Is Marriage Also a Punishment?

Maulana could not say anything when she saw her sister sobbing while bribing food. He said in his heart angrily, You should not ask that question. You should know what makes him sad!

“Let me bribe you! You won't be able to eat like this!” he said with trembling hands.

He took the spoon that was still held by Stafani and also the plate where the grilled rice was located. Carefully stuffed the spoon with rice and put it in Stefani's mouth.

“Kakak don't need to do this?’ said the girl.

However, his mouth still received a bribe from Maulana. Her tears were still coming down because of the talk about their mother.

“Your mother loves you very much Stefani. You don't have to cry because you remember. He will only be sad if he knows that you remember him in this way.” Handoko, their father both spoke.

Stefani brushed away her falling tears, raised her head and tried her best to smile. Her eyes were swollen, her nose reddened, and it was funny that Stefani tried to smile.

“Do not laugh!’ reprimand Stefani as Maulana turns her face and coughs.

Their father did the same, but only Maulana was seen in Stefani's eyes.

He took a large spoonful of food and forcefully fed it to his sister. Stefani fortunately could not fight back at all. He opened his mouth wide and let the grilled rice fill his entire abdominal cavity.

“Maulana, don't prank your sister like that!” Handoko grabbed the glass filled with water and thrust it at Stefani. “Minum!”

Stefani grabbed her glass and emptied the contents quickly. Her face was no longer as bad as it had been, her smile did not seem forced anymore. He grabbed Mualana's spoon on his rames rice and did something similar with the sister.

“His brother is vengeful, yes?” maulana said after swallowing all the food in her mouth.

Although his eyes were still puffy and Stefani's nose was still flushed red, but Maulana's sister was already laughing. As soon as their laughter finished laughing, everything went back to silence, immersed in each other's thoughts.

“We have signed a contract for rental. Said we could move tomorrow only.”

Stefani looked stifled from shock. “Good Father! Is this the house we saw with it?” ask Stefani.

Handoko. “Yes, your sister said it's a nice house as long as Azzam isn't around the house!”

Stefani shakes her head. “Why should Azzam be around the house? What does Azzam do?” ask Stefani innocently.

Maulana blames herself for not letting Stefani be approached by someone. He should have shown how dangerous a young man was to his sister.

“He likes you maybe?” guess Handoko.

“What likes others is wrong?”

Stefani closed her mouth suddenly. He seemed to realize something and was surprised to realize it now.

“Stefani .. there is no harm in liking someone. What makes it wrong is how you expose it. There is nothing wrong with liking someone, Dik, nothing!”

Stefani shakes her head. Then smile at Maulana. “Thank you, Brother, I love Brother too!”

“Dad not?” tanya Handoko is like an ABG child.

“Of course. My dear Daddy very big.”

It feels like Maulana is ready to do anything for her sister now. He imagines giving Stefani and Azzam a heartfelt expression: Except that one!”

***

“Stay here, Okay, let me just get it done!” maulana said as Daisy would stand to keep all the dirty dishes behind.

Daisy can't resist, because she's sleepy back now. Crying is a very exhausting job. Daisy believes that taking care of the company is not at all this exhausting.

“Sit here!” tell Handoko while waving three times. He also patted the empty part on the long sofa.

Somewhat awkwardly Daisy follows Handoko's wishes, sitting there and just looking at the empty wall. He didn't know what to talk about with someone else's father. He wanted to ask Handoko the situation, but the man looked very good now.

“When do you think we should move?”

Daisy thought for a moment. Indeed, the items in this house will not be much, but need preparation also to pack it.

“How about the day after, Yah?”

Handoko nodded in agreement. “We need to clean this house first!” handoko.

The door of the house was suddenly knocked. Handoko stood up to check who was coming.

“What am I called again?” handoko asked the waiter who came.

“Not! It is not you who are called. But your daughter!” said the servant who stuck his head inside and found the person who was wanted there. “You're called, Stefani.”

Daisy was shocked by that. He was sure to just sleep since coming home from looking at the house earlier. There's no way he's harassing anyone today.

“Alright!” said Daisy.

Handoko looks like she's coming. However, Daisy does not want the old man who takes care of Stefani the owner of this body alone is getting saddened by all the things that happen.

“It's okay, Dad, I can get through this! I'll be back soon!” said Daisy.

As he passed through the middle of the park and he looked back, he saw the old man standing in the doorway and Maulana emerging from behind in a hurry.

He was taken to a workspace that is commonly used. Maybe the real Stefani just went to the big master's office. However, Daisy has repeatedly entered and wandered inside there as the original owner.

The man waiting for her is Daisy's real father. He felt a great sadness watching the man sitting on the chair behind the table.

“Sit!” tell Ibnu, his father to Daisy. “Do you know why you I called?”

“This is Miss Daisy's problem, right?” guess Daisy is referring to Stefani who inhabits her body now.

“My daughter said that Mahardika suddenly became close to you. I don't know what happened, but I hope you stay away from Mahardika!”

“I've done as you requested, Sir. Mr Mahardika only met my sister!” answer Daisy.

“I know they're friends. But you have also expressed love for Mahardika. Anyone would assume that Mahardika met you. You should reflect on this while you are outside. The Pavilion will be back if you have pondered your mistakes.” The man stood up. “You can come out now.”

Daisy did. He stepped towards the exit. “Are you also remarried one week after Madam died as a punishment to Miss Daisy?”

“What?’

However, Daisy had already walked out the door when Ibn turned his head and asked him. His father was the best at punishing anyone, except himself.
