"Ah. is in the studio. Me? I'm working on a presentation for tomorrow,"
Nara was silent for a moment listening to the person across the phone talk. He grabbed his phone, moved it from his left ear to his right ear and then clamped it again with his shoulder.
"No, it won't take all night. I'm almost done," the girl typed in a few lines of words to finish her presentation while still listening to her interlocutor.
"So you're not coming home tonight? You're not gonna rest?" nara's forehead wrinkled dissatisfied listening to the answer she received.
"You should just rest in the apartment. I doubt you'll sleep well if you stay in the studio" she said. But it seemed like his interlocutor had again refuted his scolding because the girl's facial expression had not changed.
"Ne. Good night too, Ji-Ho," Nara closes the call with a long sigh. He stared at his phone for a while with contorted lips and placed it next to the laptop. After taking a quick look at the presentation he made earlier, he closed the latop screen and laid his head on it.
It's been almost two weeks since he met Ji-Ho. The man was very busy with his various celebrity activities. Had to prepare a sub-unit comeback, make a song, do a magazine photo shoot to shoot an ad, and even a few days ago just returned from Japan after filming a television show there.
Nara took a long breath again. If only Ji-Ho wasn't that busy, maybe they could meet again. Unfortunately, their meetings can only be replaced with text messages and phone calls.
Bizarrely. Whereas in the past if he wanted to see Ji-Ho, he just went through a collection of pictures on his phone or browse the internet and saw news, videos, or new photos about Ji-Ho. But now it doesn't feel enough. It feels like something is different. Looking from the screen still makes him happy, but still makes him miss. She always wants to see Ji-Ho in person.
Feeling claustrophobic about her own feelings, Nara again grabs her phone which she puts next to the laptop. His head was still lying down, with the thumb of his left hand he tapped on his phone screen and pressed a name on his contact list. After connecting the call, he attached the phone to his left ear, waiting for the person across the phone to answer.
"Why call night?" the call of the person across the phone was heard replacing the tone of the connection.
Nara chuckled softly accepting such a reaction and then retorted. "Za.." he said hanging.
"Mh...What's the?"
Instead of answering Zaza's question, Nara let out a long sigh.
"Apaan was asked even hela-helah. You why?"
Again Nara did not answer and instead sighed again. He could hear Zaza snorting from behind the phone.
"Once again you let my breath die in the phone," threatened Zaza with a fierce tone.
"I'm confused, Za," Nara finally said softly as her hand held the phone to her ear. He began to straighten his back and leaned on the back of the chair.
"Buddy?" zaza's voice sounded astonished. "Why?"
Without answering, again Nara only breathed. "If for example I was there, you'd have me boxing. Want to tell me what hel-hela breathes doang," Zaza scolded because of Nara's behavior.
Nara chuckled softly. His best friend is funny. Emotions quickly. Always quickly upset if hung or made to wait, and of course do not hesitate to punch or blow it if he acts like that. Nara could imagine the sound of Zaza's bells and punches if they were in the same room.
After being satisfied enough, Nara finally uttered a name that made Zaza understand all the turmoil of his best friend. "Ji-Ho..."
"Yeah, Ra, I'm so confused. If I were you, if my fate was exactly like yours, meet G-Dragon and doi say like me and doi want to be closer to me or doi want to be my girlfriend, I must have accepted it. Why confused again, I do like it," Zaza has often heard Nara's remarks about Ji-Ho. His best friend would not tell Zaza directly if he was not asked. So every day he would ask Nara how her interactions with Ji-Ho continued after their first meeting. And Nara is not stingy to tell stories, the girl is only closed if not asked. Once asked, the story will flow, every word on the phone and text message will be told. That's why Zaza knows everything.
"But Za, it's different." Nara's voice was clear. He lifted his legs up onto the chair, hugged both knees with one hand and his other hand was still holding the phone.
"What's different?" zaza asked impatiently.
"Different.the feeling is different," Nara sniffed her shoulders.
"You don't make that an excuse. I know the reason wasn't that," the words Zaza spoke struck Nara, leaving her speechless.
Zaza knew the real reason for Nara's confusion. Zaza knows Nara's past and he believes that's what makes Nara like this. Betrayed by those closest to him who should even love him the most, making Nara's heart sometimes frozen. Zaza knows all that and he really pity his best friend who has been with him for more than 10 years. He felt sorry to see Nara abandoned by the most important people in his life. In the end, he even defended studying desperately in order to enter the campus and the same majors as Nara, Faculty of Medicine, in order to accompany Nara.
"Ra, not everyone is the same. Just like fruit, you don't know what's sweet and what's not before you try it. I know how you feel just like Ji-Ho even if it's just a little bit but it's there. The evidence is that you are confused. If it doesn't exist, you won't be confused. You're gonna stay away from Ji-Ho. Even if you don't stay away because you don't want to lose to be a lucky fan, you just have to enjoy it, don't get confused,"

Ji-Ho pushes the door of her apartment after pressing the code of the security system that is fixed on the door. After a beep, he stepped in, pulled his slipper off the shelf on the right side of the front hallway, and then replaced the shoe he had been wearing with the slipper.
"I'm home!" he shouted, though not sure if anyone heard it or not. But saying hello like that has become a habit, so by reflex he always does every time he enters his apartment.
"Oh, you've come" Jaehyo replied as he saw Ji Ho step into the living room. Jaehyo was sitting quietly on the sofa in front of the television. His hand was squeezing the remote into his grasp, seemingly trying to find the television broadcast he was about to watch.
"Hyung himself?" ji-ho asks while staring into the entire room. Combing through the rooms in their apartments and the doors of the rooms are tightly closed.
Jaehyo nodded, without taking his eyes off the screen. "In Pyo is filming a new variety show program, Min Woo is today rehearsing for his musical drama, U-In and Dong Wan go rehearsal for a music program show. Park Kyung seems to be in your room, reading the script of her new drama maybe," she explained at length.
Ji-Ho nods briefly at the explanation. Then his lips paled before saying, "Hyung himself there is no job?" Ji-Ho's eyes growl.
Jaehyo seemed to frown for a moment, seemed to think hard, then replied, "Tomorrow I plan to go fishing," he said indifferently.
Hearing Jaehyo's reply, Ji-Ho chuckles with the back of his hand covering his mouth and head shaking. For the size of an idol, his hyung is indeed quite relaxed. Different 180 degrees with Ji-Ho's life full of jobs. Sometimes he was very envious to see Jaehyo who could relax, even went to do his hobby - fishing-with his happiness. But how else, who has a hobby of writing songs is himself, who has a hobby of tangling with music is himself, and who became amazingly famous because his hobby is himself. So inevitably he must support his group, become an ace as well as a good leader so that his group and other members do not lose fame even though their job is a little.
"Already, don't bother me," Jaehyo's voice breaks Ji-Ho's daydream. "Now you rest. Go to sleep, sana. Otherwise I'll take you fishing for the night" Jaehyo points at Ji-Ho's room door with his chin.
"Arrasseo hyung," replied Ji-Ho still on the sidelines of his piety. Of course he would choose to rest. It's crazy that he has to go accompany Jaehyo fishing the night. He may have fallen asleep at the fishing spot. "I go in first," she said, then walked into her room.
Upon entering, Ji-Ho finds Park Kyung exactly what Jaehyo said. The man was sitting on his bed, legs crossed, reading a manuscript book. As Ji-Ho recalls, last week Park Kyung did say she got an offer to play on the drama website. Maybe the filming will start soon.
"You're home?" Park Kyung raised a fleeting face before turning the pages of her script.
"Yes," Ji-Ho answered briefly, then walked to her own bed. He sits on the edge of the bed, with his body pointing towards Park Kyung. Both of his shoulders fell and he breathed a tired breath.
"You should have gone home. How long have you been in the studio? 3 days?" Ji-Ho just nods confirming Park Kyung's question.
Somehow his best friend was still able to focus on the script but still asked questions. "So Bastarz's song guide is done? Director Oh called me asking that. Said you couldn't be reached,"
Ji-Ho pats her eel. "Ah, yes, that guide!" He just remembered that he had not yet submitted a song guide for their sub-unit. Actually, it hasn't even finished it at all.
"Don't tell me you haven't made it?" park Kyung's attention is now completely diverted to Ji-Ho. His eyes widened completely, staring at the creatures beside him like they were from a different species.
Ji-Ho just grimaces while scratching the back of her head which is not actually itchy. He completely forgot.
"Guabe!!" Park Kyung suddenly got up from her place, shocked. "Are you really Woo Ji-Ho? You're not an alien, are you?" he holds Ji-Ho's shoulders and flips his best friend's body as if trying to make sure something by looking from various sides.
Being treated like that Ji-Ho feels a bit upset and a little confused, so she quickly puts Park Kyung's hands off her shoulders. "Yes! Mwoya?!"
"Ani~ I mean you're not usually like this. Usually you will finish the guide the day after you finish making the song. But it's been a few days,"
"Hm," Ji-Ho replied briefly. "I forgot" he continued after a while.
"Forgotten?! Even forgetting is usually not in your dictionary," Park Kyung shook her head, still amazed to see her best friend like this. "Then, hwaiting chingu-ya! And annyeong!" he pats Ji-Ho on the shoulder and then waves. In her mind Ji-Ho will dart back to her studio, completing that guide.
But Park Kyung's guess seems wrong. As she turns around, Ji-Ho sighed and threw her body on the bed, making Park Kyung turn her body again.
"Tomorrow, it's night, I have to rest. Having to sleep enough for my health" Jiho replied with pinched lips holding back a laugh. In his heart he felt funny and amazed that he could say that.
"Well. daebak!! Looks like you really aren't Ji-Ho! You used to know only work, work, and work. Even I told you to rest you didn't listen! Now what? You want to sleep enough for your health? Heol!" without pause Park Kyung nags while shaking her head, while Ji-Ho just smiles thinly and slowly closes her eyes. It seems he is not the old self. Maybe there is a feeling that changes everything.
