DWP 227 - Arrival
Somewhere in the Jiang Empire was seen a woman seriously injured. The woman was exposed to a deadly poison called the Deepest Poison of Hell. Her white skin was blue and partly purple, the woman was trying to survive amidst the pursuit of a group of assassins from the Ma Empire.
‘This poison makes me unable to use the power in return... I'll be handicapped for life. I'd rather die than have to end miserably.’ The woman lamented what happened to her.
In the midst of despair, the woman heard the sound of a huge explosion. The distance is not too far away so the woman has to stay away and not get close to the sound of the explosion.
What the woman found while away from the sound of the explosion was a forest experiencing strange conditions. Unlike the surrounding forest that was illuminated by bright sunlight, the forest was actually dark and rainy.
The sky and clouds were blackened as if they were crying. The woman also recalled that not far from the Moon Snow Island there was a forbidden forest that was rarely entered by warriors. The name of the forest is the Forest of Crying.
Just as the woman was about to enter the forest, she saw three young girls running towards her.
“Senior Lihua!” One of the three girls shouted.
The woman also closed her eyes. This woman was none other than Xue Lihua. While the girl who shouted towards him was Mei Hua who came with Qiao Xi and Qiu Mei.
“Three of you? What are you doing here?!” Xue Lihua was surprised to see Mei Hua, Qiao Xi and Qiu Mei.
“Senior Lihua, we feel the air of your existence. That's why we came here, Master Liuyu was fighting them. Did you see Elder Chi and Elder Liwei?”
Xue Lihua shook her head, she had felt a fight from the opposite direction. Most likely it was the fight Chi and Fan Liwei had fought.
That made Murong Qiaomi's face paled while reading a message from Chi Rong and Fan Liwei as both of them said that he was exposed to the Deepest Poison of Hell. With Chi Rong and Fan Liwei being exposed to the Deepest Hell Poison of course reduced the combat power of the Dawn Dragon Lantern and now Xue Lihua had also been exposed to the Deepest Hell Poison.
“Mei Hua, someone was approaching -” Qiao Xi was about to remind Mei Hua, but she was startled by Murong Liuyu's body crashing towards her. Qiao Xi avoided it.
“Ugh!” Murong Liuyu spewed fresh blood from within his mouth.
“Teacher Liuyu!” Mei Hua, Qiao Xi and Qiu Mei were shocked.
“The Moon Snow Island has a Yin Body targeted by one of the Great Demon Lords. You better hand it to us if you don't want us to flatten the Moon Snow Island!” Amidst the tension, the man with a sword in his hand walked up to Murong Liuyu.
The man stopped when he saw Xue Lihua, “You are the Moon Snow Island Matriarch who is now right? You better tell me where the Yin Body is!”
The man released a murderous aura and moved towards Xue Lihua. Deftly Qiao Xi held back the man's sword slash. The two engaged in a brief exchange of attacks before the man finally retreated two steps back and observed Qiao Xi.
“As Mr. Xiaofan said, in the Central Plains Continent there are many genius children. If not mistaken, Mr. Xiaofan says his sister once taught a monstrous genius named Jing Yang.” The man laughed softly, “In the midst of this chaos, many geniuses were born. At least before I kill these three geniuses, I will introduce myself.”
The man was pouring a huge amount of energy, “Sian Jun, that's the name of the person who will kill you!” The man named Sian Jun suddenly played his sword aggressively.
Qiao Xi reflexively flowed the profound energy and aura on his sword before welcoming Sian Jun's sword slash. On learning of the ability of Sian Jun who was a Sky Swordsman, in an instant Qiao Xi was unable to keep up with his swordplay.
Quite briefly exchanging those attacks before Qiao Xi finally got a fatal wound, Mei Hua and Qiu Mei helped Qiao Xi but the two were unable to do much.
“I am Lord Hong's subordinate of the Three Immortal Skulls. Today I will present three talented young lives to Demon King Guo Wu!” Sian Jun grinned widely as his sword slash formed a tiger mouth.
“I won't let you two die! Dodging!” Mei Hua suddenly jumped forward and blocked the slash.
“Mei Hua!” Qiu Mei bit her lower lip as she saw Mei Hua's body trembling violently.
“I'm sorry-”
Trang!!!
Murong Liuyu held back Sian Jun's slash before the sword slash that emitted a pitch-black aura cut off Mei Hua's head. Murong Liuyu immediately played his sword with a fast rhythm and put up a sudden resistance to Sian Jun.
“You can still move? I still have one Deepest Poison Hell. Maybe I'll use it on you, sword lady.” Sian Jun again poured his profound strength into his sword blade and welcomed the attack Murong Liuyu had unleashed.
The exchange of attacks took place quickly before becoming fierce. Sian Jun was surprised to find that Murong Liuyu could compensate for his swordplay and there was a different aura from the woman's body.
‘I've heard this. If in a place in this part of the world there are some descendants of humans who are the Incarnate Gods. But is this real?’ Sian Jun smiled and shook his head, ‘For a slave like me, I can't do much. I can only hope that one day in the future someone finds us. Knowing the outside world and saving the people out there. All I can do now is follow Lord Yanlan's orders to obtain the Yin Body and give it to His Majesty Guo Wu!’
As Murong Liuyu's sword slash emitted a purple-colored aura, Sian Jun's sword slash emitted a red-colored aura. The two sword slashes caused a fierce gust of wind, until finally Sian Jun used the attack just now to shorten his distance with Murong Liuyu.
“Truly tough woman!” Sian Jun was about to end Murong Liuyu's life, but Murong Liuyu was able to avoid Sian Jun's sword stab.
“I won't die as easily as you think! Don't underestimate the Elders of the Peach Flower Palace!” Murong Liuyu smiled widely even though his body was covered in blood.
Sian Jun laughed softly, “Very awesome! You are indeed a great Elder of the Peach Flower Palace. But you have to know if there's anything greater outside of this continent. The era of Chaos had begun when the ancient covenant of the Seven Great Demon Lords was destroyed. I think sooner or later this continent will be affected.”
Murong Liuyu frowned and flicked his sword, “I don't understand what you mean.” Murong Liuyu did not give much thought to Sian Jun's words and chose to re-attack Sian Jun at high speed.
Sian Jun threw something at Murong Liuyu. Small explosions are created and create a deep visibility. Murong Liuyu did not realize that some needles were pointing at him.
“Saudari Liuyu! Dodging!” Shouted Xue Lihua loudly.
When his stomach was almost hit by the needle, Murong Liuyu's body suddenly suffocated. Xue Lihua who was aware of Sian Jun's attack was about to save her but it was too late already because Murong Liuyu was exposed to the Deepest Hell Poison.
The dust slowly disappeared, Sian Jun approached Murong Liuyu and was about to end the woman's life with a single slash of his sword.
The first thing Murong Liuyu saw was a sword that released a flash of purple-colored lightning stuck before him. Murong Liuyu's body trembled violently as a young man flew low and landed in front of him.
The young man stood on a sword blade stuck on the ground with his valiant. Even Sian Jun's expression was shocked when he found out that the young man had come suddenly.
“Spirit Swordsman? This boy?” Sian Jun frowned in disbelief.
“Are you okay, Senior Liuyu?” The young man turned his head towards Murong Liuyu while holding a poisonous needle that almost made the woman miss the chance of becoming a swordsman.
