"Luis! Don't just shut up!"

Luis' daydream broke when he heard Eugene's voice yelling at him. Luis refocused, he pulled out his sword and then started attacking the monster that had appeared earlier.

'How can Ahool be here!?'

Luis continues to attack the monster with Eugene's help, attacking him alone with Luis' current condition that will only make him lose. Luis is not as strong as he used to be, now even he has not mastered all the power of his blue fire. Therefore his cooperation with Eugene would determine their victory.

Ahool. That was the name of the monster that attacked them. Ahool has a large bat-like form with a monkey head and large black eyes, besides it also has wings that extend five meters long decorated with sharp claw nails. Claw nails are dangerous, sometimes they can also use weapons such as spears or axes because they are intelligent monsters.

Ahool's body was grey-haired and he had an ear-shrinking voice.

Ahool squealed as his wings were slashed by Eugene and Luis. Shi Yun all approached the two of them to treat their wounds—but, an unreasonable thing happened to the Ahool wings that they managed to slash.

Shi Yun said in a surprised tone, as he saw Ahool's re-generating wings rapidly forming a new wing.

Luis looked at her. He forgot about the information from the summoned creature.

The demon summoned creature could regenerate as long as the summoning figure was still fine, as it would be difficult to kill Ahool without finding the summoning figure.

The Ahool again shrieked making Luis, Eugene and Shi Yun cover their ears.

The voice said to be heard from far away, apparently Ahool was shouting to call his other herd. Form an army of ten Ahool and attack the three of them simultaneously.

"It's bad, let's run!"

Eugene exclaimed with his pale face. Attacking is useless if they continue to regenerate it will only waste their energy.

Without refuting anything Luis and Shi Yun ran after Eugene away from the group of Ahool who were now chasing them.

While running Luis glanced back through the tip of his eyes. The Ahool numbered ten, they chased after him while constantly trying to attack despite being unsuccessful due to the protectors made by Shi Yun continuously.

Luis thought of a strategy.

'Ahool is not an ordinary monster, they are call monsters which means there is someone calling him'

Ahool's claws strike Luis from behind making him clash with Luis's sword. But before it collided with the sword, Ahool's claws successfully slashed Luis' back making the clothes he was wearing torn instantly.

"Luis!"

Shi Yun exclaimed. His hands were outstretched, casting healing magic on the wound on the prince's back.

Adjusting his roaring breath, Luis sat down to let Eugene finish the fight. The ten Ahools are raiding Eugene, Luis can't just be quiet he has to do something to the Ahools.

'We must find the caller!'

Luis' eyes stared back and forth looking for a summoning figure that he thought was not too far away. Ahool must be controlled by the summoner, otherwise they will attack uncontrollably.

'Shit! Where is he!?'

Luis helps Eugene attack Ahool after he receives treatment from Shi Yun. He could not find a summoning figure in the forest even though he had focused his gaze on the entire forest.

Eugene already had a wound on his hand making it difficult for him to use his sword.

'Why did chairman Yula just assign the three of us alone!??'

Eugene's inner speech. He questioned why the chairman had only assigned him and two juniors without other seniors accompanying him.

Is that how much trust Yula has in Eugene who is only the second strongest rank? Even Eugene was unsure of his thoughts.

Luis asked without turning around. He continued to slash Ahool with his sword which was now enveloped by blue flames.

Eugene slashed at Ahool's wings again before continuing.

"What about the healer?"

Luis's hand let out a blue flame, he burned Ahool who approached him making the Ahool slightly away from him.

Fire is one of Ahool's weaknesses, but it's only temporary. Ahool's body will soon get used to Luis' fire if he continues to attack with the same pattern, therefore they must immediately find the person calling Ahool.

The fire that can kill Ahool without finding the summoner is only a purifying fire, but Luis has not been able to reach that stage.

"Shi Yun ran away first. I told him to call help—"

"Close!"

Right after Luis spoke. A sharp spear was thrown towards him—Luis lowered his head, according to Eugene's orders.

"Almost just"

Luis said softly. Almost lost his head to the spear, it was fortunate that Eugene warned him in time.

"They're getting more and more,"

With a sigh Eugene tried to raise his sword. The strength of his body was already on the verge of limit, he was exhausted from continuing to fight against Ahool with large size and lots.

Luis looked at Eugene who was about to fall. He didn't want to let his upperclassman end up here.

"Sister Eugene"

"What?"

"I'll burn them all at once, but after that you'll have to take me away and hide"

"Huh?"

Eugene expressed his incomprehension with Luis' words, but Luis did not have time to explain his words in detail at this time.

Luis smiles. His Netra Blue Sapphire was covered, he immediately focused himself on carrying out a huge explosion that could kill those Ahools at once with his fire.

They will not die entirely, but by doing so Luis can give Eugene time to run or hide while waiting for help to arrive.

Sparks of blue flames started to come out around Luis making Eugene look at him in disbelief.

"Wait on! Hey stop!—"

Eugene couldn't stop Luis. Right after Eugene spoke so, Luis began to open his eyes and swing his hand forward.

"Dead!"

The explosion of the blue fire caused all the Ahool and the trees that were there to burn to ashes. Eugene stared in disbelief at what he saw, then his audience turned to look at Luis who fell unconscious next to him.

The two of them were not exposed to the blue flames because Luis had made a barrier just for the two of them.

"Dam! Luis!!"

"Luis!!!— wake—!!"

Luis's sight began to blur. He tried to keep breathing despite having to endure the heat that burned his body due to the explosion.

Eugene's panicked voice began to drift away, now Luis only saw a silent darkness.

'Ah yes, I fainted again'

I don't know how long he's gonna be unconscious right now. Luis only hoped Shi Yun would come immediately with reinforcements and Eugene could take him to safety.
