CHAPTER 2 [New Life]

"Wosh! BRUAK!!!!"

Daeva crashes far away and he releases Alder until he hits a dry tree around him.

"Damn it! Why show up like that!" Daeva ran towards the unconscious Alder. "Crat!" He pulled the arrow from where it was from Alder's head.

Daeva closed Alder's forehead so as not to bleed more and more from his head.

A few seconds later Alder regained his senses and immediately sat looking at the surroundings.

"What the.... Uh! Where's Ruri?!" Alder asked while looking at Daeva who was standing next to him.

Daeva turned her white hair. He put his left hand on his waist.

"The book, taken by him" answered Daeva.

Alder's green eyes were wide-eyed. "Then, what should we do?" Ask Alder.

Daeva left from there.

"Hey! Answer me!" Firm Alder.

Daeva paused for a moment and took a quick look at Alder. "Do as you please. And I'll do as I please to get the book back. I, do not need your intervention the Titans" Daeva said as he left Alder.

From that day on, Daeva was hard to find by Alder.

Today is the second day Ambareesh is in Shinrin. He was still unfamiliar with the hustle and peace in Shinrin.

Razel (Vice Headquarters Eradication of the Devil) invites Arthur (Ambareesh) to an amusement park before the final mission for the Crown Prince.

Ambareesh loosened his head to look at the circus performance before him.

"They can't float. But, if he falls, will he die?" Ask Ambareesh on Razel.

Razel patted Ambareesh on the back that he thought was Arthur. "They're already equipped with safety on their entire bodies. If they lose their balance up there, they will fall down and hang around waiting for help to come" Razel replied as he stared at the circus performer up there.

"When, this show will be exciting if one of them falls and has a slight fracture in his bones without causing death" Lirih Ambareesh.

Razel was surprised to hear that. Then, he laughed because Arthur used to joke with him. "You, there's only the Crown Prince. I'm guessing you turned more reserved after getting that big title. But, on your quiet side, you can still jest as well" Razel laughed again and went to the next place.

Ambareesh just looked at Razel without saying anything.

They returned after Ambareesh was exhausted from the crowd draining his energy. Looking at Razel, Arthur looks like melted ice.

Arriving at Headquarters, Ambareesh is shocked by the return of all the members of the Demon eradication. Including Nel (Captain Guild) and the other members who had just returned home after investigating the incident of the Demon chief who exploded on the night of Arthur's delivery to Aosora.

Ambareesh was unceasingly staring at the two people there. That is, Nel and Liebe.

Nel felt uneasy being stared at by Ambareesh. Because, basically Ambareesh knew the figure in Nel's dead body was Arnold.

"Arthur, why are you looking at me like that?" Nel (Arnold) asks Ambareesh who is eating his dinner.

Ambareesh ignored Arnold's question. Liebe, look at Arthur whose personality changed drastically.

"Is there anything you want to tell me about Arthur too?" Ask Liebe.

Ambareesh chewed the food in his mouth.

"You look happy to be here. I barely recognize you" Ambareesh replied as he looked at Liebe.

Tsuha had been watching Arthur since their return from Aosora. He felt Arthur changed a lot. From the way he talks, stares, eats, to his posture while walking. Even so, Tsuha remained silent and continued to pay attention to him.

While in the room, Tsuha sees Arthur (Ambareesh) who just came out of the bathroom and immediately fell asleep without drying her hair.

During this time, Arthur always dried his hair and always wore his clothes when going to sleep.

Tsuha started to open her mouth. "Did Crown Prince Aosora's status make you a little free?" Ask.

Tsuha's forehead squealed after hearing Arthur's uncharacteristic flat answer.

"You, aren't taking the wrong medication? Usually, you're the most enthusiastic person to not be able to sleep" Tsuha said as she closed her reading book.

Ambareesh is getting sick of hearing the 'Usually and uncharacteristically' utterance'. He sat down and looked towards Tsuha.

"Then dry my hair" Pinta Ambareesh lowered her head.

"Huh?" Tsuha's patience is almost broken.

"My hands are sore and cramping. So, please help him" said Ambareesh in the same up and down tone as Arthur.

"Anxuating!" Tsuha is upset, but she keeps on following the words of Ambareesh that she thinks Arthur is.

Tsuha realized that Arthur's hair, which was then gray, began to look a bit like the color of the sky during the day but faded more.

"What about your chest, does it still hurt?" Tsuha worries about Arthur's condition after a few days ago when he was raised to Crown Prince, Arthur vomits blood.

Tsuha also saw the purple mark on Arthur's left chest disappear.

"That's nothing"

Including stab scars on the right waist and on the left pilipis that disappeared.

Tsuha sat back on her bed.

"You know, Nao's been missing ever since he left Aosora" Tsuha began telling Ambareesh.

"He hasn't come back until now. Do you think Nao's gonna be okay and just get lost?" Ask Tsuha.

Ambareesh went back to sleep and stared at the ceiling.

"If he hasn't been back in a week, it means he's fed up with you" replied Ambareesh and he didn't care about Tsuha's friend Nao.

Tsuha looks towards Arthur (Ambareesh) who is behind her. "Why with him?" Inner Tsuha.

AT ARTHUR'S PLACE

"BWOSH!!!!!" He doesn't or what happened to him. Arthur cannot control himself and is instead attracted by the animals that pass by him.

Arthur looked around him who looked even more grey and low. "What's this?" He saw his hand in white feathers. "Well?!" Arthur was surprised by the claws coming out of his hand that had pads on his palm.

"Shuuut!" Arthur was picked up by something big behind him. He looked towards the back.

"His person, why so big?" Arthur enters the body of a white-haired male kitten. And the figure that was holding him, was a little boy who was passing by.

Number of children, more than one.

"Let's make him a flying cat!" Excited one of them.

"Huh?! What does it mean to fly cat?!"

"MAYO!" Arthur rebelled and clawed the boy's arm. The boy slams into the body of the little cat that Arthur accidentally enters.

"DRUM!" The loud bang made the cat's body ache and Arthur felt it before he bounced out of the little cat's body.

"Hey! You're exaggerating! The cat! Is he going to die?" Ask one of them.

Arthur was shocked to see the little cat convulsing in front of him. Arthur tried to grab hold of the cat's body and penetrate it. Arthur was getting upset with himself. Suddenly, Arthur looked towards the little boy who slammed the cat.

"Wrong him himself! Why is he clawing at me?! Bye! Let's go home" he said as he left with his friends.

Arthur stands. "Hey! Bury the cat!" He did not accept the behavior of the children. "At least, bury the cat as a sign of your forgiveness."
