Chapter 24 - Threats

The atmosphere in the Cafe with beautiful decorations, thin raindrops began to wet the growing trees. The meeting between Samuel and Niko in such a state, silent to each other made the surroundings a little quiet, only the raindrops rumbled. 

"Why did you make an appointment with me?"

"I didn't expect, how a hippo could become a handsome man," a sneer that was obvious as niko glanced at Samuel. 

"No need to make small talk, just say it! Why did you invite me here."

Niko did not immediately reply, choosing to sip a cup of coffee. "Sway Eve!" 

"You have no right to say that" Samuel growled, staring intently at the man. 

"Just find another target, because Eve is mine." Niko's words succeeded in making Samuel misunderstand, thinking that the girl who became his servant was the woman the man was looking for. 

"You have no right to forbid me."

"Heh, it turns out that your insistent nature is not lost. You must know how the power of Wijaya, it's easy for me to make you go bankrupt."

"What's your real problem? I know Eve's not the criteria for the woman you like." Samuel will not let go of the little girl, betting with his friend is very important and can avenge his half-sister. 

"Let it be my business, Niki must be shocked to see you turn a hundred and eighty degrees." Niko recalls how Samuel was once their friend and best friend, but a tragedy that made Samuel, who hated the cassanova so much, see his girlfriend who was making out with his best friend in a hotel.

"I'm telling you to stay away from Eve, because I'm not playing with words." Niko throws an unlimited card, staring at her former best friend with a sneer. "Now Eve is free, and you don't have to oppress her anymore!" 

"Ck, just keep that card." Samuel glanced at the card on the table. "It looks like Eve is very special, I won't let go easily." He muttered inwardly, smiling with new challenges as if flowing like a race. "I think I should go!" getting out of his chair, confirming the suit but still staring at the man before him, passed away without taking the card that Niko had thrust. 

In the office, Samuel struggled with his flat screen, focused on work and took up a lot of time. The knocking of the door stopped his activity, allowing entry without turning his head. 

"Now that the contract agreement is over, I'm paying for your phone's damages." 

Soon Samuel stared at the origin of the voice, a little surprised by the arrival of Eve who offered a card without limits. "My debt is paid off, including with the flowers. Don't ever bother me again, I have no business with a man like you." 

Samuel was silent for a moment, staring at Eve's calm face who then wanted to leave her room. His quick steps managed to block the cute girl, looking at the face covered in ancient makeup like Annabelle's doll. "You can't decide that unilaterally, I won't let you go even if you pay me back."

"Ck, you're a very cunning guy, too, a bitch. Let's just say we don't know each other like strangers." Eve held the doorknob about to exit the room, no longer wanting to deal with the annoying man. 

Samuel closed the door quickly, locking it made Eve scared and agitated. Returning footsteps, so that he could not retreat again due to obstructed walls. "Are you sure? Or should I show you something?" press it with a sly grin. 

Samuel cunningly shows a recording, in which Anita is being watched by her man. "If you still insist on canceling the contract prematurely, then your best friend will be in big trouble." Threatened him. 

"Suckers! You used my best friend for this!" his screech, which was glaring wide at the eyes, pulled the collar of the man's neck even though he had set his foot on it, for it was only Samuel's chest. 

"And if you complain to Niko? You must know how Samuel Matthew acts."

Eve released her grip, turning her face away from the threat. "You're so cunning!" his screeches. 

"The choice is in your hands!"

Eve was very upset and held back her anger, moving away from the place. While in the doorway, he turned his head with a difficult to interpret gaze, a cynical and also sharp gaze. Holding the doorknob shut it very hard, Samuel flinched in shock, stroking his chest from the shock the girl had caused. "You must be my lover, for you are the key to my troubles, Eve." 

Eve was very upset, cursing the man along the stepping foot and into the car. 

"How's it?" ask someone next to Eve. 

"I've done what Niko said." The answer is in and long breath. 

"How did it go?" Niki was very curious about the man who tried to bully her cousin's sister. 

"He didn't take the money, so what should I do?" 

"You take it easy, your sister Niki is still here." Niki pointed at herself proudly, she was very curious as to who the man who dared to play around with the Wijaya family was. Getting out of the car and stepping inside the building, his feelings were very upset and held in anger. He ignored the security guards, forcing his way into the president's room. 

Niki kicked the door very hard, making someone in the room very surprised by the action that made a fuss in the office. A hasty move approached the man who was sitting on the seat of pride. "How dare you play with my sister!" the pressure pointed at Samuel's face. 

Samuel paused for a moment, thinking of Niki's words. "Sister?" 

"Yes, you're dealing with the Wijaya family. Does your little company want to be leveled?" Niki's anger reveals Eve's hidden identity. 

"It's just right that I didn't find Eve's identity, so she's Nathan Wijaya's granddaughter?" samuel's deeply shocked inner self, he felt no stranger to the quick-tempered man. 

"But wait a minute! Why is your face so similar to that one-horned rhinoceros?" thought Niki who thought, because the face of the man facing her is very familiar. 

"Damn! Until now you have still given me that title" said Samuel, who was upset. 

"Oh my gosh..It turns out you're Bimbom? You've been missing for a long time, but your body's changing drastically."

Samuel nodded his head, they fell silent for a moment and hugged each other. Even Niki forgot the reason he was there, the meeting with his old best friend. While Eve continued to see the circular clock in hand, it was extremely agitated and worried about her angry brother. "I'd better go there, see the face of that rancid man battered." Excited exclamation went into the office and saw the bad luck of Samuel.
