Alejandro ran over to Scarlett who looked in pain. His wife's age is just waiting for the day. Because Mark and Olivia's wedding today is why Scarlett is still present.
"Darling, what's up?" Alejandro panicked.
Caitlin tried to rub her child's stomach. To reduce the pain Scarlett felt. And Moza rubbed Scarlett's back.
Seeing something happen to Scarlett Mark leaving Olivia. He ran to his sister.
"What's wrong with Scarlett Ale ?"
"I have to get Scarlett to the hospital right away, Mark, I think my wife is going to give birth" Alejandro replied.
"Alejandro immediately lifted his wife's body to the car that had been prepared.
"Mark, why Scarlett?" said Olivia, who was next to Mark.
"Like her Scarlett's about to give birth, Oliv. Alejandro took her to a hospital in the city" Mark replied.

It was already dusk, when Alejandro and Scarlett arrived at the hospital. The nurse gave first aid.
Alejandro entered the birthing room, gently rubbing his wife's sweaty forehead. Scarlett clasped Alejandro's fingers. Scarlett grimaced unceasingly withstanding the pain. Alejandro could not bear to see his wife in such pain.
While Alma's doctor examined Scarlett's condition. Then just make a decision whether to do the Caesarean section or not.
But seeing Scarlett was in so much pain once Alejandro decided on surgery alone.
