Zain walked through the forest with great effort. Until finally he slipped in a deep abyss and rolled into the abyss.
the body continued to roll and finally hit a piece of stone to make him unconscious.
A dog found it, then dragged the body to an old house made of boards.
The Dog carried and called his Master. An old man and a young woman ran up to their pet and saw what the animal was carrying.
The middle-aged man then noticed the figure of the young man who was seriously injured. Then asked her daughter to help her carry a basket made of the cots.
The young lady nodded her head and helped the middle-aged man who was none other than her father.
Then the middle-aged man named Abdullah took off the clothes of the young man, then examined some wounds that were all over his body due to being hit by tree roots when he fell from the top of the cliff.
"Pick warm water and leaves around the yard, mashed smooth to stop the bleeding" Abdullah told his daughter Khumairah.
Khumairah nodded her head "Well, Dad.." replied Khumairah obediently.
Khumairah is an orphan girl, her mother just died last week. He and his father lived in this forest when he was 4 years old. His life is far from secluded in the forest without a neighbor, making him accustomed to living independently.
Khumairah went out of his house, and plucked the leaves ordered by his father to make a potion that serves to stop the bleeding of the stranger.
Meanwhile, Abdullah cleaned the wounds on the young man's body using a wet cloth and warm water.
Not long after, Khumairah came with a potion requested by his father.
"Bring the potion against him and tie it with a clean cloth, and stick it on the other injured part of his body" Abdullah said in a commanding tone.
Then Khumairah obeyed him. When He poured the potion into the body of the foreign Youth, He felt very nervous, because He had never met anyone so far other than his parents.
His hands shook as he touched the burly body of the foreign youth. Because this is the first time he has done this.
When He wrapped the potion in the young man's favor, He observed it very closely. There was a strange noise running through her chest. He felt a different vibration.
Abdullah informed his daughter's behavior, of course, it was a natural thing, because Khumairah should have been married at his current age.
But because they live in the deep and never interact with other residents, Khumairah did not know what the opposite sex was.
After finishing the treatment, Khumairah cleaned the dirty container left over from the banquet.
"Khumashairah.. Cook away.. Maybe our guest is starving" Abdullah said, then he went to the garden to pick some vegetables.
Khumairah nodded and lit a fire that still used a wood stove.
Khumairah washes rice money from their own rice fields, then raises it.
Abdullah went into the kitchen and brought the vegetables and cork fish he caught from the rice field.
"Put this cork fish with just shaded, to take out the Oil and give it to the young man to recover quickly" said Abdullah calmly.
Khumairah grabbed him, cleaned him up and followed all his father's orders.
The girl deftly cooked and sauteed the kale picked by her father from the garden.
All their necessities of life are self-planted. Even cooking oil they also made using coconut milk cooked to remove the oil.
Zain blinked his eyes, then inhaled a very tempting aroma of cooking. He had not tasted good food in prison for a long time.
Zain felt his body ache all over. He wanted to move but was still very sick.
For a moment Abdullah heard the moaning of the young man in his room. The middle-aged man checked into the room.
He saw that Zain was conscious.
"You're sober?" abdullah asked calmly.
Zain nodded his head "Yes.. Where am I?" asked Zain curiously.
"You are in my house, this is in the middle of the forest, and no one has ever come to visit here during my stay" Abdullah said calmly.
Zain was relieved, at least he would be spared from the pursuit of the police.
Meanwhile, Khumairah had finished cooking. He carried a tray containing fish shields, stir-fried kale and warm basil.
He entered the room and saw that his father was also in the room. While Zain was sitting leaning in the bed.
"Eat.. This is a cork fish shield, good for treating your internal injuries, after this I will massage you so that it can relax your stretched muscles" said Abdullah.
"Thank you, sir, for the kindness of my father and the family who have accepted me" Zain said, bowing his head.
"It is our duty as fellow men to help one another. What's my name?" abdullah asked calmly.
"Zain Hisham, sir." replied Zain softly.
"Good name, may your name be as good as your personality" Abdullah said.
At once Abdulllah's words made Zain's heart like being hit by a large chunk of stone. He realized that he had been holding a grudge against the woman he loved, so that he fell into error.
"Khuamairah, help our guest to eat, bribe Him, it seems his hands are still sore, after this Father will massage him" Abdullah said calmly.
Khumairah nodded her head. Then Abduh came out of the room, and opened the door of the room wide.
As their eyes clashed, Khumairah lowered her head. He had never gotten that look before from a young man his age. When viewed, Zain is more mature than him, but Khumairah admitted that the man had a handsome face even though his hair was a little messy.
Khumairah fed Zain so painstakingly, that Zain felt so flattered. He never got such a touching treatment.
He had never expected that in this wilderness he had found a girl so very innocent and sweet-faced.
His long black hair was straight and tied to a ponytail, revealing his smooth white skin.
Zain felt that he felt very lucky to be met by a family that accepted his disability and treated him so well.
After finishing feeding Zain, Khumairah went from the wooden cot that became Zain's bed.
The girl came out of the room with a tray containing a dirty container of Zain's leftovers.
"Khumashairah.. Thank you for everything, and your cooking is very good" said Zain to give his praise.
Instantly the reddened cheery face restrained his embarrassment as the young man praised his cooking.
Khumairah nodded her head and passed while unceasingly smiling. Khumairah headed for the stream to wash dirty dishes. He smiled to himself as he recalled Zain's words just now.
Abdullah quietly noticed his daughter's unusual attitude.
