Siri Sir Doctor's Wife
Lunch With Mother-in-Law

Radit had just examined the patient in the vip room when he saw a troubled Kinar with kardua on his deck. The man rushed over to Kinar with a mountain of annoyance.

Once in front of Kinar, Dr. Radit immediately grabbed the cardboard in the deck of Kinar, so the cardboard was now moved in his hand.

"Why are you carrying this heavy stuff yourself? Where's your shift mate? You're pregnant, Sister Kinar!" doctor Radit said softly pressing every word.

"But it's not too heavy, Doctor!" sahut Kinar defended himself. He looked to his left right afraid if anyone caught them both.

Doctor Radit stared intently at Sister Kinar.

"Don't fuck you up. You think I don't know that sweat on your forehead? Already, have the male nurse take this. Now come with me!" dr. Radit said, putting the cardboard on a nearby iron stool. Then he called one of the nurses who passed by and asked him to bring the cardboard containing the unused items to the warehouse.

"Where are you going, Doc?" tanya Kinar followed Doctor Radit's steps.

"Nu-"

"Roman!"

The middle-aged woman's voice stopped Radit's speech. The man turned his head and found his mother smiling cheerfully at him.

"Mama? What's up?" ask Dr. Radit restlessly. Afraid that her mother would know of her relationship with Kinar who stood behind her with a lowered head.

"Eh there's Sister Kinar. Where are you two going?" ask Mother Sonia with raised eyebrows.

"That's about the patient, Ma. We'll chat over lunch" Radit replied flatly.

"Oh yaudah Mama will come along if so. Mama also wants to talk to Sister Kinar," said Sonia's mother who would not be accepted by Doctor Radit by force.

They did not eat in the hospital canteen, because so many other staff could have gossiped about them. For this reason, Radit chose a place to eat lunch outside the house which is approximately 5 minutes when he drove the car.

They stopped at a fast food restaurant. There are several Indonesian special food menus provided. Radit chose rice with grilled fish side dishes, while his mother chose to be equated. Kinar himself stared at the puzzled menu book, sorting out the milah that would arouse his taste. He did not taste the taste of eating rice, most often nyemil and snack with Sister Lina.

"What message, Sister Kinar?" asked Sonia's mother to examine the look of Kinar's face that looks not excited.

"The intention is to eat satay, but here there is no?" muttered Kinar lethargic.

"Just rice with chicken side dishes!" he said then to the salesman who had been waiting.

After the departure of the saleswoman, Sonia's mother began to start her chat. He looked at his son and Sister Kinar who looked down.

"Say someone wants to be told about the patient" said Sonia's mother looking suspiciously at two young people sitting opposite her.

"It's not good to say that there's a Mama here. Mama herself just chat if anyone wants to talk to Sister Kinar," said Dr. Radit chose to be busy with his cellphone.

"Yes already. Sister Kinar wants to join my business? I like the same knit purse that yesterday was loved by, Sister. If sold well enough, let alone the work of his own hands," said Mother Sonia Staring at Sister Kinar asking for answers.

Radit's doctor, who heard his mother's offer for his wife, turned to Kinar, who was sitting next to him. She saw the woman seem confused.

"Ehm, but I'm busy in the hospital, ma'am. It seems like there is no time to run it," replied Kinar honestly.

Sonia's mother nodded. It looked a little lethargic, but it immediately re-carved a smile.

"Eh, but I saw Sister Kinar kind of stuffing ya since we last met that time."

"Ah, yes I have recently increased his appetite somewhat, Mom," replied Kinar in the end.

Sonia's mother nodded. Shortly thereafter, the salesman delivered their order. The three begin to enjoy each other's lunch, but Kinar is not even tasteful, and instead stare with interest at the grilled chicken on Doctor Radit's plate.

"May I ask you not, Doc?"

The spontaneous question of Kinar made Doctor Radit and Mother Sonia look at him with different views. Radit with a flat netra, and Sonia's mother who was silently poking at the smile without being noticed by the two young men.

"Eh, I'm wrong!" Kinar immediately gave up on realizing that he had wrongly voiced his wish.

However, Dr. Radit still moved the grilled fish on his plate to the Kinar plate, and took the hot chicken on the woman's plate to be transferred to his plate.

All of these things did not escape from the Netra of Sonia's mother. The middle-aged woman seemed to be smiling happily, inwardly praying for the relationship of her son and Sister Kinar.

After finishing with their lunch, the three returned to the hospital. In the car only conversation Kinar and his mother who filled the short trip, while Radit will reply if asked.

"Eh, sister Kinar wait!" Kinar who was about to walk into the rash of pain stopped his steps.

Looking at her, Sonia's mother took out something from her handbag. Kinar widened in surprise when the titanium bracelet with the beautiful carving was looped by Mother Sonia on the arm of her left hand.

"Eh, this is too much, Mom!" Kinar was about to reopen the bracelet, but it was held back by the middle-aged woman in front of him.

"If you reject it, it's the same as if you don't respect me."

Kinar shook his head, "but this is excessive, ma'am. "

"So. This is my thanks because you also gave me that knitting purse." Sonia's mother smiled by stroking Kinar's cheeks which began to appear filled.

Kinar finally nodded, and received a gift from the doctor's mother.

"Thank you then, Mom. I go first, yeah!"

A farewell shine through the hands of Sonia's mother. Afterwards he breezed into the hospital, leaving Mother Sonia who was still standing in her place with a bright smile.

"What is Mama planning?"

Sonia's mother looked back and faced her Son who was staring in full search.

"Ih, you're suspicious of my mother. Mama there is no plan of evil things," said Sonia's mother upset.

"Go home, Ma! Why do you feel at home in the hospital," said Dr. Radit flat.

Sonia's mother scowled in annoyance. He patted his son's arm before passing to his car. Radit noticed that his mother's car came out of the parking area, and then into the hospital. He looked for Kinar's whereabouts, and immediately walked quickly as soon as he saw the woman about to enter the elevator.

"Make you!" radit said giving a bag of grapes in a small black crackle bag.

Kinar said thank you. At least in the age of pregnancy that has stepped on this third month, Dr. Radit began to show a lot of small attention even though still with the flat face of the man. Kinar is happy of course, and he can't hope for more?
