Albirru contacted both her parents as well as her two in-laws. They were shocked and anxious to hear the news of Zahra's fall.

The doctor came out of the room and asked Albirru for approval to perform the surgery immediately. Zahra is now in its eighth month.

After obtaining approval and signature, Zahra was immediately in surgery.

Albirru who was waiting on her own outside the room looked agitated. He walked back and forth.

An hour later, the operating room opened. The doctor seemed to walk out of the room.

Albirru approached the doctor and immediately asked Zahra and the baby.

"How is my wife and son, doctor."

"I'm sorry, sir. We've been trying our best, because Ms. Zahra's lost a lot of blood."

"Doctor mean, what?"

"Father's son we can't save. Again we are sorry" the doctor said.

"It's impossible, it's just a dream." Albirru immediately drowned and sat on the floor.

"Father must be able to shave."

"How do I tell my wife when she wakes up?" mummy Albirru.

"The patient father. His wife is currently in critical condition. We're moving it to the ICU room."

Albirru was unable to hear anything else that the doctor said, he was too late with grief.

About half an hour later, Zahra had been moved to the ICU. Albirru changed her clothes when she was about to enter the room.

"I'm sorry, Zahra. Our hearts are gone. I have to leave you here first. We have to bury our baby's body." Albirru spoke with tears flooding her cheeks.

While exiting the iCU room, Albirru saw both her parents and her two in-laws standing by the window looking at Zahra's condition.

"Al, how's your baby doing, son?" ummi.

Albirru immediately hugged Umi and cried. He was in his mother's arms. Umi rubbed her back giving her strength.

"Just tell me what happened to your son."

"Umi, my son .. My son is no more." Albirru said it stammeringly but it was still heard by everyone.

Serempak all who hear say "Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji'un."

Umi wept after saying that, her embrace of Albirru tightened.

After Albirru felt calm she let go of Umi's embrace. He approached his mother-in-law.

"Umi, I'm sorry. I can't look after Umi's future grandchildren." Albirru gathered in front of Umi who was sitting.

"This is not your fault nor Zahra. This is all the destiny of God. We just run it. We all have to be sincere with this ordeal. And hopefully Zahra will get well soon."

Albirru went to her father-in-law and also apologized. He asked his mother-in-law to take care of Zahra. She had to go home to bury her baby.

Umi and Abi Albirru went home with him. Bibi had first he alerted and asked aunt to inform the community leader near his house.

Mourners had already begun to appear at Albirru's house as she came with her son's body held in her arms.

The baby's body was bathed. The bathed finish is directly sholated and buried.

After dinner, Azril takes Zeya back to the bakery.

"Thank you very much. I don't know how to get back at everything."
