TBM CHAPTER 77 - Don't Get Discarded
Irene immediately approached Sheria and Chade, she took out the milk box she bought before sneaking into The Green Hornet headquarters.
"Drink the milk" Irene said as she gave the box milk.
Sheria and Chade take the milk box from Irene, they immediately drink it until it runs out.
"We need to get out of here so let's go with brother." Irene wanted to rush out before anyone saw her. The headquarters looked deserted because Ronan was gathering his men to negotiate.
Sheria stood up, even though she didn't know Irene yet, she was sure Irene was a good girl. Sheria wants to meet Neil or Zack, people close to Dozer.
"Come on!" Irene held Sheria's hand and waited for Chade to stand up but the boy did not stand up which confused Irene. "Why?"
"Daddy Harold is dead, mommy Clara doesn't want me, brother Keiner hates me too, only daddy Dylan likes me. So, I want to be with her" said Chade, who shocked Irene.
"But your daddy Dylan is so mean, Chade!" Irene kept trying to get Chade away.
Chade stood up to see the situation then he looked back at Irene and Sheria.
"I'll distract you, you go!" said Chade who ran to Ronan's men who approached them.
Actually Irene did not want to leave without Chade but due to urgent circumstances, Irene was forced to leave the boy.
Irene only took Sheria to leave, they passed the secret passage Irene had previously passed to enter.
They manage to get out but Irene is confused about where to take Sheria.
"We rented a motel instead" Irene said later.
Before that, Irene bought clothes for Sheria to wear and Irene also cut the little girl's hair so that Sheria would not be easily recognized.
"We're not going to see Uncle Neil or Zack?" asked Sheria who had wanted to meet the two men.
Sheria grumbles because Irene has no purpose but she is also grateful, at least she survived the Green Hornet plot.
"Do you memorize Neil's or Zack's cell phone number?" Irene asked who had come up with an idea.
"Daddy always asked me to memorize their numbers" Sheria replied.
"How about you call them so they can pick you up" Irene suggested.
"And brother?" asked Sheria who made Irene put on a sad face.
"After making sure you're safe, I'll go!" Irene did not want to be Jullian's weakness, it was better for her to leave as the man wished.
Sheria tries to reach Neil by public phone. Luckily, Neil immediately responded, Neil immediately tracked down Sheria's whereabouts and immediately picked up the little girl.
Irene peeks from a distance as Sheria meets Neil and Zack. She smiles seeing Sheria finally safe now Irene has to go.
When he turned his body, it hit someone who was standing behind him.
"Sorry," Irene said as she bowed.
"Sorry only?" the voice of a person that made Irene immediately complain stared at the large and tall body she was very familiar with.
"Jullians?" Irene shed tears, she wanted to hug the man but instead her body response rewinded. "I just felt like I had to save Sheria and Chade but..."
Irene could not continue her sentence as her body was pulled by Jullian.
"Based on a stupid girl!" jullian hugged Irene's body.
Irene immediately cried out in utter disdain, she returned Jullian's embrace tightly. "Don't dump me, Jullian. I like you!"
