After dinner, Jing Yang invited Li Ho around Fire Village before the two reached a cemetery.
“Yang, these people died because of the brutality of the four demons that ganged on me. I hope they can rest in peace.” Li Ho showed a deep sad expression, “This is all because of my weakness. If only I were stronger.”
Jing Yang understood Li Ho's feelings, but he also thought about going back in time and saving his parents and those around him.
“Sick whatever it is, we have to stay alive and walk forward. Trying to survive alone is hard enough for me.” Jing Yang muttered softly as he crouched down staring at someone's grave.
Li Ho smiled as he stroked his beard, “Everyone in this village is my family. I built this village because they are people who have nothing. But as time went on, this village got bigger and I did not expect the incident that made them all die without knowing their mistakes.”
Then Li Ho smiled wryly and added, “The Fire God Scroll that Bing Mu said is an ability that can seal one of the Nine Heavenly Chaos. I accept this inherited the Li Clan that has long since perished for protecting the Fire God Scroll.”
Li Ho took out the Fire God Scroll and showed it to Jing Yang, “I have a daughter, she is the same age as the girl with you. She lives with her mother in the Ma Empire. I'd love to meet them both, but until now there's always been someone blocking my way to meet them.”
“Grandfather Li, why did you tell me all this? I'm just a stranger who happens to pass by and is nobody.” Jing Yang shook his head and looked at Li Ho in disbelief.
“When I first saw you with the young girl, I could see if you had a bigger back among my people. It's as if you have a huge burden that you bear alone. I am just like you who is the last descendant of my clan. Sometimes I think life is so unfair. But life is what makes me want to form a family and survive.” Li Ho's explanation made Jing Yang's brows go up and down in disbelief.
“Family?” Jing Yang smiled but before long he closed his eyes and took a deep breath then exhaled violently.
“Your name is Jing Yang right? The Jing was a large clan that had been cruelly exterminated in the Eastern Star Continent just like the Li Clan. Every clan related to the Nine Heavenly Chaos will end up like your clan or mine. Maybe this is the biggest reason I want to inherit all my knowledge to you.” Li Ho smiled broadly at Jing Yang's incredulous expression.
“We can start training tomorrow, how do you agree with me?” Li Ho decided on the side and laughed.
“Training? Grandfather Li I feel so honored to be a warrior disciple like you. You are a celestial swordsman, of course I will accept it if Grandpa Li doesn't mind.” Jing Yang saluted but his shoulder was patted by Li Ho.
“Jing A... It is precisely I who feel happy because I can meet a child like you. I'm so sorry for what happened to your family. But I want you to be strong in the future in order to protect the people around you.” Li Ho shrugged his shoulders then sat on a rock, Jing Yang chased after him and sat down beside Li Ho.
“How to? Is being a heavenly swordsman not enough to protect this world?” Jing Yang was quite enthusiastic in asking.
“Protect this world? You are quite greedy for an innocent boy, but I really like that expression of yours. Don't change, because you'll be scary if you change.” Li Ho looked into Jing Yang's eyes.
“You know in the scroll there's a technique I've never learned.” Li Ho said back to make Jing Yang curious.
“Do you wonder?” Li Ho glanced at Jing Yang and answered a nod of his head enthusiastically by Jing Yang.
“The name of the technique is the Body of the Universe. You're still a boy so I'll briefly explain.” Li Ho explained that if someone who is able to use the Universe Body will share the pleasure and strength of each other when men and women are interconnected.
Hearing Li Ho's explanation, Jing Yang stood up and clenched his hands together, “Grandfather Li explained in detail! You..”
“Hahaha... Sorry, sorry. You have a unique charisma. I'm sure my son will fall for you just like that young girl. You're very dangerous for a boy.” Li Ho purposely sneered, then Jing Yang sat back down with a red face together.
“If I get married, I will marry Yueyue.” Jing Yang turned his face away after saying so.
“Children like you already said that?” Li Ho stared in disbelief then he sat down, ‘Which Yueyue is who?’
“We both promised when we were kids, if we're big then we'll get married.” Jing Yang's speech innocently made Li Ho speechless and found no answer.
Jing Yang laughed softly, he himself felt comforted by Li Ho's other personality.
“You're too early to bear all this, Yang. All of it makes me want to keep an eye on you.” Li Ho spoke while looking up at the night sky.
“We just met, but Grandpa Li trusts me a lot. Maybe like this chat between his grandfather and grandson.” Jing Yang replied in a sad tone.
‘What a heart-wrenching look at you, Yang Yang. You should still need some old man's attention, but you've dirtyed your hands at such a young age. You're being innocent, but deep down in your heart you're more mature than anyone I've ever known. Your innocence would be a terrifying weapon if the dark implicusif in you came out and you lost your way.’ Li Ho watched Jing Yang closely ranging from the tone of the boy's voice to the fickle look in his eyes.
“Yang, I will teach you how to make a woman happy. Are you interested?” It suddenly took a swipe in Li Ho's mind to tease Jing Yang.
“I'm not interested.” Quite briefly Jing Yang replied.
“Eh?” Li Ho was shocked then he held onto Jing Yang's shoulder and gripped her, “This is your teacher's first assignment.”
“Tasks? It's very strange.” Jing Yang actually wanted to refuse, but he nodded his head and said, “Alright, Grandpa Li.”
Li Ho smiled sumringah and took out a floor plan then gave it to Jing Yang.
“This circled place there is a lake with a million beauties that spoil the eyes. I'm sure you can get that young girl to bend her knees at you.” Li Ho laughed out loud imagining Jing Yang teasing women.
“If you think I should give Senior Rong something for accompanying me..” Jing Yang smiled and looked at Li Ho who stopped laughing, “Thanks, Grandpa Li.”
‘Why do I feel like being fooled?’ Li Ho was flustered then he waved his hand towards Jing Yang replying to the boy's hand.
Jing Yang immediately ran towards the Fire Village, but when he got there he saw Xue Rong chatting with Bing Mu. The two laughed loosely and occasionally he saw Xue Rong pat Bing Mu's arm on the hand.
“Do I interrupt?” Xue Rong was surprised at not feeling Jing Yang's presence behind her.
Jing Yang's gaze was still the same, after all Jing Yang regarded Xue Rong as an older brother no more because of her underage age.
“Junior Yang, i.” Xue Rong was confused as to think Jing Yang was jealous.
“Saudari Rong, I said.” Bing Mu immediately left and smiled, while Xue Rong nodded.
“What I'm bothering, seems like you really like that guy, Senior Rong.” Jing Yang scratched his head and felt bad.
Xue Rong stood up and approached Jing Yang, “No, you misunderstood!”
“Hah? Why is Senior Rong yelling?” Jing Yang himself casually responded to Xue Rong's words.
Finally Xue Rong realized that Jing Yang had not been giving her any feelings.
“Senior Rong, come with me. I want to show you something.” Jing Yang gently pulled Xue Rong's hand and took the young girl away.
“Eh?” Xue Rong's heart was pounding fiercely looking at her palm being tightly grasped by Jing Yang.
