CHAPTER 5 [Artificial Breathing]

Devina started to love the garden. He was amazed by the fountain in the pond that had a pool almost 15 meters deep. Especially, Devina was overjoyed as the fountain splashed its water towards her as the afternoon breeze blew lightly.

There, Devina was suddenly approached by five girls who wore clothes like a cheerful noble girl and a style that captivated their opponents.

"Your Highness Crown Princess Idreesh Devina, We didn't expect that you would be in this place" The five of them greeted Devina with a slight bend of her knees and bowed their bodies, saying, as well as lifting a little dress down them gracefully.

"Ah, Archduke? Did you have a very close relationship with him until you called his name without a title?" The other girl asked Devina while embracing Devina's left arm.

The other girl was embracing Devina's right arm. They began to launch the action when the park began to desolate.

Devina's sky-blue eyes widened she saw that blue-colored water right in front of her face. He was driven by them and "BYUUR!!!!" He was in that deep pool.

All over Devina's body felt the coldness of the water that felt up to her bones. Her body felt heavier and more drowned because of her dress.

He tried to swim up. However, he could not swim. The light above it only looks fake. He started to feel tightness in his chest. His ears started buzzing and his head felt as if it was being pressed. Devina was starting to run out of breath. Both his hands and feet were trying to pedal upwards.

Ruri looked at Devina who was getting drowned in the water. He sped up his hands and his footwork. "The dress... Heavy enough to be carried swimming alone" Ruri grabbed Devina's hand which was extended to her.

Devina's blue eyes, looking at her for the first time. Ruri was quite surprised as her eyes came into contact with Devina. Devina's grip was quite felt in her palm. He pulled Devina's hand then opened Devina's mouth to give her a breath.

Devina was still staring at him later, she was embracing Devina's waist to bring him upstairs.

"PHAHS! COUGH!"

Ruri managed to bring him out of the water. Devina coughed heavily after coming out. Ruri had not seen anyone in the garden.

He raised Devina to sit by the pool.

"You, all right?" Ruri looked at Devina's extremely pale face. Devina was crying in front of Ruri.

"Steve, can you pretend that this never happened?" Devina did not want Steve to report this incident to the other Aokuma officials.

"They deserve the law. I can find the five of them within 15 minutes if you order me" Ruri said as she exited the water and extended her hand to Devina.

Devina received that helping hand. "Please, no. There will soon be war. If you report this, the situation here is getting worse. Promise huh?" Devina tried to persuade Ruri.

"Yes, after all, this is none of my business" Inner Ruri while carrying Devina walked over to take her robe.

He wore his robe on Devina's head. "Well, if it happens again, I make sure that they will no longer be able to use their hands anymore" Ruri said as she turned her face away as Devina covered her own face with the robe.

"You want to get to my place first? You don't want to get caught by the waitress who's in your room, do you?" Ask Ruri.

"Sorry to trouble you" Devina said inside the robe. Ruri holds Devina's hand to move to Berly's residence.

Ruri was silent for a moment while looking out her window she was reminded of how Devina's expression was in the water.

"Did I just look wrong? He should not have looked at my face and eyes. What's the branching groove? Or is this happening and it's not written?" Inner Ruri while looking outwards.

"CLACK!" The bathroom door is open. And Ruri looked towards Devina who came out of her bathroom wearing Steve's shirt and pants.

"That's a bit long" Ruri said as she looked at Steve's trousers used by Devina. He also gave a towel to dry Devina's hair.

"Steve, I'll return this outfit in a new form" Devina subdued her body 90°.

"no need. You can just throw it away or give it to someone else. I'll get you some warm food. Please, wait here for a moment" Ruri said as she exited her room.

Devina looked at her reflection from the mirror in front of her. "I look weird" Devina said as she sat on a chair nearby to fold her long pants.

However, Devina's face suddenly turned red. He recalled the time in the water how embarrassing he was to get a breath of help in the water. "I'm sorry to think strangely, but thank you for helping" Lirih Devina patted her hot cheeks.
