The reason, obviously the Childless Demon Worm had to be eliminated, but killing the Childless Demon Worm, was clearly not easy to do, it might even be impossible.
Qian Wenwu focused on the Childless Demon Worm, but Lian Haocun focused on how the Childless Demon Worm could survive, and bear children.
