SCARLETT'S OUTPOURING

Alejandro blinked his eyes, waking up while everyone was still sleeping.

Alejandro looked at Scarlett who was sleeping soundly facing him. Alejandro looked at Scarlett's innocent face with a feeling of love bubbling within him. Spontaneously Ale carried his hand gently rubbing that smooth face.

With a sideways body and a buttressed face on his hands. He looked at Scarlett's face. Alejandro never thought Scarlett was Mark Rufaro's younger brother. The man who always fought with her. But fate brings him and Mark to be brothers too because there will always be Scarlett between them.

Scarlett can always make a bad mood good. Existence always spread happiness to those around him. Like asking Alejandro to settle back on the Chalons farm. "Now you're making my relationship with Mark better, baby, even in an instant we forget the hostility we've always been drumming up" Alejandro smiled as he gently rubbed Scarlett's face.

As if sensing Alejandro's touch, Scarlett blinked her eyes and stretched her body.

"Hm.. A-le why are you awake and staring at me" said Scarlett, who was fully aware.

"I really like to see you when you sleep asleep" Alejandro said slowly.

"Oh yeah, did I sleep with my mouth open or snoring?", Scarlett asked back. Scarlett shifted her sideways posture and carried Alejandro's hand hugging her from behind while her head was laid down on Alejandro's left arm.

"HM dear... May I ask you something, hem?", said Alejandro as he tightened his arms and kissed Scarlett's head.

"What's Ale about ?"

"Do you really not want to find your mother, hem ?"

Huh... Scarlett took a deep breath.

"You don't have to answer if you don't want to"

"No Ale, I don't want to meet a woman who's been so heartless, has no heart and no feelings" Scarlett said.

Alejandro again kissed Scarlett's head gently.

"Do you not want to hear the reason why your mother just left, maybe if something happened to her that made her have to die. How did it turn out your mother was so heavy to make that decision Scarlett. Don't you want to know it?", Alejandro said as he gently rubbed Scarlett's stomach.

Scarlett spontaneously sat down to hear Alejandro just now.

"Which mother could have left a baby who had just been born in this world, other than she was an irresponsible mother and did not have her feelings", reply Scarlett ketus with already teary eyes.

"I beg Alejandro, don't you ask me again about the woman who has been so heartfelt with me" Scarlett said softly in a trembling voice.

"Hey.you need to calm down, baby. All right if that's what you want. I won't ask you again. But what if your mother still lives Scarlett and she lives with regret her whole life ? Don't you want to forgive the man who fought to give his life for you ?"

Scarlett sobbed at Alejandro's words.

Alejandro hugged Scarlett's body.

"Calm down, I just want to know how you feel, Scarlett. Because soon you too will be a mother to my son" Alejandro said, rubbing Scarlett's long hair.

"You know, when my mother left me forever, my life was so empty. Some of my body seemed to be taken away for a moment. I was just imagining what if your mother was still around right now. It means you're still lucky Scarlett still has a family, a mother even though you haven't met her at all."

Scarlett again sobbed at the words of her husband.

"Either Alejandro I cannot interpret my feelings for that woman. The woman who gave birth to me cannot be compared to your mother Ale they are very different. Your mother takes care of her child with all her heart. As for the woman who gave birth to me she has no heart and no feelings" Scarlett replied in a trembling voice.

From Scarlett's reply, Alejandro knew his wife was still very much in pain towards the mother who gave birth to her. But he won't stop trying so Scarlett's heart softens and can slowly forgive. Mother is still mother, and will never be replaced by anything in this world.
