SCARLETT'S TEARS
UNFORGIVING

"Good afternoon, ladies" said Levia as she watched Alejandro and Scarlett walk into the house.

"Siang Levi", Scarlett replied

While Alejandro did not answer, he immediately took Scarlett upstairs to their room.

"What's up Alejandro, you're scaring me. Say..", leaning Scarlett immediately asked for her husband's explanation when she was in their room.

Huh..

Alejandro took a deep breath and massaged his temple.

"Alejandro, what's going on, say. You're scaring me"

Alejandro invites Scarlett to sit on the edge of the bed, while he crouches both of Scarlett's thighs with his hands looking at her with a panicked look.

"Scarlett, what I'm about to say is bound to surprise you. But I have to say it right now. I hope you don't panic and shake" Alejandro said softly as he clasped Scarlett's hand tightly.

"A-Ale, what is it exactly ?"

Alejandro opened the nightstand drawer next to his bed and took out the envelope from the inserts of his agenda book.

Slowly he gives Scarlett her lap.

"Read it..

Scarlett stared anxiously at Alejandro's face. Seeing the hospital logo on the front of the envelope made Scarlett guess unreasonable.

"A-Ale what is this, a-pa are you sick Alejandro?" said Scarlett filled with anxiety looking at the face of her husband who was in front of her.

"Read.."

With trembling hands Scarlett opened the envelope and picked up the sheet of paper that was inside her.

Scarlett's fingers slowly opened the neatly folded paper.

One by one the writing in read them carefully.

Scarlett covered her mouth with both hands. While puddles of tears have been shed in both of his net. Scarlett could not control herself anymore, clear droplets fell from her eyes soaking down her cheeks.

"A-what do you mean, Ale...A-paa...?"

"Dear guard your emotions, you're pregnant with our child"

"Explain everything Alejandro, why are you lying to me.", Scarlett recounted in a trembling voice withstanding her inner turmoil.

Scarlett rubbed rough with the back of her hand the clear crystals that drenched her cheeks.

"Mark knew it all by chance when we were in the parlour a while ago, he saw a photo on the wall of your house that had been cut off and he had the full picture. That's a picture of your father and your mother" Alejandro said softly as he was about to wipe away the tears on Scarlett's cheek but Alejandro's hand was crushed by Scarlett.

"You've been conspiring with Mark and that woman Alejandro. You fooled me.!!", ketus Scarlett with a soft shaking voice.

"Listen to me baby, Mark and I haven't told you because you're pregnant. I'm afraid you'll be shaken and have an effect on our son"

"Then how is it different from now Alejandro, what is the difference ??? you keep telling me...

"Honey because your mother is currently critical, there has been a blockage of blood vessels in the mother. Right now your mom is in the hospital in town. I just got word from your brother Mark"

Scarlett looked speechless, her tears getting louder and her sobs sounded.

Alejandro hugged his violently shaking body. Scarlett's really shaken.

"This morning Mark told mom about everything, like his mother was not strong to hear the news and made him unconscious" Alejandro said.

Alejandro clasped Scarlett's fingers. Giving strength to his wife who looked so shaken knowing all the secrets Alejandro had just passed on.

"Darling, do we now see the capital in the city ?" alejandro asked quietly, half-pushing Scarlett into going to see her mother.

"NO. I won't see the woman, won't. don't force me Alejandro !".

"Scarlett, Miss Caitlin is sick right now. You know that even under normal circumstances the conditions are concerning. Open the door of your heart baby, are you unhappy knowing your birth mother and your sister are still in this world. Make peace with destiny dear, suppose a new destiny gives you happiness now. Forgiveness will make your heart more calm dear than continuous vengeance..
