Simulation System

Simulation System
Chapter 26's

Three days have passed.

The afternoon, at the Dojo of Golden Nimbus Academy.

Rein was currently resting at the school Dojo. In the past 3 days, he had returned to training intensely and tirelessly, and the topic about him had appeared again among the disciples.

While he was in the hospital, Rein learned that many other students were trying to train as hard as himself. Most of the students stopped after the fifth day.

One reason for this is that their bodies are not able to keep up with such intense exercise.

And another thing because they feel bored and do not have the motivation to continue their long-term training.

Rein could understand, to be honest he knew very well why people were unable to survive.

It's like on Earth his previous life, he remembers when he was still on earth, at night, an epiphany would come and motivate him to exercise and have a good body shape. Doing it in the first week is still fine, but to get on with it requires enough motivation and determination.

Rein failed at that time.

He had a Simulation System in this world, and his motivation was always there, he only needed to strengthen his resolve. Yet others do not have a Simulation System, and their motivation is not able to last long.

Although most students are not able, there are some who are able to undergo intense training for 2 weeks in a row like him.

There were three people, two men and one woman.

It would be a lie if Rein did not admire the three, even he himself did not believe he would be able to do that without the Simulation System's encouragement.

The three people were only able to survive for two weeks not because they were weaker than Rein, but their bodies were unable to keep up and needed rest.

Rein's different.

In practicing the Movement Technique in the Simulation World, all of his movements were smooth and precise, each movement strengthening his body. But others did not, even though their movements would not inflict injuries like their flesh was torn like Rein's, but their bodies will slowly have impurities because their movements are not yet perfect and eventually have to rest their bodies before continuing.

Finished eating the food he brought, Rein returned to practicing the Demon Technique.

Although his energy was full and he could try to break through, but he did not because what Grandpa Zion said was reasonable, and he lacked foundation at the moment.

"What grandfather said was true, the essence of the Technique permeated into my body. If this Technique fully fused with my body, with just a random attack, that attack would have the essence of a Demon Technique." Rein thought in his mind while doing the Demon Fist Technique in the School Dojo.

Booms!

His fist blew the air and made the air in front of him tremble.

Rein took a deep breath and continued another set of Demon Fist movements.

While Rein is busy training at the School Dojo, David's classmate comes to approach him at this time.

"Hey Rein, someone's looking for you." David said as he looked at Rein's fist movements that were smooth as water.

Shit, he's really improving fast... David thought in his mind.

Honestly speaking, he was somewhat motivated when he saw that a mediocre Rein like himself was able to improve so far.

Rein finished a set of Demon Fists and stopped, turned his head back and looked at David: "Is Viola looking for me? I already told him that I only have free time on weekends."

Rein said calmly, without gasping for a single breath.

Looking at Rein who was feeling ordinary while practicing the Demon Technique, David felt envious, yet he knew that Rein was training very hard to achieve this, so he could only blame himself for not being as good as Rein.

"No, this is not Viola, but another Academy student." David said calmly.

"Huh? Another Academy student? If I remember correctly... Friends I know joined the Academy in another city and are not in this city." Rein frowned.

Although Rein was not very active in socializing, he still had friends who lived in orphanages. Friends outside the orphanage can be counted with the fingers of his right hand, including Viola.

"No, it's not your friend." David shook his head.

"Not my friend? Then why is he looking for me?" Rein's confused.

Immediately various thoughts appeared in his mind.

Is it the underling of a mysterious organization? Or someone who knew that he had a high-level Engineering Book? Rein's mind went wild and began to second-guess.

"She said she wanted to challenge you to a duel." David said casually, but from his tone of voice, he seemed to be somewhat excited about this.

"Dueled? Err... Even though I'm somewhat famous within the Academy, isn't that a bit excessive until my name is spread across the other Academies?" Rein said uncertainly.

"Hm... What you say makes sense, but not because you're famous or not, but it's about Viola." David said in a playful tone.

"Viola? If it's about Viola, why am I being carried around?" Rein asked in confusion.

"Have you forgotten that last week, our Academy sent academy students to the 'Twelve Academies' event held every six months? The event was special to bring together young geniuses in every academy in our city, and Viola attended the event." David says.

"Then?" Rein asked.

The Twelve Academies event was a Sparring event for genius disciples in the academy.

Each Academy would choose some Geniuses to bring to the Event. And there, each student would get to know each other and do a Sparring for among themselves.

This event was to show all the disciples that above the sky there was still the sky, so they could not be complacent with their current selves.

Although this event is like a regular meeting, there is a small competition at the event along with the prizes.

The Twelve Academies event is used to prepare for the annual event, the 'Alpha City' event'.

The Alpha City event is held 4 months before the end of the Academy's academic year.

All Academy students or confident outsiders could apply for the title of Alpha City.

And the top ten participants in the Alpha City Event will enter the national level competition.

This event is limited to the maximum age of participants 20 years.

In essence, the Twelve Academies Event had the aim to hone their students and recognize their opponents later on in the Alpha City event.

"After I tell you up to here, you don't understand either?" David looked at Rein as if he was a fool.

Am I supposed to know? Rein thought in his mind and fell silent.

"Well, there's no need to delay any further. The first year student of Akadia Academy falls in love with Viola. So he found out Viola further and found out that Viola was close to you, so he decided to challenge you to a duel." David said rather excitedly.

“...” Rein.

What the fuck? You're after Viola, why should I be beaten? Rein thought in his mind, not understanding the person's path of thought.
