The Arcane Archer's

The Arcane Archer's
Error 404: Lofi beats missing

I spent the next few hours skinning all the other animals I had collected since coming to this world and also started cooking them so I could eat them whenever I needed. Around when I was 75% of the way it was done, it started to thunder and then it slowly started to rain.

Listening to the rain while doing so, I fell into a kind of temp as I cut and cooked all at the same time.

When I finished it, I threw everything into my inventory for my own future to think about and clean up.

I then spent the next 15 minutes just staring out of the cave and enjoying the beautiful rain patter.

'Geez, I wish I had some Lofi Beats to listen to while watching this. Although it was nice to have peace and quiet while enjoying the rain, even though I just arrived in this world 2 days ago ... I hope the old man is not bored now. '

Finally waking up, I squirmed and decided to find something to do. Walking around the cave entrance that I made my home, the system decided to give me an answer to my problem.

[Quest: Explore more caves/bases

Gift: Lofi Beats for the Rain

Do you accept? Y/T]

I looked down at the other part of the cave and thought if I wanted to go exploring. Pondered for a moment, I finally accepted it.

Moving to where I was storing the wood, I looked for a large stick that I could use as an emergency torch. Fortunately, there is a stick just above the others that is perfect for the job.

Pulling out some of the skin I cut horribly, I started wrapping it with a cane because I couldn't think of anything else to use. When I thought that it was enough, I quickly threw {Flame} on it to turn it on. A splash appears on the skin and begins to spread slowly throughout the body.

Seeing this, I started walking into the cave as the flames grew bigger and brighter with each passing step.

After 10 seconds of walking, the hallway started to become increasingly narrow until I finally had to crouch down as if I was sneaking all the time. After a minute or so, it started getting lower and I had started crawling.

At this moment, I was somewhat afraid that there would be some giant spider or insect that would befall me. Although I was not really afraid of the insects on earth, with the introduction of magic and fantasy my fear of ginormous insects appeared.

After 3 minutes of crawling, I finally found my first bug.

Thankfully compared to what I thought would appear, it was just a simple spider.

Reaching out, I used a torch to suppress it before continuing on.

Then it happened.

The spiders began to flood.

I started hitting and hitting spiders and killing as many as I could.

[Thanks to your adaptability, you have obtained {Arachnophobia Resistance}. Now it's harder to be afraid of spiders.]

"ANY SYSTEM, I NEED MORE OF IT FOR WHAT I'M EXPERIENCING RIGHT NOW!"

The spider continued to crawl and eventually started to get into my clothes.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-"

[Thanks to your {Adaptability}, {Arachnophobia Resistance} has leveled up.]

[Thanks to {Adaptability} and the continuous use of {Arachnophobia Resistance}, you have obtained {Arachnophobia Immunity} and can no longer be feared by spiders.]

My mind after receiving this skill immediately calmed down and stopped worrying about what was happening to many things and started thinking about what to do with them. Eventually my mind came up with a simple solution that I thought others would have.

"I'll burn it all!"

Using mana and previous experience using magic without the help of a system, I spread out my interior mana and focused it and where the world throughout my body as a type of aura. Then using my mana as a spark to kick start the spell, I whispered "{Flame Aura}" and my body quickly covered itself in flames.

* You have taken 5 Fire Damages

* You have taken 5 Fire Damages

* You have taken 5 Fire Damages

* You have taken 5 Fire Damages

* You have taken 5 Fire Damages

[Thanks to your {Adaptability}, you have obtained {Fire Resistance}. You are now more difficult to be exposed to fire and heat.]

All the spiders around me started burning and my clothes started burning as well.

[{Flame Aura} has leveled up! It's even hotter now.]

With an aura of fire surrounding my body, I pressed forward and finally got to the hole that led me to a larger part of the cave that I could actually walk through. Once I stepped up and got up, the system gave me 1 Xp to kill a total of 1,000 spiders.

[{Flame Aura} has leveled up! It's even hotter now.]

Inside this more open part of the cave was a bundle of spider webs holding a bundle of cocoons. Walking forward a few feet, I began to hear a group rushing further down the cave from my place.

Dodging all the web cocoons and not even trying to sneak up on the cause of my fire, I finally came to a crack with nothing in it except a single giant spider on the roof.

'Dirt. System, what's my Mp now? ''

[26/160 Mp]

'Fuck!'

I quickly turned off my fire aura and ran to a nearby wall hoping that somehow the spider did not see me.

I took the peak in the corner but could not see in the darkness of the cave.

[Thanks to your {Adaptability}, you have obtained {Dark Vision} and can now see in the pitch-black area.]

With the new skill, my eyes began to adjust and focus and eventually allowed me to see what was happening. Lucky enough with me getting this skill at this point, once it kicked in, I saw the spider slowly descending so calmly and walking towards me.

Seeing this, I opened up my inventory to get my bow but found that it did not exist. My eyes widened when I realized that my bow was burning next to my clothes and everything I had physically.

Looking around in a bit of panic, I tried to think of a way to kill this spider and escape now that I saw me and I knew that I had no weapons. It kept making way for me until it became so close that it was within range of a weapon.

His mouth opened as if to bite me and I realized that I could not avoid saving mana.

"{Flame Aura}!"

A fire lit up around me and burned the face of the spider. The spider moved away from me in pain and shook its head in an attempt to clear its vision and orient itself.

*Surprise attack! 68 Fire Damage to Giant Spiders

Using this opportunity, I pointed to a nearby flame and threw a quick {Flame} to light it up. Soon the nets caught fire and started burning quickly because it was an incredible fuel for fire.

The spider that saw this turned its head away from me and let me run quickly to it.

While doing that, I immediately asked the system how much MP was left and found out that it was only 5 Mp which was very little that was not even enough to start a fire again which cost 10 Mp.

Deadly {Flame Aura} I kept on storming the spider that quickly turned its head towards me and started walking off.

"I hope it works!" I shouted

As soon as it will attack me, I slide down below it and reactivate {Flame Aura}.

I launched myself at it and grabbed whatever I could. Using the remaining amount of mana left, I forced everything onto {Flame Aura} and added it as much as I could.

* 7 Fire Damage

* 7 Fire Damage

* 7 Fire Damage

* 7 Fire Damage

[{Flame Aura} has leveled up! It's even hotter now.]

At this point I felt like I was going to faint from exhaustion but I kept forcing myself to stay awake and feed off what I didn't have.

[Thanks to Your {Adaptability}, You have obtained {Mana Exhaustion Resistance}, You are now not too tired from using too much mana.]

[Thanks to your {Adaptability}, you have earned {Mana Regeneration} by forcing your mana to regenerate so quickly even though you have nothing left. You are now remaking mana faster.]

Skill after skill keeps going up as I do everything I can to stay attached to the spider and feed mana at {Flame Aura}. Both me and the spider screamed as if we were a second from death and anyone who shouted louder would be spared.

After what seemed like constant screams, increased skill levels, and crying in good numbers, the spider finally died.

[Congratulations to kill {Giant Spider}, you have earned 50 Xp.]

[You level up to Level 4! (Xp 29/40)]

As soon as the notice came, my mind decided that I deserved a break and fainted.
