"Chief, I have permission to resign" Aldo said suddenly.

Instantly Kiandra who had been focused on work looked towards him.

Kiandra let out a long sigh, then stomped her forehead and closed both eyes.

The beach in the morning is indeed fun with its boisterous and solar rays. However, the beach at night is more pleasant with only the pounding of waves that are heard to the heart.

Aldo and Victoria were sitting on the beach looking at the sea and the sky in the dark.

Victoria's stifled manner, because she had been aware of her negligence all along.

"Maybe you've noticed it." the man said casually as he placed the firearm in the middle of them sitting down. "When Chief and I used to walk the Mall, I could barely control myself and nearly shot him." he turned to the woman who was now staring at me like a lion ready to pounce. "But it didn't, because I remembered you." he continued.

Victoria's raut instantly loosened.

"I thought, what if I kill him? You will also be punished. Then after that I regretted, I might want to kill the Chief whom I respect so much.." he bowed sadly.

The waves again broke the silence of the night. The beach is getting colder with the strong wind and moving the trees around.

Maybe for the cowardly, the state of the beach at night like today feels gripping. However, for Aldo who was suddenly in the arms of Victoria, tonight felt very thrilling.

"So tomorrow I still leave for work as usual." the man smiled widely.

Victoria's dumbfounded.

Aldo laughed as he opened the car door. "Tomorrow in our office should be hand in hand, huh?" he blinked one eye before getting into the car.

Victoria who thought this was the last day they met was still in shock, because she had already embraced and said the word love.

I seem to underestimate him too much.
