Mysterious Things

It feels so weird!

Daisy bit her lips in confusion. He was sure when he heard someone say it yesterday. However, he had searched almost every corner and found no one. Not even footprints.

“Phantom time?” muttered Daisy was horrified by herself.

But he's been living in his house now for almost a lifetime. Nothing bad has ever happened there, so it's strange that now suddenly there's a ghost and it's disturbing her peace.

The voice said I'd know a lot by now.

It means that whatever tried to talk to her yesterday had no malicious intent just telling Daisy the information she needed to know. But it is not a child who knows nothing.

“Staying alone does not make any sense at all!” mumbling back.

He breathed hard. Cupped his chin with his hands and looked at the person passing by through the large glass window.

“What is so worrying about?” ask Maya to Daisy.

The girl surprised Daisy. Makes Daisy look around and realize that she is now on campus.

“Assistant lecturer has arrived?” daisy asked absolutely no desire to answer Maya's question. He is not obliged to explain anything that is disturbing in his heart to others.

“Seems not. It's past the hour and our assistant lecturer is always on time, right?” Maya drops herself and puts mineral water in front of Daisy.

Daisy looked at that thing strangely. Like never drinking water in that box before. “Thank you,” he said with a flat expression.

“How about your birthday party? Our friend has been noisily telling people.” Maya meets another girl who moves from one place to another.

Daisy's birthday is always celebrated. Always without asking what you want or not. Sometimes his father would be present, the edge more often the old man was not in place because he had to take care of business out of town or abroad.

“Yes, definitely done!”

Maya never seemed interested in Daisy's birthday party. But this time, he wanted to ask her for something.

“What invitation do you need?” asking Daisy is like asking Lola.

Maya gasps, shocked, as her mind is instantly predictable.

“Ti-dak! I don't want to invite anyone,” replied Maya. Daisy sure didn't ask that much.

Daisy smiled. Among her other friends, it is only Maya who is slightly different, but that does not mean very good. Just like the others Maya also considers Daisy a child that can be used.

“It's okay, you can think about it until later in the afternoon. My birthday will be tomorrow night. I brought some invitation sheets just in case.”

Actually Daisy doesn't plan to give you any more invitations. After all, the invitations in his bag were only forced to be crammed just like that. He wanted to avoid lingering with his stepmother.

“Alright!” Maya smiled and went towards Lola.

Daisy's tired, very. He wants to be free of all this immediately. He envied others who lived like nothing bad ever happened to them. If he was given the chance to be one of those ordinary people it would be a lot of fun.

The commotion around Daisy should be less and less, but the longer it gets louder. He snorted, turned his head, and found his fiancee on the doorstep of the classroom.

Daisy was surprised. Mahardika rarely involves herself in Daisy activities such as lectures. The arrival of Mahardika before him alone was a trick of Daisy. Otherwise his fiancee might suddenly appear at the university.

“What ....?”

“I'll explain later! Is your class done?” ask Mahardika.

“No class! No information either,” Daisy replied.

He wanted to get out of the doorway immediately by pulling Mahardika with him. After all, he was unhappy with the shameless attitude of his friends, the noisiest being Lola.

“Then I will come again later,” said Mahardika. He hesitates to take Daisy away. Stiff.

“It's okay, we can talk in the car only! Better get out of here!” Daisy made a firm decision.

Mahardika did not answer, she walked first. But stop at the turn of the aisle waiting for Daisy.

Daisy herself goes into class, picks up her pretty patterned sling bag. “Can you call me if our assistant lecturer comes in?” ask Daisy to Maya.

“Yes, I'll do!”

There's a red cloak on Daisy's cheek. He was a little proud of the charm of his female friends. Daisy has what they don't have. Mahardic.

“Thank you,” said Daisy who then rushed off. He thought Mahardika had left Daisy and come down just like that. However, the man was still standing at the turn, waiting. When Daisy gets closer to her, she continues her steps.

Mahardika is always attentive, full of charm, and more reserved than most men. However, Mahardika always managed to give him attention. Like how he invited Daisy to get into the car first. Or how the man made sure Daisy had worn her seatbelt before driving.

“Do you eat well?” ask Mahardika.

“Yah,” reply Daisy.

But, he was clearly lying. This morning, it was not breakfast. Last night's dinner didn't work out too well either. He was too tired to face his family. Lunch on campus is always not to taste.

“Good!” Mahardika. He won't force Daisy to confess. “Then this afternoon you must accompany me to eat. I didn't have breakfast and slept last night due to exhaustion.”

Daisy always thought that Mahardika put a spy in her house. But Mahardika is not that kind of person.

“So, what caused you to meet me on campus.” Daisy feels she does not need any reason, but she is quite curious about what Mahardika did on her campus after all the things that happened.

“There is something ...” Mahardika stopped, stared, and managed to make a judgment. “Do you know a girl named Stefani. She is always present at your birthday party!” Mahardika.

“Stefani? What's with him?”

“It turns out you know, yes?”

Daisy really doesn't understand what's going on. “What happened? Where did you meet him?”

Mahardika even nodded. “Nothing. I'm just making sure he's not big. He said know you, so I want to know.”

“You don't want to say anything to me, huh?”

Daisy's problem is too much. At home there is his family, on campus there are his friends, and now Mahardika is also full of mysteries.

“This is not something you should think about!” answer Mahardika.

Daisy was trying to find out, as she always told me. After all, getting the perfect Mahardika was more than enough to make her happy. He doesn't need anything else.

“Alright, if you say so! Then I'm leaving!”

Mahardika was slightly surprised by Daisy's reaction. What is expected? A cry? The screams? Dictation?

“Ha-ti-heart!” she said slowly as Daisy slammed the door shut.
