The Another Soul

The Another Soul
Ch. 53 [First Day]

"Hey Atra, will you be able to accompany me to the bookstore?"

A girl with red eyes who was walking down the hall looked back. There was a night blue haired girl patting her shoulder, not to mention the witty smile on her sweet face.

"Eh? Did I not hear wrong? What was?"

The girl immediately put on a pouting face. "Atra, I'm sure you heard it clearly."

The girl-Atra, laughed when she saw the pouting face of her friend. "Haha.... I didn't expect it. A lazy Deiva does not want to read suddenly invites to the bookstore! It's miracle!" said Atra with spirit.

The blue-haired girl of the night - Deiva was getting sullen. "It's not my will, but I was forced by our dear teacher."

Atra frowned, "Who? Reyya?"

Deiva nodded slowly. "Yes, Reyya, the teacher who gave me a headache."

Atra ria-oh, "What other problems are you making now?"

Deiva smiled wryly hearing this remark from his classmate. "Am I in your eyes just a troublemaking girl?"

"Hm... Yes and no."

"Atra, you are cruel" Deiva said in a lethargic tone.

Atra chuckled little to hear it. "Thank you for the compliment."

"I don't praise you shit!" pissed Deiva.

Atra laughed again. They talked while walking towards the class. Along the way, many people were whispering and Atra heard it clearly.

'Hey, isn't he the former Regular?'

'Since when did the girl become irregular?'

'Don't you know the story?'

Atra clenched both of her hands. Deiva who was aware of the whispers from the other disciples stared intently at them.

"Atra, don't think about them, okay?" deiva said with a worried tone.

Atra just smiled a little at Deiva.

"-here's your class, young master."

"Stop calling me young master."

"Ohh... I think I should call you that."

"Ck, you're a bitch."

"It's not as thick as your guards."

There was a voice of debate in front of Atra and Deiva's class. Automatically the two of them paused for a moment and noticed a young man with black hair, height, and eyes that were staring lazily at a teacher who was beside him.

"Std... Who her? He is with Mr. Galeon" Deiva whispered to the silent Atra.

"Hey Atra, you hear me?"

But Atra was still speechless, frozen looking at the young man who was before her at this moment.

Feeling in the gaze, the young man turned his head towards Atra and Deiva.

And unexpectedly, the young man raised his right hand and then...

"Hi..."

"You.... Sergio, right?"

\=\=\=\=\=\=\=\=

Earlier.....

"Sergio, wake up right now. It's morning!"

The sunlight pierced my eyes. I felt glare, and because I was still feeling sleepy so I covered my head with a blanket.

"Hey! I said wake up!"

I know this voice.

"Ck, I'm still sleepy Fahrez."

The pale-skin Fahrez rolled his eyeballs, irritated. "Shall I wake you up using magic like Rakka."

I let out a pissed breath. In the end I flicked the blanket and stood up while rubbing my right eye.

"I'm awake, satisfied?"

Fahrez gave a small nod, "Good, hurry up and get the boy ready. You're going to school today."

And after saying that, Fahrez got out of the room that I've only been in for a few weeks.

I yawned for a while before going into the bathroom with a towel on my left shoulder.

"School... Yea?"

My eyes were on the clothes hanging in the closet. Red blazer with matching cloth pants, not to mention a black tie.

Somehow I feel I do not have the confidence to go to school in a world that is still ordinary to me.

Even though I've been practicing for the past five days.

And I felt goosebumps for a moment.

Strenuous, and excruciating exercise, but worth what I got.

Besides, it's also my fault that I asked for monster-style training when I still don't know anything about magic and others.

Honestly, I don't want to ask them to train me anymore.

Even now I still feel the wounds of the former training that still hurts all over my body.

I grimaced softly.

Shit it still hurts.

I touched the right rib. Then I remembered who gave this wound.

"Uhh.... I don't want to practice private with Orga anymore."

In the end, I entered the bathroom with a vengeance. In the bathroom I kept thinking about the retaliation they deserved.

And without me knowing I was grinning.

\=\=\=\=\=\=\=

"Morning."

I walked down the stairs slowly, and it did not escape Rakka's sight.

"It hurts... yeah?" ask Rakka with a ringing at the end of her sentence.

I snorted in annoyance. Let's say I'm childish, but I'm still upset by the practice methods each of the sweet waiters gave me that made me want to eat them whole.

"It's very weak" said Orga, who was sitting and reading the newspaper.

Oh and don't forget there's Reina next to him.

"Sir, you add to the atmosphere of being hot. But what you say is true" said Reina with her flat face.

I smiled wryly hearing it.

"Already, already, don't make Sergio's confidence so cheated" said Rakka.

Rakka, I love you.

But instantly the thought disappeared as he gave the exercise that made my brain want to explode just then.

I don't want to remember it anymore.

Well forget my words just now.

I sat right next to Rakka who was busy smearing bread with chocolate jam.

When it was over, he gave it to me, and I gladly accepted it.

"Where's Fahrez?" My toot.

"I'm here. What's looking for me?"

I almost spouted the warm tea I just drank. Fahrez suddenly appeared behind me with a loud pat on my shoulder.

He really just showed up knowing! No sound or anything!

Looking at my reaction Fahrez chuckled, "You surprised?"

"Damn it, you just showed up how could I not be surprised."

Farez laughed this time. He walked towards the chair next to Reina. Then he sat down while crossing both his hands on his chest.

"So, I've spoken to Galeon."

"Galeon?" parrots

"What did he say?" Rakka asked while applying bread with jam which she then gave it to me again.

I also accepted it again.

"Hm... For Sergio he can get into the Regular class with a class that has students with high ability."

"Isn't it getting more dangerous?" orga.

"It was dangerous, so I asked Galeon to move Sergio in the Irregular class."

"Hm.... But I felt Sergio didn't deserve to be in Irregular class" said Rakka, who again gave me bread.

Hearing Rakka's words, Orga laughed cynically. "As for Rakka, she still can't control her amazing magic mess and also her magic element that makes anyone stir."

Fahrez nodded in agreement to Orga's words. "I agree with Orga. He still can't control it, and if he gets into Regular class. He would declare his existence and then boom! It's a debate."

I was still chewing my third bread while they were having a heated argument between servants.

And when he had finished eating it, Rakka again gave him the fourth bread.

"Do you like stuffing myself with bread?"

"Eh? You don't like it?" asked Rakka in surprise.

It is said not to like it is also not true, but it feels Rakka is used to doing this.

"Well.. Maybe I'm just not used to it" I replied as I received the fourth loaf.

I'm not used to having breakfast with someone who prepares my breakfast.

Usually I have breakfast only with instant noodles and even then if I have time.

Even my grandfather almost never prepared breakfast for me or him.

And because of that Mira started teaching me about cooking.

She's a woman, she can cook.

I unconsciously squeezed the bread in my hand. The sweet memories reappear.

But I'm quite happy with the current situation.

I mean look, I'm no longer sitting alone at the dinner table and in front of me is just instant noodles plus rice to keep me full.

Now I have them. Rakka who kept putting jam on the bread, Orga who was arguing with Fahrez, and Reina who was busy sliding the Tab in her hand while drinking warm tea.

'Mira, I'm not alone anymore.'
