Spending quite a long time in the Simulation World, Rein finally opened his eyes slowly.

He frowned and pondered.

As he fought the Viola Simulation, his strength had indeed increased by a lot, and was able to compete with the Viola. Even Rein had the feeling that his own strength was slightly higher than Viola's.

But in the Simulation, Rein was unable to defeat Viola, and was only able to suppress Viola with his slightly higher strength.

After fusing the five Demon Fragments, a System notification appeared before his eyes.

Rein immediately headed for the storage menu and headed towards the Demon Stone item and checked the description of that item.

[Devil Demon Stone: The stone created from learning the Neutral Essence Technique from beginning to end. This stone has a mysterious and hidden power that allows changing one's fate ]

"Change someone's fate?" Rein was confused and asked System : "System, what is the function of this Demon Stone?"

[Devil Demon Stones could be used to raise the Essence Level. Although the Host did not have a Demon Essence, its function would still be the same. With that item, the System will help Host select the Essence upgrade path ]

[With the Demon Stone, the System could help the Host to increase the Level of Essence in one go]

"Enhance the Essence Level?" Rein's eyes turned bright!

Raising an Essence Level was quite difficult and required a higher understanding of the Essence he currently had in order to raise his level even further.

But can the System deliver this upgrade directly? It would be a lie if Rein wasn't surprised by this.

Raising an Essence Level was unrelated to cultivation level, but one's understanding of Essence itself. It was not impossible for a True Master to understand the form of his second level Essence.

But still, in order to exert a much stronger power of Essence, it required more supply of Spiritual energy as well. So even though the level of Essence increased, it was not really invincible.

Of course the Second Level form Essence was better than the previous one.

Curious, Rein clicked on the Demon Stone item and tried to use it.

The system said while using this Essence level enhancement item, he would be given a choice in which direction his Essence path changed.

It was like the Fire Essence, having a progression path to the Sun Flame Essence, Hell Flame, and many others.

So Rein just wanted to see what options were available, and he didn't really want to raise his current level of Essence.

[Using Demon Stone. The Essence Level will be increased, please select one of the following options ]

Rein waited for a while, thinking the system was loading the available options. But Rein waited for 30 seconds and there was only one option available.

[The system can only detect one progression of the River Children's Essence. However this was not an increase in the Level of Essence, it could be said that this was a refinement of the River Children's Essence ]

"Huh? Completeness?" Rein was surprised and confused.

The refinement meant by the System was like his plan in the past. That is to use Neutral Essence to nourish his Essence, and refine it further.

This meant that his Essence did not really level up, but had a much higher quality than before.

Rein pondered for a moment and asked System : "Do the Essence of River Children and Sky River Children have the same basis?"

[The two have the same basis. However Sky River Children have a wider knowledge, and require a much higher understanding than River Children ]

Seeing the System's answer, Rein nodded.

He decided not to refine his Essence first, and maintained the River Children's Essence for far longer.

This was because Rein knew of his shortcomings recently. Everyone forms an Essence, even if they use their predecessor Technique or family legacy, they understand the movement and gathering of their Essence relying on their own abilities.

But Rein is different. He relies on the system. And more accurately, he was emulating the system. Although the results were very good, Rein had a poor understanding of his own Essence.

When compared to others who relied on themselves, when Essence was formed, they would understand 100% of their own Essence. But the current Rein was different, he still did not fully understand the River Children Essence, and had yet to fully understand the movements and formation of the River Children Essence. It could be said that Rein only understood about 70% of it.

Since the foundation of the Sky River Children was the same, he had to first master the River Children Essence. If he were to change his Essence to Sky River Children, it would only make him understand the River Children Essence even longer because of the additional content.

And on the other hand, Rein wanted to challenge himself, how far he could understand the River Children's Essence relying only on himself.

He knew the Simulation System could definitely take him to a very high level. But in the end, sooner or later he had to rely on himself.

If he could independently learn to understand his own strength, he would be much wiser using the Simulation System in the future.

"It's been decided, we save this item first." Rein decided immediately.

Then Rein opened the War Region Simulation, and saw new Simulations available.

Rein took a quick look at it before closing the Simulation System.

No matter how brave Rein is, he wouldn't be so bold as to try to get into the War Simulation. Even though he knew he could stop the Simulation by giving up.

Yet the Two King Masters fought in this Simulation, Rein believed he would instantly turn into dust just by sneezing from one of the King Masters.

Although he had died several times in the Simulation, it did not mean that Rein was used to feeling the sense of death in the Simulation World. It always made his body tremble in fear.

But Rein has an intuition that in the future, perhaps the experience of death in the Simulated World could help him immensely.

Rein looked at the Gate Icon which was the symbol of the Simulation System. The gate icon was sometimes sparkling occasionally, Rein had been aware of this sparkle ever since his cultivation was at the True Master Stage-2 level. And now this sparkle is much more frequent than the past.

According to his guess, this was a sign that the System was refining itself.

And what Rein did not expect was, the War Region Simulation only cost him 2,000 Points, which was very cheap for him!

Moreover, in the Simulation there were Two King Masters, and dozens of Spirit Masters. If Rein copied everything one by one into an Individual Simulation, the Points he had would not be enough to copy 10% of the individuals who were on the scene.

Rein was somewhat confused by this, yet this was his first time copying the War Region Simulation, and he had no real comparison.

And it was possible that the Simulation System had been refined a little, and made the price of copying the War Region cheap.
