element.

Hikaru fought hard to fight back, but he ended up losing and confined in the freezing ice. The battle ended, and they managed to defeat Hikaru.

They brought Hikaru back to the village of the Inferno Mountains for trial. Kaito Sarutobi is very grateful for their help in stopping this disaster.

After all the situation has been brought under control, Ryu and Mizuki return to Mizugakure Village. They were satisfied with their successful mission, but also curious about who was behind this fire attack and what the motive was.

Back in their village, they sat together on the terrace and pondered all that had happened. Ryu said, "This mystery is getting deeper. We managed to stop the fire, but we don't yet know who is responsible.'
