Chapter 43's

"Can you show me your card?" Mr. Siro asked Rein.

Casually, Rein handed over his black card to Mr. Siro.

Holding the black card in his hand, Mr. Siro channeled some energy into the card, and soon a hidden symbol appeared on the surface of the card.

Seeing the symbol, Mr. Siro handed the card back to Rein and began to change his attitude.

"Who would you like to meet the young master?" Mr. Siro asked in a professional tone, unlike before who was quite relaxed.

To get in touch with such an influential individual was extremely difficult, and only special VIP customers could request such a request. And the hidden symbol on the card Rein had was proof that he had this special treatment.

"There's no need to be too nervous and careful, I just want to meet Samu." Rein said calmly.

Hearing Samu's name, Mr. Siro heaved a sigh of relief internally.

Samu is an individual who has a strong influence. But Samu was not from any part of the Government or Illegal Organization, he was in the position of Neutral.

In the Underworld, Samu was someone who attached great importance to business. If someone else offered a favorable deal to him, he would not refuse. On the basis, it did not harm his market to make money.

Samu is the one who will cooperate with anyone, provided that the person does not endanger his own money-making company.

"If it's Samu, it's easy enough to get you to meet him. But after meeting him, you can only rely on yourself to come to an agreement with him." Mr. Siro said.

Rein nodded and understood this.

After that Mr. Siro explained some things to Rein, and prepared everything.

After everything was done, Mr. Siro took Rein into a room.

Entering into one of the rooms, Rein saw that there were several formation circles within this room. From his knowledge as a Rune Master, this Formation had a Teleportation function.

"This is the teleportation formation we have. The advantage of our service is the exclusive entrance to the Underworld and the anonymous identity of the customer is guaranteed. After you come using one of the formations here, our workers will guide you to meet with Mr Samu." Mr. Siro explained.

Lord Siro directed Rein into one of the Formations, and Rein stepped into the circle of one of the formations.

Standing in the middle of the circle of formations, Mr. Siro pressed a button on one of the walls, and immediately the circle of Formations shone brightly.

"May Young Master have fun in the Underworld."

Mr. Siro said a farewell sentence before Rein's body disappeared in the swallow by the Teleportation Formation.

In an instant, the sight before Rein's eyes became blurred, this was the first time he had used a teleportation formation, and his feelings were somewhat similar the moment he entered the Simulation World.

A few seconds later, Rein's eyes returned, and he came to a room filled with bookshelves.

In general, someone who has just used a Teleportation formation will feel dizzy and nauseous. However Rein felt ordinary after using the Teleportation formation, probably because he had already too often felt his consciousness being pulled out of his body.

After Rein arrived, someone wearing a black robe and mask came over to Rein.

"Customer Number 19?" The man asked Rein.

Rein nodded. Number 19 is the customer number.

"Follow me." The man said to Rein.

Rein gave a small nod, and immediately followed the person.

The black-clothed person escorted Rein out of where he was before, and officially saw the Underworld for the first time.

He is currently in the city of Folis. Various tall buildings were seen before his eyes, and various people walked to and fro like a city in general.

Various lampposts shone, shining down on the dark Underworld that was not illuminated by the Sun 24/7.

Rein raised his head up, and looked at the ceiling covered by the ground.

The Underworld was at a depth of several kilometers underground, which was astounding to Rein who was from Earth.

And at this time, Rein estimated the earthen ceiling above his head to be about several kilometers high, which Rein did not expect. It was so high, that only the Spirit Master could fly upwards and touch the earthen ceiling.

Each wall and earthen ceiling was enveloped with defensive formations that strengthened it even further. Defense formations had existed for a long time, and the new generation ruling in the Underworld would refine and strengthen these defensive Formations over time.

Honestly speaking, the cost of this defensive formation was quite high. It was fortunate that the defensive formation would only be in danger if two King Masters fought.

Rein followed the black-clothed person to a place. On his way, Rein looked around him, and saw the people who were in the city of Folis.

Everyone was disguised, whether it was wearing a mask or covering his face with a black hood. Only someone who was strong and had set out to stay in the Underworld dared to show his appearance in public.

Walking for 10 minutes, Rein finally reached a large building like the Mansion.

The black-clothed man told Rein to wait and he went to approach the Mansion gate alone, and spoke to the gatekeeper.

Entering the Mansion, Rein curiously looked at the various paintings and sculptures inside the mansion which were extremely elegant. The sculptures and paintings inside the mansion were not simple. If Rein were to examine a painting or sculpture with his divine sense, something mysterious would he feel from the sculpture and the painting.

Rein finally reached a room guarded by two guards dressed in full armor.

The black-clothed man came forward and showed his identity.

After confirming the identity of the black-clothed man, one of the guards went inside and returned after a while.

"Mr Samu is on his free hand, and you can meet him now." Said one of the guards.

The black-clothed man told Rein to meet Samu himself, and Rein walked forward, and entered the room alone.

Entering the Room, Rein saw a mature man who had an elegant appearance and clothes.

"Welcome to Samu Manor. I'm sorry if the Manor I have doesn't spoil my eyes so much." Samu smiled as he said that.

Rein remembers his journey here. The paintings, sculptures and decorations he saw were so beautiful and elegant, if Samu said it was not so pampering to the eyes, was it his low aesthetic or Samu's aesthetic that was too high?

Since Rein couldn't make any small talk, he immediately said the point: "I want to make a deal with you."

Samu smiled and leaned back in his chair: "The man who doesn't like stale talk, and straight to the point, I also like that type of person."

"Since you're looking for me, you should know what criteria I'm interested in, and how to make a deal with me." Samu added.

Rein nodded and understood.

Samu only wants to work with people who he thinks can bring in money coffers. And as for Rein himself, as a rookie Rune Master, what could make him make a deal with Samu?

But there was one other criterion that Samu was interested in, it was the person who had the potential!

Maybe today he was a nobody, but in the future, he would have quite a high achievement!

With a flick of his finger, Rein took out a thread of energy over his index finger, and painted something in the air.

This was the Rune Master's trick to show his ability in front of others.

Rein's painting was very weak and ordinary. However Samu who saw the painting Rein in the air was already standing up, and looked at Rein with a surprised look in his eyes.

"You're that guy's student?" Samu asked seriously.

"No, I don't know who you mean, but I'm not anyone's student." Rein replied calmly.

Samu looked into the eyes of Rein who was behind the mask for a while before saying: "What deal are you offering me?"

"The share of the proceeds is 70/30, you will receive 30% of the proceeds from the Talisman Rune sold. It's long-term, as long as our cooperation goes smoothly, I don't mind setting out this kind of revenue-sharing in the future." Rein said calmly.

30% was a small number, it could even be said that it was unfavorable for Samu. However, it was for normal Rune Masters in general.

But looking at the energy threads and paintings created by Rein, Samu knew that Rein would become one of the high-level Rune Masters in the future.

A high-level Rune Master was a powerful individual and had his own sales network. Even if Samu cooperated with a high-level Rune Master, he would only get a profit share of 10% of the sales of the Talisman Rune, which was already very high for him.

And now, Rein who had the potential to reach a high-level Rune Master had set his price. The 30% yield share for him was very small for a novice Rune Master like Rein, but his profits would greatly increase as Rein increased his skills as a Rune Master.

"What do you need?" Samu asked Rein.

What Rein offered him was to invest. If he helped Rein's needs while he was in his weak state, he would reap the benefits when Rein had already become strong.

"Cultivation resources, Talisman Rune-making materials, and many others were concerned with cultivation resources. And also, I want the intelligence connection you have. Take it easy, I just want to make sure I'm safe and not targeted by any governmental or illegal organization, and I can thrive quietly in the Underworld." Rein said his need.

Samu sat back in his chair, and closed his eyes for a moment.

Rein's demand was actually quite high if measured in the range of normal Rune Masters, but as someone who had high potential in the future, the price Rein mentioned was not so high for him.

Samu is in conflict whether to raise the price or not. However knowing that Rein may have a certain relationship with someone, Samu decides not to play dirty, and Rein's request is actually not too much trouble for him.

"I can accept all your requests. But on one condition, you cannot act rashly. If you do something that attracts enmity with someone else, I can't help you deal with it." Samu said calmly.

"certain." Rein said calmly.

But in his heart, he smiled.

People like Samu were the ones he was looking for! He had not expected that Grandpa Zion had prepared this plan for him!

Working with people like Samu was much better than being in touch with an Illegal Government or Organization. It was because a person like Samu was on the Neutral side, he rarely had enemies and was in conflict with others.

And Samu is a guy who likes profits. If Rein gave him enough profit, it would be enough to make Samu cooperate well with him.
