Irene was taken to a nearby hospital and doctors advised her to have a caesarean section.

"Do your best for my wife and my babies" Jullian told Irene's doctor.

And that day, Irene did a cesarean section to lift the baby wuba.

Jullian and other family members are anxious to remember the condition of Irene who gave birth at a young age.

"Remember Sheria, you have to get married at the right age" Gwen said as she stroked her adopted daughter's hair.

"I want to help and I don't want to go all the way from Grandma" Sheria said, hugging Gwen.

Gwen is moved by Dozer and Ruby's loyalty to Sheria. He promises to give his best to the boy until Sheria can find her own happiness.

Trevor and Neil and Zack talk about their new dairy business.

"I'll take care of the cattle ranch while you guys have to take care of production and marketing!" said Trevor who offered a job because the efforts of the two weathered bachelor failed miserably.

Neil and Zack immediately hugged Trevor, they were used to being ordered and serving the man so when they parted it felt like something was lacking.

"For us, you will always be our boss" they said.

Trevor returned the embrace of his confidants. They have always been there from the past until now. Trevor doesn't want to lose anymore.

"What's up, Babe?" asked Keiner who saw his wife shed tears.

Juvel shakes. "It's okay, it's just..."

"I know, you don't have to explain everything." Keiner lifted baby Ares into his lap then grabbed onto Juvel's shoulder. "Thank God for the scenario that makes your family's path so blessed!"

Juvel and Keiner then kiss baby Ares together.

And Chade who saw that was so downcast, he still felt like he was not part of the Volstaire family.

"What's the matter, Chade?" sheria Tegur. "Don't be sad!"

Sheria could feel what the boy was feeling, Sheria holding Chade's hand to look at the wuba babies.

"Let's see the babies, they're already in the baby's room!"

Sheria and Chade run into the nursery and see Irene and Jullian's babies in the incubator.

"Can you predict our future?" ask Chade later.

The four babies cried together which left the family members confused. They carry one each.

"Who's their name?"

Jullian saw the four babies taking turns, he had already thought about the names of the babies in advance.

"Albert, Kenneth, Liliosa, Lilledelle. Those are their names." Jullian approached Irene who was still enduring her pain. "You like their names, don't you, baby?"

"I like it!" answer Irene who is grateful.

A wasted girl like herself can get affection and can now produce many children.

"After this we will definitely be troubled but just calm down, they will definitely not be as fussy as Ares!" jullian said confidently.

Along with that, baby Albert who was in the sling Jullian cried and followed by his three brothers.

Irene held back her laughter seeing everyone having trouble taking care of her babies.

Until finally the four babies returned to sleep when they got milk. They drink formula milk first.

"Daddy and mommy go first, tomorrow we come back again" said Gwen.

Everything was blurred when the Jullian and Irene babies were already asleep.

"Thank you" Irene said sincerely.

Jullian rubbed Irene's face and returned his wife's kiss. "I love you, Irene."
