CHAPTER 5 [My Compass]

Arthur took Queen Aviv to where Daeva was.

Daeva was astonished to see the purple-eyed Demon brought by Arthur.

"Damn it! Release Me!" The beautiful woman hit Arthur in the face with her fan several times.

"Akhs! Don't hit it in the face!" Arthur still holds the body of Queen Aviv, who almost fell from her sling.

"Arthur, who is this Demon? And where's Aosora Bram?" Daeva almost lost his mind because of Arthur.

Arthur takes Queen Aviv down and Queen Aviv is unable to use her magic as Ruri seals the core where Queen Aviv is in order not to control Arthur.

"ARRGHH! WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO ME!!!!" Queen Aviv kept hitting Arthur hard and Arthur curled up to protect his face and head from the blow.

"TEACHER! DO SOMETHING WITH THIS WOMAN!!!" Arthur asks Daeva for help.

Daeva shook his head to see the woman who kicked Arthur hard on the back. Later, Daeva pulls Queen Aviv's left arm and stops him from kicking Arthur.

Queen Aviv looked towards Daeva. "Euwh, what kind of devil are you?" He was surprised to see Daeva who was a hornless Devil. The hornless Devil in the eyes of Demons and Demons was a flawed being.

"Huh?" Daeva wants to grab the lips of this demon.

"Arthur, who's this shitty woman?" Daeva asked as she removed Queen Aviv's arm. Queen Aviv folded her arms in front of her chest.

"Care by your name. Arthur, why did you bring him?" Daeva asked while looking at the symbol of the robe used by Arthur.

"Hey! Why are you being so disrespectful?!" Ask Ashe Reiona who was ignored by Daeva.

"Huh?! You guys want to use me?!" Ashe Reiona.

Daeva held her own chin and turned her head towards Reiona.

"He will be useless. Give it back" replied Daeva who made Ashe Reiona feel hurt.

Reiona's forehead twitched. He often gets that word.

"He's also noisy. It will only be a burden if it stays with us" Daeva said. "I didn't expect that an arrogant being like him could hold that noble title. What about Shinrin?" Daeva asked while turning her back to Reiona who had been silent because of her words.

"I've cast the magic that Master said" Arthur turned to Reiona who had unconsciously shown a look of disappointment.

"Good then. For now, keep it a secret from the Titans. You and I will walk in the other direction" Arthur did not listen to Daeva's words because Reiona's look reminded him of his mother's look before he cried.

"What do you mean?" Daeva asked as she frowned.

Arthur looked towards Daeva who was holding his shoulder. "What's the point of having that feeling? In the future, that feeling will only be a burden on your journey. Trust me. Because, from the beginning this is the reason why the Titans are not given permission to have deep relationships with others, unless there is a special reason to channel talent" said Daeva while raising Arthur's head.

Daeva can see with a thin indentation in Arthur's eyebrows. "What about the girl? Isn't she your daughter?" Ask Arthur who is at the core.

That remark, made Daeva surprised not to play. "Huh? What are you saying?!" Daeva asks while releasing Arthur.

Arthur felt himself as if far away and shrinking. "I've always been curious about you and Ela who have an almost similar aura. Not only that, you also have the advantage of reading the mind like him. That curiosity, yes. I think I'm a little aware of what happened” Arthur turned towards Daeva.

“You intend to run your errands past him, don't you?” Ask Arthur to Daeva.

Arthur saw the book. "What book is this?" Arthur asked while looking at the book cover.

"In there is a way to get your real body. Your body, well preserved. Only two people can set you free" Daeva touched the book and it opened.

Arthue was quite astonished to see it. Because Daeva easily opened the book. "Who are they?" Arthur asked while looking at the book that was fully inscribed with ancient letters. Even so, Arthur could read it.

"Alder and Ruri. Only they can free you. But, The two of them couldn't open the book alone without the help of the other four drops" Daeva explained as she opened the page containing the image of the magic pattern that stored Arthur's body.

"Then why did the teacher open it?" Arthur asked, astonished by Daeva.

"That's because I guaranteed the book's safety. Even if you have this book, Alder and Ruri still need your body crystals. Yes, I won't hand it over even if I have it" Daeva replied as he closed the book.

"Why?" Again Arthur asked why for a few times.

"I'm sorry, I still don't believe them both. I will wait until you can decide your choice between the two. That crystal, only you can take it and of course if Ruri frees you means I'm by her side. How's Arthur? The decision is all in your hands. You're my compass and I'm always on the side who can use me well" Daeva said, showing Arthur his smile.

It was then that Arthur realized something from the smile that Daeva gave from behind the shadow of his face in the dark sky of the Forbidden Forest.

DAEVA WILL NEVER BE ON TITISAN'S SIDE EVEN THOUGH ARTHUR HAS KNOWN EVERYTHING.
