42. Airin's Journey Raises Her Child

Airin just wanted to see the happiness of his son, even though he knew the path he did was not easy as a single mother, but he kept trying to see his only child living happily.

It is not easy for him when he has to deal with circumstances that are beyond his will. Being a mother at a young age is not an easy thing to deal with, moreover, the father of the child he contained suddenly disappeared from his life and eventually forced him to become a single parent to raise his child.

His young age, his unpreparedness about raising a child alone, adapting to his changing status, coupled with the absence of a husband by his side became the biggest problem for an Airin Octavian Princess.

The journey of raising a child is not easy, but because the family he has is always at his side, making her feel not lonely and very helped when she had felt down because of the problems of being a single mother.

"I'm ashamed of my aunt and uncle, because of me, they have to move out of the house they already live in."

Airin always felt guilty whenever he remembered the decision of his aunt and mother who chose to sell their house, just for his sake. Because of the problems she faced at that time, made her aunt's family choose to leave the house they had long lived in, because of the views of people around her who was then a single mother.

Because of the bad views of the people around her, made her aunt and mother make the decision to get out of their old residence. Although Airin had banned the decision, and chose himself only to leave the house, but because of the affection of his aunt and mother to their nephew, he said, making both of them make such a decision in order to protect and look after the niece they already consider their own child.

"But they don't have to go that far."

Airin felt moved, but also felt bad, when he recalled the memories of returning home in unusual circumstances to his aunt and mother after studying abroad. Both then and now, her aunt and uncle always supported her, which made her feel lucky to have a family at times. Although the two were not her biological parents, the sense of warmth that her aunt and uncle did to her made her feel grateful and happy.

"I am grateful that they still welcome me warmly despite causing trouble and distressing them." He felt a feeling of pleasure.

"Well, we haven't seen each other in a long time. How long was it, huh?" Said Darren's friend, trying to open the chat.

"I don't know, maybe since college." Reply Darren who can't remember for sure.

"Truly, we haven't seen each other for a very long time, even after a lot of things have changed around us." Timpal Lucas was in the chat.

"True, a lot of things change just as we do." Think of it as agreeing with Lucas' words.

The three have known each other since High School, becoming close and continuing to keep in touch until graduation. Despite having lost contact due to their respective activities, the three were reunited after almost 10 years of not meeting. Even so, the relationship of the three did not become awkward even though they had not met for a long time.

"How were you doing in the US?" Darren asked his old friend Alex.

"My news is good, just a little bksen aja there? How's it going in here?"

"Well, nothing has changed in my life." Reply Darren.

"He wants where it's going to stay the same, still choppy and cold." Lucas said a little bit.

"Resek you said? you're the one who's fussy!" Darren won't take it to Lucas.

"True, nothing has changed as it turns out, you two still fight a lot." Alex laughs at the Darren and Lucas debate he used to see first.
