“Tell me what can Black Joe do to the Harlow Smith family?”

Hellena grinned sharply. “We can kill him.” He leaned his body on Philip. “Even without trace.”

Philip gave a rough sigh. That's not what he wanted.

“How?” Hellena put the gun and dagger on the table. He glanced at Philip while grinning sharply. This woman was not educated as a woman, but as a high-class assassin.

“Which should I use to rip out the mouths that have insulted you and cut off the feet as well as the hands that have trampled your pride, Philip?” ask Hellena.

Philip removed the sharp weapon from before him. “Do not do that.”

“You don't want them to die?” Hellena frowned.

Philip was actually no match for ruling Black Joe with his gaze so warm, a man with love in his heart, but Hellena wanted to give Philip a chance to change his life. Black Joe needs a real heir.

Philip took another breath. “Please find information about misappropriation of funds, corruption or such.”

“I want to get it as soon as possible,” Philip said later. He left a small note after finishing his sentence.

Hellena was astonished, Philip made her wonder.

“What is this?” ask Hellena. “You have an affair?” Hellena laughed in response to her own words. “Is that why you came to me instead of maintaining your household?”

Philip clucking. “Name Delcy. Please find information about him.” Philip took out an additional note. He piled up the note he had on the previous note. “Don't call my phone again, call this number from now.”

Hellena laughed crisply. He made Philip even more suspicious of him. Philip would not give up his trust to Hellena or Black Joe. He came to this place not out of his will, but coercion by circumstances.

“You really look like your father, Philip.” Hellena finished her sentence. “You really are the heir of Black Joe.”

Fuck about that.

Philip had no choice but to go to this hell. Philip moved from his seat. “I want all that information as soon as possible. Don't stall time.”

“Three days is enough to get all this information is not it?” philip asked with an intense look. “Do not try to trick me or take advantage of my weaknesses.”

Hellena nodded her head. He behaves so casually, tends to be dismissive.

“We see how well Black Joe serves his boss.”

...ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ...

Philip went back to his house. When he glanced at his watch, the clockwork had shown at one in the morning. Philip missed his sleep yesterday.

Philip went into the house. He lights the lights to light the room. Philip was surprised when he found Flores sitting in front of the television while eating snacks.

“Honey?” Philip approached Flores with careful steps. Vigilance was put forward at this moment, as if the fear he saw was not the real figure of his wife.

“Why are you sitting there instead of sleeping in your room?” ask Philip.

Flores looked up suddenly. He almost made Philip's heart fall. “Gosh! You surprised me!”

Philip's approaching Flores. He sat next to his wife. “Honey.”

“I'm sorry,” said Flores suddenly. “I don't mean to ...”

Flores cut out his own sentence. He rubbed his face in frustration. “I just ... I just feel I've gone too far.”

Philip grabbed onto Flores body and hugged him warmly. He's peeping Flores' head. “You didn't do anything wrong, Honey.”

“I'm wrong.” Philip took a long breath.

Flores made Philip's heart hurt many times. He could not bear to see the state of Flores like this.

Flores let go of their embrace. He looked at Philip's face wryly, then rubbed the man's cheek.

“I'm sorry, Philip,” murmured Flores. Flores' pair of eyes were filled with tears that made his gaze blur towards Philip.

Philip just nodded his head. “We are equally guilty, Flo.”

“Let's fix all the mistakes that happened and ...” Philip's sentence was interrupted when he saw Flores grab something from under the blanket beside him.

Flores handed Philip a piece of paper. “Mommy came a few hours ago,” Flores said. “She wants to see you, but I said that you left without saying goodbye.”

Philip looked at Flores' countenance endlessly, trying to read the situation. From his conclusion, Philip suspected that something bad had happened.

“I have no other choice, Philip.”

Philip received the paper that was proffered to him. He occasionally glanced at Flores, then refocused on the paper in front of him. Philip circled his eyes from one end of the paper to the other, reading every sentence on the paper.

“Documents divorce.” Philip swallowed his saliva heavily. “You want us to get divorced, Flores?”

Philip shed his tears. Her heart is wounded to find Flores giving up on maintaining their marriage.

“Honey, I told you I never cheated on anyone!” Philip snapped a little. “I love you and Elisha!”

Flores. Her tears fell on the divorce papers. “I'm sorry, Philip.”

“Flores, I beg ...” Philip grabbed Flores' shoulder. “Rethink about this.”

“Think how Elisa fate and ..” Philip's shaking. He had been weak in front of Flores. "I can't even face Elisha."

The household he had maintained for so many years by allowing his pride to be trampled on as a man now had to meet the most bitter point.

“Honey, I don't want to part with you,” added Philip amid their sobs. “I don't want to part with Elisa.”

Flores removed Philip's hand from the top of his shoulder. She looked at her husband with sadness. “I'm sorry, Philip. I have to save my company and Elisa.”

“I beg your understanding, Philip.”
