Chapter 96. DNA test

Javer Gegas called the ambulance. He feels responsible for what happened just now because Javer knows Noelle. Allegra could not bear to see Noelle slumped on the paved road. He wanted to get closer, but did not dare. Better wait from the hospital.

Ambulance was coming faster than he expected. Allegra decided to go with the car. Initially rejected, but after explaining that he also knew the girl was finally allowed.

Javer catches up with the car he used to take his wife to the hotel restaurant. Even though he had to turn around first in order to bring his own car.

Gegas Javer follows an ambulance carrying his wife and the girl known as his son-in-law's best friend. He has not yet notified his son. As long as Noelle survives.

While Allegra was inside the ambulance, his heart rate felt tremendous pain. As I felt about 10 years ago. I don't know why this happened again?

What's the matter? I feel like dejavu. Why do I feel this is unusual? Why did Noelle catch my attention? If he's not Maggia, why do I feel so much pain when I find out he's in an accident?

The ambulance that took him stopped right in front of the emergency room door. Some nurses started to lower the gurney and took her into the room. Allegra waited outside for her husband to arrive.

"How's the condition?" ask Javer.

"I don't know, Pa. Just got brought in."

"I'll send Alan a message following Darrell. I think they should all know." Javer wanted to gather the two men at once.

"Don't tell Darrell, Pa! Just let him get home" Allegra said.

"Can't, Ma! He must be very angry if he finds out I've kept this news quiet."

"Then we wait for Alan to come until he agrees to send Darrell a message."

Rather than argue, Allegra agreed. Javer sends Alan a message first. It's already night, but Alan knows Noelle anyway. He will definitely come after reading the message.

Alan, come to the hospital. Noelle accident. We wait in front of the emergency room.

"How, Pa? Already?" Allegra wanted to know the response Alan gave.

"Already, Ma. I hope he comes here soon."

Noelle's handling looks slower than before. Alan did come after getting a message from Javer, but he also did not inform Darrell.

"Sir, what is this? I mean, how's the chronology going?" As Alan knows, Javer is here with his wife. However, the question becomes, why would they know the accident that befell Noelle?

"It happened very quickly, Alan. Earlier I saw him having dinner with a man, then we were about to go into the room to rest. He was seen being chased by several bodyguards. I don't know, why is that girl in such endless trouble?" allegra.

Alan was thinking about the man Allegra meant. Could it be Blair? But, why did Blair even make Noelle up to this? Was his intention to obtain information regarding Samuel Alexander already known to Blair? Even if you already know, why Blair's attitude like that? Like a psychopathic man.

Alan's memories of Noelle's birthmark were to be asked of Allegra. All this time his man has not found any answers from his man. They said the baby Maggia was taken abroad, but it was unclear which country was the destination.

"Madam, I apologized earlier. This is no longer about Noelle, but Maggia. Had Maggia been alive, could the Madam have recognized her birthmark?" ask Alan.

Javer and Allegra were shocked. Could it be that Alan had already met the person in question? Or, Alan just wants to be sure? He also gave false hope to Allegra.

"It's not about that, ma'am. I honestly feel that Noelle has the same birthmark as Maggia."

But, if Maggia is his son, why are there so many differences. Maggia has no resemblance at all. It's very strange, isn't it? This might be Alan's trick just to please Allegra.

"That's impossible, Alan. Noelle's face had no resemblance to mine at all. That's impossible!" Allegra hysterical.

Luckily Javer tried to calm him down. Otherwise, Allegra can go crazy without noticing that this is a hospital. He shouldn't be overreacting like that.

"The medical world is well developed, Allegra. If you doubt anything Alan says, why don't we do something we should?" ask Javer.

"What do you mean, honey?" ask Allegra.

"We're doing a DNA test" Javer said.

However, this process is not easy. Javer handed this to Alan. Alan had to finish this task quickly.

"Good, Sir. I get your point. Then, can I inform Mr Darrell? I'm afraid he'll be mad at me."

"Send him a message, but keep this DNA test a secret from him before everything is proven" Javer said.

That very night, Alan sent a message to his master to hurry back. He was in the hospital with his parents.

The next day, Alan decides to head to the office before getting things ready for Darrell's parents. Noelle's condition is critical. He was in a coma so that made Javer and Allegra take turns guarding.

"Sir, if you need a bodyguard for Noelle's care, then I'll send it right away" Alan said.

"No need, Alan. Me and Allegra will take care of him. We will take turns" Javer said.

As a parent who was still doubtful to the helpless girl, Javer tried to understand her current situation. He was suddenly asked for his wife to come to Mexico. Though he also knew that Darrell was nowhere to be. Then the two of them meet Noelle.

"Alright, Sir. I have to go home to the apartment. If there's any news, please tell me. I'm also responsible for what happened to him." Alan felt something was off. However, he should not be rash to jump to conclusions. He needs strong evidence.

"Take care of yourself, Alan!" allegra's Message.

Now there are both of them. Javer invites Allegra to enjoy his morning breakfast, but the woman rejects him. He felt unable to eat because he saw Noelle's condition like that.

"You also need intake, Allegra! If you're sick, and it turns out Noelle's our son, what can you do? Your health is important too. Come on, I'm a bribe," wooed Javer.

"I'm confused, Javer. Sometimes I feel like he's my son, sometimes I feel like he's somebody else. His face, his appearance, and everything about him were very different from mine. Do I believe he's my son?" allegra asked in a hoarse voice.

"Why do you doubt anything that could have happened, Allegra. I mean, even if Noelle's not our son, it's not a problem for you. At least we'll wait until the DNA test results come out. Okay?"

Javer's efforts to convince his wife were not easy. Including trying to convince yourself. Javer doubts the same thing, but DNA tests can answer all those doubts.
