DWP 76: Double Swords
“Wait, who are you?” Jing Yang observed the little fairy-like girl wearing all red clothes.
“Master, it's me! I, Lingling, the Dragon God Sword Spirit! Master, wicked! Why can't you forget Lingling!” The elf who was crying before Jing Yang was the Dragon God Sword Spirit named Lingling.
‘Himut..’ Jing Yang held onto Lingling's body and lifted her up.
“Lingling, don't call me sir. From today, call me Jing Yang.” Finished saying so, Lingling actually cried while rolling around.
“Master, nasty!”
Jing Yang was confused at Lingling's behavior. Everything that happened outside of his expectations. He had thought that the Dragon God Sword Spirit would be in the form of an adult woman wearing scanty clothes like Yue Wang.
“Lingling..” Jing Yang tried to calm Lingling who was still crying, “Try calling me by my name.”
Lingling stopped crying and looked at Jing Yang's face. Lingling's eyes looked so adorable.
“Kakak..” Lingling pouted as if unwilling to mention Jing Yang's name.
“Do as you please. Is my name too difficult to pronounce?” Jing Yang raised Lingling's body high.
“Sister! Brother!” Lingling laughed and looked so happy. When Lingling looked so cheerful, the Black Spirit showed her form.
“Do you remember me?” The Black Spirit looked at Lingling who was silent for a long time before crying and hugging the body of the Black Spirit.
“Mother! Mom!” Lingling's nature is so childish. Even Jing Yang himself still did not expect with everything that happened.
“I now watch over this human child. I think the Dragon God will be happy because you have a kind owner like this human child.” The Spirit of the Black caressed Lingling's hair affectionately.
‘It turns out that Master has known Lingling..’ Jing Yang was inward when he saw the Black Spirit and Lingling looked so familiar.
About ten minutes, the Black Spirit returned into Jing Yang's body. Then Lingling approached Jing Yang.
“Sister, I will be your sword. So don't leave Lingling alone.”
“I will never leave you, Lingling.”
Jing Yang could not bear to see such a cute Lingling. Before long Jing Yang bit his thumb finger and made Lingling be in the same subconscious as Yue Wang.
When the two meet. Jing Yang opened his eyes and found Ye Xiaoya who was trying both of her new swords.
“How?” Ye Xiaoya stopped his training.
“Walking pretty smoothly, Guru.” Jing Yang stood up and pulled both of his swords before trying a few moves.
Ye Xiaoya smiled faintly, “I will teach you my sword technique. Especially my skills as a double swordsman.”
“Please guidance, Master Xiaoya.” Jing Yang replied excitedly before seeing Ye Xiaoya who did some moves.
The movements Ye Xiaoya made were so graceful that Jing Yang was stunned. But after a few steps, Ye Xiaoya's movements were so aggressive. Jing Yang observed Ye Xiaoya's swordplay well as he was going to use two swords as his weapons.
“Do you remember it?” Ye Xiaoya wiped her sweat and sat on the rock while eating the fruits included in the resources.
“I remember it, Guru.” Jing Yang replied and began to make the same movements as Ye Xiaoya.
Jing Yang seemed to quickly understand just by looking at Ye Xiaoya's movements. The second swing of his sword slash would be a deadly weapon. Jing Yang intended to hone it as much as possible before leaving for the Capital of Huaran.
Jing Yang ate the fruits and absorbed all of its properties before starting to meditate. The Dragon God Sword Technique required a great amount of inner power.
Time continued to pass, it did not feel that Jing Yang and Ye Xiaoya had been meditating for an entire week. The Animal Spirit Pearls and Demon Gems that were around Jing Yang and Ye Xiaoya disappeared because they had been absorbed.
‘Yangs absorb all this when meditating. Looks like he has the same body condition as me.’ Ye Xiaoya nodded and stood up slowly.
“We hunt Demon Gems and Animal Spirit Pearls as much as possible.” Ye Xiaoya smiled faintly because she had mastered some way to use the Night Goddess's Armor ability.
‘Master Xiaoya is very excited.’ Jing Yang followed Ye Xiaoya from behind before the two of them fought against the Demonic Beasts.
Ye Xiaoya intended to gather the Animal Spirit Pearls and Demon Gems for their journey. His desire to wander, made Ye Xiaoya prepare everything from far away.
Finished killing the Beast and Demon Beasts in large numbers. Jing Yang followed Ye Xiaoya's orders to insert the flesh of the Beast and Demon Beast into the God Ring.
“Good move. Are you interested in fighting me? I want to see for myself the abilities of the Gravity Sword and the Dragon God Sword.”
Ye Xiaoya smiled faintly and took out a twig. Then he threw it up with his inner strength.
“When the twig falls, we will fight, okay?”
Jing Yang accepted Ye Xiaoya's challenge and did not directly use the power of the Dragon God Sword. His right hand that held the Gravity Sword began to swing while releasing gravitational force for a surprise attack along with the tree branch that fell to the ground.
Ye Xiaoya smiled looking at Jing Yang swiftly doing the opening attack. Before long Yue Wang and Bing Wang met. The air froze and shattered again from the impact of the sword which was emitting quite a powerful energy.
“Interesting, Which is. You turned out to be quite adept at using two swords.” Ye Xiaoya launched an attack after attack.
Jing Yang greeted him and countered him with a few sword moves that smashed the ground and formed six slashes.
Every time their two swords clashed, the air was sometimes so hot and it soon became cold as the other two swords clashed against each other.
Jing Yang and Ye Xiaoya continued to exchange attacks until finally, Ye Xiaoya signaled Jing Yang to stop.
“Yang, we still have enough time to forge our abilities. Seven days before the anniversary of the death of your late mother, both you and I must master some of the moves of this God's Heirloom.”
Ye Xiaoya smiled happily at Jing Yang's ability. Next Ye Xiaoya had Jing Yang meditate and return to training to open the third gate, the gate of life.
Jing Yang was able to break through and open it with a short amount of time, as his inner power circle was quite large and his inner power was purer. After opening the third gate, the gate of life, Jing Yang again broke through and opened the fourth gate, the gate of pain.
As Jing Yang opened the gate in pain, here he got a sufficient ordeal of torment making him grimace in pain. Until he finally regained his composure as he broke through and opened the fifth gate, the restriction gate.
Ye Xiaoya smiled at Jing Yang's ability, ‘Yang Fighter, I think you have the power to kill those people. You know, your teacher is not a great person.’
Ye Xiaoya let out a long sigh recalling her past. Shadow when discrimination is rampant. In his silence, Jing Yang noticed the look on Ye Xiaoya's face that looked sad.
‘Maybe I am only a twelve-year-old child, but if Master Xiaoya has nowhere to lean and tell a story. I want Master Xiaoya to rely on this student of yours.’
Jing Yang opened his eyes gradually after feeling his body experience a difference.
